They charge you more at the registered than the price on the shelf. The manager was arguing with a customer ahead of me about it and would only adjust the price on one item when he had 4 of them. Then I was over charged on some of my items also. I did not bother asking for a price correction because it was not worth being subjected to the rude hatefulness the person ahead of me endured. North Carolina and Ohio has been imposing fines on DG for this. Ever state should do it.

3 minutes ago I was in this place and I left there very upset because there was a woman working with two large cars with merchandise, blocking the way to get to the box, she left a small space where I could pass and I politely asked her for permission lady who in a very bad way answered me that she was working and that I should give the door to get to the box my English is not very good but I told her that it is against the laws of the markets to obstruct the passage of the costume when trying to The lady got in front of my car and didn't let me pass. I left because I went with my mom, who has high blood pressure and didn't want her to get upset. The lady unfairly voted me out of the place without letting me buy. She had never had any problems in this place. with any of her workers but this lady has a very bad attitude, it is not the first time I see her because I am a regular costume of that place and I have seen her project badly with other costs, I do not even know her name since she was without uniform and I do not He was wearing his identification which also goes against the laws of markets and businesses in general in the United States of America. I am a cashier and have worked in many markets such as dollar tree, walmart, sedans, and president and I know the laws of markets in Florida and an employee always, always must be courteous and friendly with the costs, treat me with a good attitude of comberser to the cost, if you see this is wrong and try to make that cost leave me pleased with the business, apart from the fact that irregularities are committed how to block the way not wearing a uniform and not even a visible identification with your name because even the managers in their work schedules must have their identification a person like that should not work with the public since he does not know how to treat them and does not It is not even known who this person is since they could not even be identified, which is why as long as that lady continues to work, I will not go anymore nor would I recommend this place to anyone with that illness deal

Store is usually fully stocked and very busy. I have not had a bad experience with them but once but I managed to get the young lady to laugh and lighten up before I checked out. She laughed and apologized for her unprofessional Behavior.

They had what I wanted , the cashier finished with the person in front of me, He then told ME to move to the next cashier. I Move to the next cashier, when she finish with the person already there, she walk away ,mumbling something, I waited a time ,then made my Presents known, the cashier came back with an attitude. Paid my money and left. Henson forth I will try other Dollar Generals , and hope I get better service. Glad I wasn't in a rush, as it was it was kinda funny, although sad.

AWFUL!! Especially lil fluffy or Teria Honestly I was treated rudely as if I wasn’t a human I’m just trying to provide for my children and they had the nerve to kick me out of the store because my child was crying. You have children and you know how things are stop acting as if your life is more important than mine .

I was able to get everything I needed. Customer service was good. They was friendly. The line was long but I waa served in a timely manner. Yes I will return to this Dollar General.

Was told no mask get out. There was no post that mask was to be worn in store. Then asked for that manager was told not there to get out. I then asked for store number so I could call there gm was told no get out and not to come back and have a nice night.

Poor customer service the store is overly crowded With items they don’t stock !! You can’t walk through the isles without it being carts of products they don’t put up in your way . All the Associates talk on their phone while working even at the registers. The new store manager is HORRIBLE and the lady workers !!

Can't find customer service when its time to check there's always busy somewhere else,store time 7 am store not open until 7:40,talk to the manager Terrence..he erase the store opening and closing time..the space is blank.
