Sadly this store has deteriorated in the past few years. It used to be a model store. It is now very dirty. The floor is always filthy. The shelves are rarely stocked but the aisles are filled with boxes waiting to be stocked. Empty boxes and boxes of merchandise sit in the aisles stacked 6 ft High. Merchandise is spilled on the floor it is very chaotic. It is difficult to navigate the store. You have to move the carts filled with merchandise waiting to be stocked out of your way to get up and down aisles or you have to squeeze past them. It's got to be a fire hazard I don't know how the store passes inspection. The county must be looking the other way. Certainly district and Regional management are looking the other way. Sad

This being the closest place to home, some days I have no choice but to go there. But alot of times they are out of what I need or it's still in boxes in the aisle. There's a couple of girls who are very helpful. But there's a manager who is not friendly at all. I do have to say things are better than they were last year.

Was still a decent store, but has had better days as far as being stocked, clean, and inviting. Sorry guys, gotta be honest... the woman working seemed to be exhausted. Maybe covid has them short staffed as well.

From a valued customer to an employee. Thia will forever be my favorite retail store. This particular location is very clean and the employees here have great peraonalities. They dont greet everyone but they definitely talk to you once u get to the register. The manager Miss Donna is the best! I love her energy and the zeal she displays while at work. Definitely going to continue visiting this store!

WOW!! The remodel is amazing! It is still being restocked and items being put in place but it is certainly impressive. The frozen and cold food section goes almost the entire length of the store on the right side. There is a larger selection of food items on the regular store shelves and there is actually a little produce section with tomatoes, lettuce, bananas excetera. Naturally having a remodel during the holiday season puts a lot of stress on the employees who are trying to stock shelves and get things in order during a time that is normally chaotic anyway so you need to keep that in mind. Stock is being put out but what may appear to be clutter really is progress. Nothing is probably where it used to be so you may have to take a minute to look for what you need.The employees are helpful and patient. There is a bigger selection of goods and lots of nice looking home items.This is a very positive thing for the town of Sneads to have this nice store.

This is one of the cleanest stores I've seen in several months. No tripping over broken down cardboard, having to navigate around all the merch carts. Clear aisles, nice people- what a pleasure!

New look after the remodeling, but it is as clean as ever. Great prices on many items; service could be better; but they try. I give it an A- far effort.

3 stars means "it's ok". Well, it's really not ok. There are only a few ladies that work there and I cannot remember their names. I apologise for that , Chrissy I remember and there are two young ladies with brown hair and one of them wears glasses I believe. Thank you to the three of you for being polite and for making my shopping experience pleasant. I try to only shop there if I see one of those guys working. You always greet me and smile. The majority of the rest of the store employees will not even look at you , much less speak. I understand there has been changes in store leadership and it's hard work coming in behind a previous crew of employees and struggle to pull a store together. Greeting your customers with a pleasant attitude is a great place to start. I know this is long winded but I'm tired of spending my money somewhere when I as the customer have to initiate a conversation that literally consists of me saying hello how are you doing today and I either get a) ignored b) looked straight in the eyes as you roll your eyes at me, and c) being told " yeah, whatever". Didnt want or intend on ranting here but didn't think the store managers would be open to discussion. Because usually they just look mad about the fact that I even look in their direction. The store does look so much better now and it's organized and clean. I find it strange though , in order to purchase a pain reliever I have to ask for it at the check out. Anywayths more than likely will no one will read this so oh well

It's an ok store. I dont have any idea who the manager is now but there used to be one there named Jessica and she ran that store right. It was always clean, the aisles were clean, the parking lot was clean, the registers weren't broken down for months. I always used to drive by the family dollar store to get to dollar general but theres no reason anymore. When the stores are run like the are local and they appreciate local business I'll personally go out of my way to go there and will spend more money there. If theres nothing to differentiate between stores why would I drive by the competitor? Come on guys, you know this.

Nice clean and uncluttered and great service and staff. I have stopped shopping at the store in Chattahoochee because it is filthy and too cluttered. It is a disgrace to the Dollar General company.

The DG in Sneads, FL was so cluttered with boxes of merchandise blocking aisle it was hard to shop. I was told it was because 2 male employees walked out. Another reason the unemployment benefits need to STOPPeople do not want to work when they can sit home and be paid! Our businesses. are suffering!

By far the nicest dollar sto Ike re in our area, they have fresh fruit and a mill long freezer cooler. With every thing you could need from hamburger meat to frozen waffles

The manager at the Sneads Florida dollar General was checking me out and my daughter had her unicorn purse with her. The manager then asked my daughter who is 4 years old if that was her purse and where did she get it. I told her that is my daughter's purse and it was from Wal-Mart not dollar General. She goes to say that they had some in the store I told her well this one didn't so don't try to accuse my daughter of stealing

Very nice people that work there I think that they can do a little organized and their store it's a little crowded to me some things that shouldn't be out is out and it's making the store very cluttered but I think it's all the Dollar Generals that's like that and trying to hurry up and get it out and sell it but you guys are making the store itself cluttered and people that's dont like the Clutter you going to make them nervous about coming in and shopping at Dollar General

I like the dollar stores more than walmart. They are smaller, it's easy to get in and out of the stores plus the check out is quicker.

Went to the grand ridge location to get a few things and I noticed the receipt was not correct from digital coupons so I went to the store I know in sneads. There Carrie helped me to get the savings I went in for .Thanks to carrie.....
