Went in to ace to buy a few things and found everything perfectly fine, store is organized perfectly. Had a young man with long hair help me but he was little to no help since he seemed to be under the influence of something and was slurring his words and not able to keep his eyes open and maintain his balance while assisting me. Very, very bad service from that young man. Hope he gets some help.

This Ace Hardware has the most helpful & friendly staff of any hardware store I ever been to. We have called and gone here many, many times and they usually (about 95% of the time) have what I need to get!Thank you all so much for all your help. Almost double the price of Home Depot . I asked for brass caps 3/8" and 1/2" handed the guy a piece of hose with the threaded fitting. I didn't realize till I left that I got copper slip caps. I handed him the flipping part and told him exactly what was needed.When I returned the parts the manager gets up and then starts making sure that I returned everything. Mind you when that should have been done at the point of sale. I'm going to make a bet that the manager there does the hiring no one that he hires has any kind of experience

Went today to get a gallon of paint to touch up shutter holes after replacing windows with hurricane new ones previous one that I had done with old paint that I ran out of and because of day right before Christmas where I normally get paint they made me a new gallon color matched perfect just want to say thank you great service is going away and they were above super service thank you and keep up the great work you guys don’t exists any more thanks carl

Very helpful. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I needed help. Very well organized. Plenty of parking. The store is not visible from the main street, but as you go into the shopping center you see it in the back.

I cannot thank the amazing staff at ACE enough. My car window was smashed in a parking lot near the store. I had to drive a few hours home and they helped me pick out all the right stuff to seal my window and keep my car save during the raining ride home. One of the staff even stayed out to tape the window himself, and it lasted through hurricane Ian! What great people. Thank you so much!

I can not recommend this store more then enough! The amount of detail and customer service this store has beats any other and every time I have come the problem I have is resolved! The store manger Hermes tackled a problem I had for weeks and solved it in minutes.

Told guy I needed drill for an ikea product. Sells me an electric screwdriver and stamps final sale on receipt. Got it home. Realized it wouldn't work. Never opened it. Jerks!!! Cannot return it. Shame on Ace!!!!

I was trying to return a bird feeder that I bought the weekend before, it was not even 7 days and I had the receipt. The employee said I could return it, but the manager said he could not re sell it. He did not tell me it was not returnable because of a malfunction, but because he said it was dirty. He did not tell me how to return it so he could resell it. It was not dirty -there were a few bird seeds still in it-it was not dirty. So the manager could have told me that the bird feeder needs to be cleaned of bird seeds in order for to re sell it. But he did not. That is all I wanted of the manager. So we got into an argument. And I did return the bird feeder.

ACE THE HELPFUL PLACE!The team at this particular location are:Helpful, kind, friendly, service oriented, profesional, charming and I could go on and on about them without ever truly describing how totally amazing this team is. Each time you walk in it’s such a pleasant shopping experience, not only do you get greeted by everyone that works there but someone is always happy to help you find what you’re looking for. It’s not be the mammoth home store that the staff members run from customers and everything you need is out of stock. Ace is our local hardware store where everything you could possibly need is there and if they don’t have it then you don’t need it…lol! I love, love, love this place! Breathtakingly expensive, but what can you expect with outrageous S. Miami commercial rental rates? That being said, these guys really dig in and bring value to your visit. There are never less than two people making sure you can find what you need. This is huge! They're kind, courteous, professional, and the store is always spotless.

Exceptional customer service. I went there today for the first time to buy a silver metallic paint by Modern Masters. I was amazed by the quality of service. I didn’t get the names of the two employees who helped me but I believe the lady is the manager there and the gentleman works the floor. It was definitely worth driving the extra miles. Excellent customer service! A breath of fresh air from Home Depot where it's impossible to find a sales associate to help. Extremely courteous, polite, knowledgeable & helpful. Ordered from warehouse what want in stock for me to p/u on Sat. Worth finding this gem hidden away on side of strip center. When Irma blew thru here several years ago & Home Depot was stripped bare the Ace Hardware and the Home Stores which are also Ace saved the day with everything from batteries to lanterns to power saws and fans. Generators too!

I love this place, here like no any, you will find help from anyone anytime. I love tools, I have a lot of them, but even so the expertise on this guys is great and always ask for advice to know their point of view on the quality of different tools and sometimes in new products. I recomend Ace if you are amateur or pro.
