The groomers and bathers are so sweet when I bring in snow whose nails grow like she’s on some biotin vitamin. They don’t show their judging faces towards me which I’m okay with because having 4 dogs is very pricey. They usually instruct me which is really nice instead of saying dang girl get your life together. Which I try my best. But I’m really grateful they can take her little 5lb in and cut the gigantic nails fast.

Every time I have had my dog groomed there, was happy with the results. Unfortunately this time the groomer missed several spots, which I didn’t really notice until I was home.

The store staff are fine but I dont recommend the grooming. Groomer did not do as requested and shaved my double coated dog. You can see her skin. I can't trust them to follow instructions.

Courtney B is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have been bringing my two Saint Bernards and Husky to her for 4 years now, even moving away an hour we still travel JUST FOR HER! Our dogs are as in love with her as we are and always are excited to greet her! She truly is like family. She takes her time with our furbabies, makes sure they’re comfortable, and always goes above and beyond for us. When we rescued our second Saint Bernard she squeezed us in same day and helped us figure out she needed serious medical attention. She cares for them as if they are her own! We will always travel just for her! She deserves the upmost recognition!

Josh was my groomer, he was excellent with Nala. She is about 100lbs but a very big scared baby of people she doesn't know. He came out and made her feel comfortable before taking her back. Very happy with him and the service!

Josh does a fantastic job with the dogs. They are not easy to groom but his patience and skill shine through. We've had some other groomers when he is not available but they just dont have his touch. Thanks again for a great job!

I was happy with their service . The next time grooming department should ask before owner departs if owner has cell phone with them and confirm the number to calll...where we can reach you as soon as your dog is finished being grooomed" . Drew did a nice job and gave a pretty neck bandanna for my dog to wear after wards. Courtney and Drew both are competent and caring in my opinion.

Our goldendoodle's ears were matted unknowingly due to his last groom at Barklife leaving his ears & tail, brushed out & fluffy causing the matting. Hopefully his next visit he can have the desired short cut not revolving around his matted ears & tail length. Overall, very happy with the outcome considering we were expecting him to look dumb, but we love him, so he's cute to us no matter what. Serenity was exceptional & we look forward to his next automatic scheduled visit & for working us in the same day at a discounted new customer price! The checklist report was sincere & appreciated:)

I've been here a few times to have my beagle, Mimi's nails clipped. Courtney is good with her. She is gentle with Mimi and understands that my girl is a little skittish. I will be going to Petco in Seminole from now on! Courtney is great!!

Its been a year now.....and I would say they get my dog cut great about 60% of the time. I ask that they cut him as short as possible but they always miss a few spots. I am giving up too....i'll get one bad haircut, then go back another time and its great. Rinse, repeat for a year. I've tried to communicate this every time too.....i'll ask that they make sure they get under my dogs legs.....they will forget. Then his sides look like they never get shaved consistently. My wife or I will have to go back over for a good 10-15 minutes every other haircut to trim up some areas.

Well Josh was the groomer, I was initially afraid to leave my dog, cause I know she acts like she's gonna bite someone, and when i came back to pick her up he said she was an angel, (wow, really Is this my dog). so it was a great experience.
