I care about the employees here since I see them daily.I do not care about Circle K corporation since they are owned by a Canadian but more importantly, they are a "woke" "woke" company.I watch as if it was TV.Almost daily people come in and steal using their "kiosks".Have they learned yet? Nope. I'll explain as I just saw it again in plain site tonight...All you have to do is put the product down NEAR the kiosk and if the attendant is alone and does not see it...leave. Seriously. It's that easy.Recent example...I watched a dude do this with two packs of cookies today. Just as I said...he put the cookies down, and waited for the kiosk to sound off as if the sale was concluded...then he simply walked out without paying because the one cashier on duty was busy with a customer. I did tell her it happened and she was not surprised if anything. She was defeated and I feel bad she works for such a company.They lose 10k monthly at this store...yet still haven't learned. They will not learn and at least you got fed!If they are going to be that stupid have at it. We do not need Canadian-owned "woke' companies anyhow.If Circle K tries to have this removed...Ill just repost. This company is "woke" and Canadian and we do not need such garbage here.

No toilet paper or soap in both bathrooms. When we told the cashier she said she was about to leave so she didn’t help us. Another guy came up and handed me toilet paper but said he didn’t know where the soap was.

I've never been able to use the restroom here on my stop home from work when I fill up because I guess customers aren't allowed to use the restroom. Also I stopped getting fountain drinks when I noticed black mold and the attendant said get another drink then. I'm never coming here again. There's better places to spend my money.

So it has become really bad to even go here anymore. My whole family used to go there daily but after what was laying on the ground next to my child's door when getting out is absolutely uncalled for. A used syringe...... GET IT TOGETHER. This is the newer one on east silver springs Blvd by Walmart.

I just straight-up got robbed for $30 out of the fake cashier machine I told them to look at the cameras they told me the camera system is broke or they don't have access to that system. The junky meth head manager did everything in his willpower to not get my money back. This place has 24 hours to give me my money back for this review to be change (update) I never got my money or did anyone from Circle K contact me. Worst gas station in Ocala

Restrooms unavailable. Blocked off with boxes. Rude employee declined request to use the restroom. I filled my tank at the next station down the road. The cashier in there was very decent.....resulting in a positive experience.

They falsely advertise their "Cash" price, then, charge the "Credit" price (+$0.10/Gal more than cash.) (I paid cash in advance for diesel. Pump ran at "Credit" price.)When confronted, the "Manager" said all the pumps were "Easy-Pay" and wouldn't accept the cash price.I hate to be "cheated", even if it was only about a dollar, but somebody in "Consumer Protection" needs to be alerted to their deceptive advertising. It adds up.

You lost another customer!!!! Never going to your store if it was the last store in the world!! Employee let this guy keep piling stuff on the counter, there are about 8 people behind me. When the guy finally got done, the employee cashed him out, when I get to the cashier he added it up and said would I like any chips and something else. I asked if I could keep piling it up like the last guy? He laughed and said NO I asked why because you let the other guy do it. He said no he didn't do that! I told him never mind I'm done no more!!

I only gave a rating before but I really wanted to say that circle k is my favorite store for gas ( always cheapest! 🤩 ) but also the drinks and snacks are good and most of all the games on the app to win all kinds of free stuff!!! Thanks Circle K! 😊

Being a disabled elderly citizen on oxygen 24/7 365 walking with a cane the gal that was at the cash register was kind of rude to begin with but she became more understandable and tolerant and tolerable 👌👍It was my first time using a card that I was told was for the gas but she informed me it was a gift card instead and instructed me how to edit the payment to that card to get the gas that I wanted to purchase all in all things worked out well

We just stopped at the circle k and bought two burritos and a polar Pop and the burritos are moldy. Of course we drove home and of course they don't answer their phone so a horrible place for food.

I am being kind to give 2*. I've been there multiple times to be treated rudely by more than one cashier. One cashier actually called the next customer up before I could gather my purchases and leave AND she was ringing up his order putting him inches from me. That's highly inappropriate and not safe AND he wasn't wearing a mask. Requesting us to touch unclean computer screens rather than input our number for the coffee club you convinced me to join is disgusting. Enter the number yourself and don't have everyone touching the same screen.There has been more wrong than right over my last four visits. Very disappointing.

