Good location, used the cat scale and everything went smoothly. They got good varieties of a ready to eat food including roasted chicken, meat loaf and Pizza.

This place is really nice service is great the food is really good to you can have some nice clean through here even though you see Pizza you got some grilled chicken mashed potatoes and corn entrance and exit is excellent I like the way it is set up and even though there is very little parking here you still have another truck stop in front just in case you need parking and you can't find it here overall good nice clean showers big Open Spaces which is great this is a good place to do a line stop

not the quickest shopping experience. Be sure not to use your credit card at the pump, they have Skimmers on those. I wonder why they alwys have a single POS opened, whike several employees are standing around seemingly doing nothing

Everytime I go the service usually is quick and the staff are great. The food is good especially the pizza, potato wedges and salads! Gas is cheaper here than in Belle Glade where the price is 10 cents more. Thank you Pilot for all that you do to make travellers and even the locals save on gas, eat great and relax!

The showers are actually open 24/7. Be aware the laundry machines are exact change only. No debit/credit cards accepted.

Nice for a brand new facility, however, big truck exiting from the fuel island is extremely tight, especially if you happen to use one of the last two pumps. Very limited parking.

This is an awesome Pilot. Many are sort of beat down but I've been in this one about 6 times over the past 3 days , morning , night middle of night and staff are always excellent, friendly and professional and the restrooms always clean . What a great place they run. It's the only place like this for miles around and they don't take that for granted....

The best pilot truck stop I have ever been to the staff here where the best from the time you walk in the door and until the time you walk out. Food was always fresh and the coffee was always available with all the trimmings for coffee. Very clean. The employees of this store represent what this store is a great place with the best staff I have ever seen at a pilot truck stop. Thanks to all the staff at this store for an excellent job. 5 stars to the store and 100 stars to the staff. Your entire staff gives this country a great name. So thankful to see happiness in everyone's eyes. God bless your staff and God bless America

PLEASE PLACE THE SIGN for trucks entrance visible for truckers approaching from the South before they pass NW 1st St. I came from the South. When I saw the truck stop I saw the entrance from the US-27 and it looks like for everyone. But the truck entrance is on NW 1st St.Everything else is nice.

Always Friendly and Helpful. VERY Clean restrooms and the entire facility is fresh and organized. Fountain drinks and coffee.... My 2 travel partners, are always available and taste great. A few items are a bit higher priced but when you want or need them then it's good to have this resource. They have excellent chicken tenders. And their "meals" are very generous portions..... It's a great place to stop and refresh before getting back on the road either South to Miami or North to I-4..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you stop by and see everything that they have to offer.

The staff is very nice. I like everything about this truckstop except I feel the bathrooms maybe need just little more attention. The shower and sink was clean and the toilet in there is clean. They gave us plenty of towels.My rating is 4.75 out 5 stars.

Across multiple visits, happy to say the restrooms are always clean, the store is bright, there is always some hot food, even late night. Interesting selection of snacks, drinks, touristy gifts, personal care items, automotive supplies, etc. They have showers as well.

I love this station. It is clean, well lit, has good food and polite, friendly people. Unfortunately, last night, something went wrong and I was hit for a $151 charge on my credit card in addition to my purchases. I'm sure it will all be resolved but just one more thing I have to take care of today. This is a busy place and ripe for scammers or an honest mistake. 🤔

Do not pay with card! All pumps and register have the scammer sticker loose. Your credit card comes out declined but they are still stealing the card info and processing transaction the day before.

One of the best Pilots hands down. Very Very clean from the parking lot to the rest rooms to the shower. I was very impressed. I wish all locations were like this one. There employees keeps the place looking nice and you can tell take pride in there job.

This is one of the best Pilots I have ever been to. It is always clean. There is plenty of very helpful employees. The food is great. I never thought I could get great food at a gas station. This Pilot is located in South Bay on 27. Worth stopping!

Chris the manager is very friendly and professional. Best coffee in town. Clean and safe. Small on parking but if you're there before 5 p.m. in the afternoon you can park. If you come in after 5 you're screwed. P.S. to the corporate executives Chris is way overdue for a promotion he's one of the most friendliest managers I have ever encountered. Chris is way overdue for a promotion. Make it right for the man he deserves it.

Best Gas Station in South Bay and Belle Glade , Chris I think needs a promotion now he’s the most friendliest manager I’ve ever met, super nice and amazing customer service. I demand he gets a pay raise or I go on strike and I will never eat again.All jokes aside Chris is awesome and he’s very versatile he works inside and outside he sets a standard and a model of consistency.I’m serious about never eating again unless he gets a pay raise.The young lady with the braces is awesome to she deserves 6 days off weekly while still keeping her original salary. If she works two days a week I’m no longer going to work at my job.Great store and great staff.

How is pretty clean for a truck stop/gas station. They have some fast food stuff for those that like to indulge in that. Prices for the fuel is usually pretty good. They do have diesel fuel as well. They have a good amount of things for your vehicle like oil etc. You can buy lottery tickets. The restaurants are usually pretty clean considering it's a gas station.

Great place to stop, manager was super nice when I had a pizza made. I have a pork allergy and I have to have my pizza cut with a clean blade. He was super nice and understanding of my allergy. He made sure my pizza was cut with a clean blade. Thank you very much for that.

This is a busy Truck Stop but I love the Store.. It has real good food and drinks. Nice Restrooms. There is a place to eat inside or get your food and drinks to go.. Has Handicap Parking.They have shirts and caps for sale as well as some other things.. I like this store and hope you do too.. It is a busy store and gas station as well.

My daughter and I stopped there on our way back from Miami and it's a very clean and a very lit up place to stop fill up the gas tank and get some snacks. They have good warm food including great hot and iced coffee!! Nice clean bathrooms. But their customer service is a little disappointing!! It was the first time I prepay for gasoline but then after spending time to get my coffee I went outside to put in the gas, and the pump had turned off!!?? So I had to go back inside and let the clerk know. Thank God I had asked for the receipt, otherwise I would probably not been able to get my gasoline. Because the clerk double checked my receipt as if in doubt I had prepaid for the gas!! This is worrisome!! You would think they would have a system that verifies if the pump had dispensed the fuel.
