Grooming salon: We took our dog for a bath service and Fabian was the assigned groomer; he did an excellent job! Leia was happy with him. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service and that our pet was looking fresh. We definitely recommend this location and staff.

I love this store for my little four legged family members! They have so many toys and stuff that it is hard to contain yourself. They have everything you need and then some. They have a vet, training classes groomer, and more. Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the shopping center. The prices are a little higher than other places, but it is super convenient to just go to one place.

It’s a nice clean store, the associates don’t all know how to answer my questions. Some associates seem knowledgeable some do not. Grooming salon is nice, some of the groomers where nice some didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. I love the miami dade animal services located inside the Petco and is the best thing!They have pretty good options for pet food (I shop for my dog and cats ), nice dog and cat toys, although not a huge selection. And nice dog and cat supplies (litter, bed, healthy and wellness stuff) however it’s all pretty pricey, from the food, the toys, beds, and other supplies are pretty expensive, I have found the same beds, treats, toys, shampoo, and cleaning stuff way way cheaper at Marshall’s, Ross, or tj maxx.

So do not sign in for the Petco reward of $19.99 a month. Again do not!!! It is a year commitment. I signed up because like any other marketing strategy they will make you believe you will be benefiting from their amazing membership. One reason to cancel is they do not want to take my puppy 🐶 because it has some a knot. Literally a knot. Outrageously ridiculous. They will only do grooming to the perfect easy dog! Don't fall into this trap. Excuses will be their way of serving you!!! I tried to get out of this monthly charge and it is not possible- unless you have more time than to right this review or have a nice lawyer to take care of it. I'm sure there is a way but my only way is to help people know that this is a bad decision. If I can have 100 people a month to not sign in I am happy to pay the rest of the year! One unhappy customer for $24,000 less in revenue for Petco if I can reach 100 customers not to sign up for this. Now, keep playing with customers and find out how much more you will loose in credibility and revenue. You disgust me and my family.

It’s always good, no complaints.The store is big and has a lot of variety in leashes, toys and food. There are some food brands for dogs that they don’t carry. They have Ollie food for dogs.Plenty of parking outside.Most of the time the place is available to trim the nails of my dog when I walk-in.

I stopped in because my girlfriend was at the uniform store next door. I found a huge selection of cat food, many at very reasonable prices. The store was clean and well organized. I found several store brand dog toys of excellent quality and also reasonably priced. Employees were polite, professional, and friendly.

The service and store employees are great and deserve 5 star. The low rating is for their app and site that over charges you. Buyer beware their site and app does not calculate vita care or pick up order discounts correctly. Do your own math as they have consistently over charged. I have gone back and checked all my previous online orders and they have been over charging me for years! I have reported it and they gave me a credit on recent orders but have yet to address or fix the problem!

The employees were nice, however, the store is a mess. It's woefully understaffed, and all the merchandise is scattered willy-nilly with sizes all mixed up and it's practically impossible to find anything specific. I asked for help with dog halters and was told to go back to that aisle, and someone would come help. After 20 minutes, I finally got fed up and just bought the halter I thought would work. The employee at the counter assured me it would fit. Of course, it did not, and I had to return it. I will never go back to this particular Petco again.

The service at PetCo on US1 in Miami is good, however the prices are ridiculously expensive. They charge for every little hair they trim. They do not care if you are a loyal customer or not. On the other hand my dogs groomer Maria is amazing at her job.

Just picked up my pup after getting grooming services. We got a bath with upgraded deshedding services. After being quoted a 3 hour timeframe for the appointment, which I thought was excessive but didn't mind, I took him home, brushed him, and this was the result. I was literally petting him and it was raining fur. Would not recommend.

Love this location. It is a nice size petco and every so often they've had amazing clearance items that I've gotten for dirt cheap. I order my dog's kibble a lot for store pickup through the app and it's super convenient. My brother also likes the selection of tank sizes, especially sizes you usually don't see a lot (really small ones and in between sizes). It's my favorite petco to go to.

If you are a semitruck driver and are going to deliver at this place, use SW 62 Ave. It’s really tight but is the only way to make it. Good luck with the dumpsters.

Everything was fine until it was time to pay, the cashier was awful, this guy thinks that every customer that looks like Latino has to speak Spanish, wrong, my parents are Latinos but I was born and raised in Massachusetts, I'm a doctor so I don't speak Spanish, this cashier who is a genius thought that, and spoke in Spanish to me but, to the guy who was in front of me who was white, of course he spoke to him in English, is this some kind of racism? I didn't want to say anything to him but I believe they, employees, should not assume that, employees should be more careful on that matter, this stereotype has to end.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Never have I felt so disrespected as I felt by the manager of this store. This shop has a huge false advertisement problem, offering sales that are not really true. They were trying to explain how an offer of 3+1, if I bought 10, would only get 2 free - and not 3. The worst part was that when they call the manager, the manager tries to explain the same thing and laughs at my face as if I wasn't smart. After an hour I gave up and asked for a refund. Never again will I visit this store. Went with my grandson to Pet Smart and I found everything at better prices with much friendlier staff.