I tried to use a coupon a dollar off coupon and they couldn't even do that right I should specify it was the manager they ended up with my dollar coupon and I ended up paying full price it took me 10 minutes to try to get it through her head . The cashier gave me a dollar back and the manager said that she did not owe me that as if I was trying to take money that did not belong to me. She couldn't even do simple math. 9.68 -2.00=7.68. pretty simple.

These Employees need to be fired from duty and replaced. I watched them STEAL $500.00 from my Grandson and then literally laugh at him and tell him to stop asking about his money. Then they refuse to release any information in the higher ups. This store will sell you defective merchandise, doubt your integrity, then disregard you as well as your discernment.

The manager Danielle is awesome and hardworking. I am her employee and she is by far the best person i have ever worked for!!! She is the sweetest person! I couldn't ask for a better manager then her. And i also love my job!!!

My first visit since the rebuild. The woman outside (friendly) asked a man who was not dressed in Circle K attire to go refill the powder for the french vanilla. She offered to give him a cigarette if he would do it. I asked the gentleman if he was on the clock, he said no. I politely mentioned it would be necessary to wash his hands before handling the packaging. He didn't. He handled the packages (2)from top to bottom then did not open them.A different woman, who had also been outside smoking, came over w/o washing her hands, opened the cabinet where the container is housed, grabbed the spout, turned it upward as is normal. I was grustrated that she didn't clean her hands so I went over to the sink and washed my hands and offered to refill the container because of the importance of not spreading communicable diseases. She said she was well aware of how diseases/bacteria spread and all she did was touch the spout (where the powder comes out during mixing process) and then washed after my insistence. Merely touching the spout could spread communicable diseases. We have a Hep A issue here. She was appalled that I was annoyed by the lack of cleanliness. I still don't know if that man worked there. I did notice the unusual number of homeless people crowding the entrance. PLEASE TRAIN AND ENFORCE WASHING HANDS EACH TIME THEY SWITCH FROM SMOKING OUTSIDE OR OPERATING THE REGISTER TO TOUCHING CONSUMABLES. I don't understand why the employee was so annoyed with me. I am frustrated that I had to type this lengthy concern.

Tried to buy two cases of water. The cashier said that’ll be $48. 🤨 excuse me? $48? Yes we have to charge you by the bottle and it’s $2 a bottle. What kind of nonsense is going on here? We told the cashier to bring the case back to the pallet and walked out. I’m not even putting it away. Never again will I ever stop at this store. Either the store is a rip off or the cashier is charging people the wrong amount and pocketing the rest.

My husband went in here to get gas and the....well he thinks it was a sausage, couldnt really tell it was overcooked and the order was all mixed up. He did eat it, but then got sick when he came home. Everytime we come to this store, which is really if we only have to, its not a good experience. Ill chance gas issues instead of stopping here.

Storm of the century, and tried to bully my daughter in law into working. She was told "well, we need someone here. You can bring your kids." I'm so disgusted! What the hell were you expecting a 3yr old an an 18 mo old to do in the situation of hurricane force winds or looters?! How dare you treat my family's lives like they mean nothing. Your gas station has the worst reputation, junkies in the bathrooms, drunks lying on the walkway to the door & it's filthy... and protecting this was more important to you than their lives. I will never walk through the doors of another Circle K again.

Was just in the BRAND NEW circle k in silver springs Fl. Wow cashier on duty did not even acknowledge us and walked right within 2 feet. Coffee was cold. Mens restroom was discussed. Whole floor in store was covered in spills. The old store was munched better.

I really don't give a bad reviews I have been to this bussiness many occasions to purchase items like many others Customer The Store Clerks are very rude (Bias) #1 the store is infected with small Roaches running all over the fresh donuts the coffee area area is very unclean the soda pop taste like water the Clerks look like the live at a homeless shealter the exterior where the gas pump is located and the pump handle is very dirty this is first gas station that make money of high profits and do not take care of the surrounding! !! I am asking the CO of Circle Brand to look into this store this is the first gas station which is unsanitary. Thank you .

For the last month every time we have stopped here to try to fuel up, we HAVE NOT been able too. There machine are always down and they have pieces of paper at each pump saying only cash.. idk how a business can even stay open trying to operate like that! Ridiculous….

ALWAYS several homeless people loitering on site. ALWAYS a long line due to nobody working. Also, in a pandemic when it is MANDATORY for employees to wear masks, only some do and others choose not to. Self service areas (polar pop,coffee) never stocked and no hot foods ever..... don't bother telling an employee, they don't care.
