Huge thank you to Brightman Pet Clinic amazingly affordable vaccinations! Most importantly Ashley the veterinarian assistant and the rest of the staff were incredibly professional, efficient and such a pleasure to interact with. If I could rate 100 stars I would. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in dealing with a veterinarian establishment. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the staff I interacted with from phone call to appt! Much appreciate making McCoy a priority! Definitely making your office my fur baby's his place for future exams and vaccinations!

My son found a tiny kitten on the side on Hwy 98….almost dead. He brought her home and we bathed her, shaved her (fleas) and gave her food and a bed. We had no idea what to do next so I googled vets near me and Brightman popped up. I called them and even though they were booked months out, they squeezed us in the same day. They ran all kinds of tests, exams, etc. Poor thing only weighed 1 pound 3 ounces (despite being like 5 weeks old) then they sent us on our way with medication in hand. I was terrified to check out after everything they did, I just KNEW I was looking at a huge bill. To my surprise it was super affordable! I found out they work with many local shelters to provide medical care for the animals they bring in. This vet is hands down an old fashioned,  caring, loving doctor who is not in it to get rich…but to help animals who need it. Here's to you doctor Nichols and all your amazing staff!!

I personally love them. Ditto maybe not so much. Lol. Everyone there loves him so much. The vet techs are Wonderful with him. Doc is amazing. She doesn’t make you feel bad if something is wrong with your fur baby or there was something you didn’t know.

Hands down, the best veterinarian clinic on the Emerald Coast. Our stray mother of five three-week-old kittens had issues emergency care couldn’t be bothered to attend, but we were able to get her and her babies into Brightman the next morning, no problem. They were kind, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to helping animals of all kinds. We cannot thank them enough.

Hands down the best. Very compassionate and comforting in a difficult time! We had to put down two of our loving fur babies down today!!! They went at our pace explained everything and didn’t rush anything!!!! They lit a candle to let people know it was going on so they would be considerate! Wouldn’t have wanted to go to a better place than here! They made sure we were okay during the entire process and after the process was over!

I love the staff and Dr. here. It's just hard to get an appointment for exams. I do love being able to order meds on the app. This allows me to not have to make a trip to the vet. They approve the RX online and send it directly to my home.

Went to these folks after a recommendation from a friend and it was the best thing we could have done. Dr. Nichols and her staff are amazing. They have been nothing but caring, understanding, and compassionate. Especially when it comes to pets with trauma. Since living in the area, we've had 4 dogs and 3 cats, and we take all of them to Dr. Nichols at Brightman.

Dr.’s are great. The front office lady is rude and very condescending. Everyone loves to take time off, to spend money, so you can look down on them for not knowing everything you need for you to do your job. Get well soon is all I can say.

I would highly recommend Dr.Nichols and the entire staff at Brightman!! My husband and I always have a hard time finding a new vet when we move to a different city related to our high expectations for care for our fur babies. We were blessed to find this one. Our experience there has been amazing. We had 3 dogs and their experience and love for pets shine through their work. We recently lost one of our babies and everyone there was sympathetic and supportive. They made a terrible experience bearable through their compassion and genuine empathy for our loss!! 😇😇🐕🐶

This place was much better when Dr. Brightman actually worked there.I travel a lot for work and I called to have some meds shipped to me. The representative told me that I could not do this over the phone, I had to do it online.So, I go online and the when this office received the call to verify my dog's meds, they denied it.Luckily, Jamie (hope that's how you spell it) remember me and my dog, fixed the issue, and shipped the meds in almost record time.Jamie gets 5 stars. The office working as a team or providing decent customer service, zero stars.

I'm amazed at how great of an experience we had with Brightman. They actually fixed all our paperwork from a previous vet clinic, even when the previous clinic kept messing it up (Niceville Animal Clinic). They made us feel like a priority and stuck with us through the whole process of moving our dog overseas. If you are looking for a certainty, go to Brightman.

THERE'S NO MALICE HERE, JUST THE FACTS FOR OTHER TO BE AWEAR OF.I'd give minus 5 stars if possible.Especially with vet tech "Jenny"Now I know why they go through so many different technicians & clients.I'd been going here since Mr. Brightman himself was the vet and never had an issue. Today, not only was I lied to and about. But, I was also told they won't see my animals again. Sounds as if Mrs Jodi Nichols does not have her staff under control at all, much less her bedside manner as a vet. And their mere convenience does not make a good vet.

Called up here yesterday to set an appointment for our sick dog. Told them that he was very sick. They told us that they had no open times for an appointment and to give him a bath. He died in the pet clinic hospital last night after a $2000 bill. I suppose their grooming appointments are more urgent than a sickly dog. Been doing business with them for years. I’ll find a more “available” vet with my other animals.

Outstanding service but prices may run high or seem inflated. The service technicians/veterinary assistants and primary Veterinarian are all highly qualified and compassionate individuals who provide exemplary diagnoses, treatment, and customer service.
