Store has wide variety of options for dogs of all sizes and the staff are always helpful and polite. I frequent this location as I am local and rather support my local brick and mortar over getting eveything online. They offer rewards through their Vital Care package which gives you a discount on many goods and services. One of the benefits of the Vital Care is discount on grooming. I have always leaned towards going to small businesses for my pets grooming needs, but decidied to give them a shot since I have always had a good experiences at this store. I made an online appointment and dropped off my pet at the groomers reception area. As this was my first time there, I had questions about what specific options they had, wait time, etc.The person who assited (omitting their name) seemed bothered by my questions and was more focused on getting my dog in then answering my questions. I did see they were very busy, so I working in simialir environment decided to stop asking questions and just come back at the given window of time. I returned and all went well, picked up my receipt, took it to front of store, returned back to pick up my pet. No bad service, no great service, just a service. Overall I have opted to not return. Not because I was treated badly, and the groomer did not do a bad job. My decision is strictly that the overall experience felt more like factory number game instead of a customer service experience. You are essentially a number and their objective is to charge you as much as they can and get the next person/pet and do the same. There is no personal attention or attempt to foster a relationship with the client, which is fine for some I suppose. As for me, I will seek a local groomer moving forward.

Our dog has bad anxiety and hates being left alone. He always has issues with grooming and usually his face doesn't get trimmed or the groomer doesn't do it all properly because of his reaction. Riley came back perfectly trimmed and the groomer was super nice the entire time. She seemed very genuine and cared for our dog with means the world to us no matter the cost.

Everyone at Petco is so friendly and loving to my dog. Pork Chop just loves being there. Niruka knows him so well and knows just what he likes and wants. He arrives happy and leaves happy and as a pet mom, that makes me super happy.

Lyubov was fantastic! She listened to all of our needs and took care of my dog. His fur is very difficult to cut and she handled it very well. We love our dog’s haircut.

Cochino (my dog) loves the groomers there, and they showed their concern for him when he scratched off on a metal clipping table and tore out a nail. They arranged immediately to send him to the veterinarian, and there he received great care from his usual doctors.

This was the second time I took my dog there and they were still unable to cut her nails and offered me my money back I was so upset and hurt because she really needs her nails cut . They left me feeling deceived and lost bcuz that's where I adopted her from and I felt like they were my family as well as hers (my dog). And I was left feeling hopeless and hurt for my pets needs .
