I recently visited the Dollar General store on Sorrento, and I was impressed by the overall experience. The store was exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products they had in stock, catering to various needs.The standout feature for me was the excellent customer service. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and willing to help with any inquiries I had. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping trip even more enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend the Dollar General store on Sorrento. With its cleanliness, well-stocked shelves, and outstanding service, it's definitely worth a visit for your shopping needs.

Not all Dollar general stores are the same! Most of them have great employee's but every now and again you come across one that they just don't care. This is not one of those, This was a clean and we'll organized store where employee's really appreciate there customers!

GREAT STAFF!Out of town to see family and stopped in to get something. Extremely helpful and funny staff. Mistakenly bought the wrong thing and they were quick to help in tremendous ways. Definitely the best experience at a dollar general in quite a while.

Really great people in this store. Love the manager. I would much rather shop here and my local grocery store than drive 10 Miles further to get worn out shopping larger stores. Also the hours are great, 7 to 11. can't beat that.

The store had lots of specials going on in the front of the store which was awesome and then one of your associates helped us find a particular chips we were looking for. So she took the time and made sure we found them and we checked out the lady at the register she was very nice.

The store is a bit messy and disorganized. They do have great funds and bargains. Off the beaten path summer items, great way to have some summer fun on a budget. Really is a one stop place, cookout needs, party supplies, school supplies and everyday items. Accepts coupons and the sites own digital ones. Matching both together for great bargains. Even with the clutter an mess still a great way to save verses the big box stores.

Angel and her staff are ready to help you! Its the best Dollar General in Lake County to visit. We cant wait for the remodel and produce section to be added. Its going to make it so much better if tgat was even possible

There was an actual live cat in the store. Sleeping on boxes of merchandise that hadnt been put out yet. I said something to a cashier and they were yeah we know, we cant keep him out. Thats all good but for people that have allergies it isnt.

Today wasn't a good visit (single cashier, possible issues with the cash register and a really long line). This is normally my go-to place for quick items on the way home. (They no longer offer Shell gas cards, so I pick them up at Publix and shop Dollar General less often). I ended up at Family Dollar instead today. I will probably give this store another try. I shop their Pine Lakes and Welaka store too. Great selection and prices.

People walking all around the store without masks. The clerk refused to put one on so we walked out. SHAMEFUL! I'm 65 and thought I could feel safer in a small store like that. I guess NOT!

Very limited selection of things.. and they're always moving stuff around it seems like.. (rather they're pretending like they're restocking the shelves but never actually do until they absolutely have to... 😑 I swear no matter who's working at the store or who they hire it's steady stays like that.

nasty store. hated working for this place. They're always hiring new people because of their horrible policies and BAD treatment of employees. Don't work for this place! They won't even allow me to shop there because I quit working for them.. (another idiotic policy)
