2 days in a row I bought a Fume vape from these idiots. The vapes will work for 3 hours then immediately run out. This is because they let these things sit in the sun, burning all the wax out of it. Over $44 down the drain and they refuse to even help anyone who’s been scammed by their incompetence

If I could give this store a negative I would. Today 7am I had to break up a fight that happened between you employee and a 18 yr old homeless women! As she is hitting this women with her uniform on still ! I call the store to tell them about their employee and didn’t care !

7:50 PM: The lady employee with the pink hair is super friendly! I enjoyed my visit and didn't want to leave. She bagged cold drinks in 1 and hot food in another and offered to double bag the drinks because I had three 1 litter drinks. Bag got holey during transit, as usual when it comes to 7-11 bags, but I made it to the vehicle without breakage so "bag mission accomplish".

I have one favorite 7-11, mainly due to the assortment of flavors of slurpee. The reward program is also very competitive and getting free stuff is just fun

The staff is rude, especially the burnett with green eyes. She's always rude with bad attitude. Complaining when attended. They company should trained their staff customer's service skills. I wouldn't stop there anymore and I don't recommend the store to no one either. There are plenty more gas stations with convenient stores...

This is my second visit to this location. It is convenient and not crowded. Pulling in for gas is easy in/out and the selection inside the store is amazing. Enjoy the coffee, sandwiches and beverage selections. Thank you.

this 7/11 is very nice. their staff... a different story. my boyfriend and I were in there 2 days ago and he bought a black and mild and he was in his UNIFORM For the U.S. Army. Yesterday, same story, we go in and the same girl, Brianna, cards us and gives him an attitude and said “i dont care corporate is here”. He is obviously old enough to buy a black and mild if he can defend our country. i bought a big gulp drink and its 85 ¢ after tax. Apparently I grabbed an XL iced coffee cup for my soda.. instead of telling me she rang me up for 2.59$. PLEASE TELL ME WHY I WOULD BUY A FREAKING CUP AND FILL IT WITH SODA FOR 2.59$ WHEN I GET THE SAME SIZE BIG GULP FOR 85¢!! there is no sign or anything about the cup so i didnt know. she couldve clarified with me before charging my card. thankfully my boyfriend realized it. since the transaction already went thru i made her refund my money because it was unnecessary. she was rude and hateful and didnt even know what she was doing so the other worker had to walk her through it. the other lady helping was very kind. i will never go back until they get her under control.

I I already hate going to 7-Eleven as it is for their high prices and limited selection. However on Christmas Day when you would expect people to have a better attitude towards other people I got terrible customer service and I will never go to the 7-Eleven ever again

My husband cashed in my lotto tickets and the girl behind the counter stole some winnings I won $35 she tried to give my husband $27 he said isn’t it $31 in error because he didn’t know it was $35 she asked no questions and gave him the money right away so clearly she knew what she was doing and still managed to get away with $4 of the winnings I hope she really needed it such a shame to steal from customers watch her because I’m sure she will keep doing it I’ll never have my husband cash in tickets there again!

Items never stocked, the parking lot is always littered with trash. And the management there is terrible. The customer service is terrible at this store
