Cracker Barrel has always been my go to for comfort food until this past year. Every time I order to go or delivery it appears no one cares. Raw food, missing items, old dried out items. No idea why I even keep trying. When I bring it to managements attention they treat me like a criminal. Just spent $60 on raw potatoes, crunchy Mac and cheese, no cranberry sauce, and burnt biscuits. How is it possible for literally everything except the gravy to be messed up on my plate?! I am not unreasonable and understand sometimes things happen, but this is ALL the time lately. Just throwing money away.

I've been to many Cracker Barrel restaurants and it seems some are good and some need a bit of help at times to make or hit the mark. This one needs a little help. The dining area needs cleaned up a bit and the staff and management needs an adjustment in hospitality. Food here is ok. I just wish this store could get it together to be a top store. I come to cracker barrel to get great food and that country experience. I just don't feel I get that at this store as I have at others.I'm just saying every time I've been here it could be better and cleaner. I hope this location picks it up. Good luck.

We just had a great lunch experience on Easter Sunday, 2024 at this Cracker Barrel in Spring Hill, FL. From the host and all the servers we encountered the hospitality was exceptional! We even called out the Store Manager, Sue, to compliment her for her leadership. This store was operating as a true team on a very busy day and we personally observed Celia ("CC"), Hannah, and Aaron providing OUTSTANDING service and hospitality. As a retired US Air Force Colonel and Commander, I recognize that such great team performance as we witnessed today is the result of great leadership, so Sue has our sincere appreciation for how she is leading her great team!

🚫DON'T EAT AT THIS CRACKER BARREL 🚫My first warning should have been seeing less than a dozen cars in the parking lot. My second warning should have been the menu with syrup dripping on it. But it's CRACKER BARREL, so I didn't listen to the warning⚠️signs. Ordered water with lemon and a breakfast. One of the lemon wedges looked 'bitten' to the rind. The bacon had been reheated, unusual brown color, and limp. Eggs ordered medium, arrived slightly warm and undercooked, which meant runny whites. (Gag). The grits...How can anyone ruin grits? By reheating, reusing, reheating, until they're the consistency of pudding without a 'grit' left in it. My final warnings were cramps and several stops at restrooms on my way to dentist office where I had to reschedule after telling them I'd eaten at CB. Both office staff said, "Never eat at Springhill Cracker Barrel!!!" One had vomited after eating there and the other shook her head and said just "Don't eat there!"THIS Cracker Barrel appears to be reusing food and needs to be closed down and re-staffed.

I stopped in about two weeks ago and had Sharon as my server. She was awesome. Very fast at bringing everything, stayed on top of keeping a nice fresh hot cup of coffee available and great personality. The food was very good too. I tried the cheesecake pancakes for the first time and they were yummy. Sharon had asked if I wanted my bacon crispy and I said yes and it was perfect. Definitely ask for her as your server. You won’t be disappointed!

Decent place to eat. We had breakfast. I got the new French toast dish. Very good quality. Portion may be a bit small for larger appetites. But it was very good. Wife got some kind of bacon biscuits and grits. She thought she ordered biscuits and gravy but didn't. The server brought her a thing of gravy anyway. They take care of their customers.

As with so many restaurants in springhill, It is understaffed. A waitress came took our drink order and in a reasonable amount of time was back without drinks. I don't know how much I passed before. She came back for our food order, but it was a while. Then, We waited and waited and waited before they finally delivered the food. Items were missed and we had to catch the waitress To inform her of the missing items or any other things that we needed, likr drink refills. So much time was wasted when we paid the bill. The waitress does not take the check and you have to stand online, Which went very slowly and had lots of issues. What other customers.Kid-friendliness: This is the place you would feel comfortable taking your children.

My family and I stopped in for Dinner late Saturday evening and were most displeased with the food and service. After being seated it took more than 20 minutes just to get drinks and an hour for food. They were not busy in the slightest yet the waiter had to be tracked down by another employee so we could start our order. The portions were very small, especially the BLT, it looked as though they cut a single slice of bread into 4 pieces and maybe 2 slices of bacon and charged $10 for it. We have been to other locations and have never had an experience like we did at the Spring Hill location. Definitely won't be back.

I had meatloaf (1 slice) it was over priced, cold and dry, the 3 side were a table spoon full of each item on the plate. Serving size was pathetic. Service was poor where we had to ask multiple times for honey mustard, ketchup, and a side of bread. The servers were in such a hurry they would run away the second they brought something out to the table as if they were focused on other tables without taking care of ours first. One of the most poorly managed restraunts we been to in years. Looks like Cracker Barrel has hit the bottom of the cracker barrel. It's time to update their restraunt and focus on the food and service and do away with the shtick.

Service was terrible. It is usually slow but it took an over an hour to get our food. Not waitress fault she said that the system was down but I think management should have done more. Wife's meatloaf was cold when she finialy got it. Waitress brought another. Food was good but no excuse for the long wait. Glad I was not going there for Easter.

Picked up a large carry out for out of town family. Staff was super friendly and helpful with ordering. Shopped while waiting for the carry out and Ended up purchasing a really nice sweater and some cute kitchen accessories as well. Can’t sa enough about how wonderful the staff was. Everyone was supper cheerful and helpful! Will definitely be a go to stop whenever we are in town.

We are regular customers of this location . This time was different; Corn bread, which in the past was given free as a courtesy was now charged. At the payment counter we were told that plastic bags were no longer available at the counter. Now these bags needed to be requested of the waiters. These changes did not produce a satisfactory customer experience for us. Although the server seems to be new with no stars , overall her service was good and very responsive, positive attitude.

Waitress was great, but the shift manager working Saturday 3/23/24 and the girl working the general store were extremely rude. I was actually looking at the Easter stuff down an aisle near the registers as I was going to purchase some things. The girl said “I need you to go over here(pointing to a line formed at the register) so people that are coming in don’t have to keep walking in another direction to put there name in at the hostess desk, then the manager had an attitude because I asked her before I was putting my debit card in to pay if I could put my phone number in for rewards. She rudely said “ We don’t normally ask anybody, you have to always ask.” I will NOT be going back to the Spring Hill location and will drive farther to brooksville or new port Richey.
