The first couple times I came in here, the customer service was great! This is now where I take Bella to get groomed. And Kyle did a good job!What they did NOT tell me is that your dog MUST be picked up immediately after they call you that your dog is ready or they charge you a late fee. That was not cool bark life, as that's never been an issue anywhere else. No other complaints though. Likely to keep coming here, but you need to tell your clients this. It's the right thing to do.

Highly recommend this locally owned market!! Their knowledgeable & caring staff take excellent care of animals whether they are grooming, boarding, or just popping in for a visit. I also appreciate the positive impact Bark Life has on our community and local rescues! I own a pet sitting company and I do not hesitate to refer clients to Bark Life, as I know they'll be in great hands 😊

After a couple failed groomers who would just shave my dog i finally found the best groomer at barklife, Leslee! Not only is she a sweetheart but her skills in grooming dogs are amazing! I have a toy golden doodle and she has very thick curly hair that easily matts up but leslee some how gets her to look fabulous! I just had to leave a review to show my appreciation for her and barklife. Can’t recommend them enough

The best boarding place around this area!! I have two very high anxiety dogs and they always are well taken care of and come home happy. We love seeing the report cards of their day which helps us relax being away from them.

The Bark Life experience we and our 7 month old shih-poo puppy had could not have been any more fantastic!This was his second grooming experience. His first experience, at a different grooming business, didn't meet any of our requests and left our little guy more than a bit unhappy with the whole grooming idea.Dana and the entire crew at Bark Life could not have been more reassuring when I stopped by to ask about their services.We dropped "Thunder" off and when Dana had finished and brought him out not only did he look FANTASTIC he was as happy as he could be. It was easy to see that he had been very well taken care of, beautifully groomed, and a very happy puppy. Needless to say, he will be a monthly visitor to Bark Life and we couldn't happier with the great staff and wonderful facilities.THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!Two years later (2022): Bark Life is STILL the most amazing place for your pet's needs! Our shih-poo, Thunder, has been going to Dana for grooming every month for the last two years and she has always done a fantastic job and Thunder has always come out of there as cute and happy as he has always been. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and you can see and feel that everyone takes great pride in working there. The store is always immaculate, very well stocked, and well staffed. Still a 5 star experience for us!

I don't even have word for how thankful I am of this place. We are so overprotective of our Great Dane and everyone here treats him exactly how they should.Thank God they are patient with him as he has trauma from another kennel.We can't say thank you enough to the entire staff for treating our baby the way you do. Like seriously thank you. Thank you. Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏We hate leaving him, but he loves it here...I mean look at these pictures this is a happy dog.

1st time visit to a groomer with our 14 week toy poodle, Luca. Chose this place based on reviews; love that each groomer has their own private room, and the dogs are immediately taken, and not kept to wait in a kennel cage. And, nice that it's a one stop shop for pretty much all you could need, other than a vet. Groomer Dana was excellent; calm, friendly, and did a very nice job grooming this very active puppy, who is now a powder puff. Couldnt have been easy for her. I'll be back for Dana! Thank you!

Leslee was very good at dealing with my hyper puppy . This was Harlies first trip to a groomer. Would highly recommend Bark life for your grooming needs. Ask for Leslee if you have a puppy that's never been groomed before. She has the patience of an angel. Before and after pics. What a difference.

This place is hands down amazing every time we bring Kiara to daycare and even for boarding she has such a great time! My boyfriend & I love the report cards we received! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone

Went in and asked what toys my dog might like that he could chew up and Sure enough they did a great job picking them out!! Kuch loves them! Especially the cookie. Amazing customer service; lady in front desk was very sweet & helpful. Will be coming back for more toys & services.

I have a lot of adjectives that come to mind how to describe this place and all of them are positive! Reliable, professional, high-standards keepers, very friendly, etc.My pup was shy at first, and as I was watching her from the web-camera, I saw that staff was coming up to her all the time to snuggle and to play and to hug, so she finally came out of her shell. They match dogs according to their temperament which is much more important than age/weight/breed. We have been there 2 times already and we are hooked! Pup gets exposure, socialization, interaction with other doggies! I love this place. And if you want to add services - they have them all.P.s. photo of a happy pup after 4h of fun!

Very nice place, staff seems to care greatly for the animals and the boarding for cats seems to be an actual small room instead of a box in a wall like every other place I looked. It even had a cat tree with a hidey hole my kitty enjoyed. Significantly better than other boarding places I've seen and not incredibly expensive either. Will definitely be returning.Would enjoy a few pics to see the room as well next time but I enjoyed the photo updates and "report card" of my furry son, it was nice seeing that he was doing alright while I was away.

Took my 4 month old puppy in for a temperament test for daycare and left with kennel cough. When there, I saw a sign on their back door where employees go in and out, not customers, mentioning 3 cases of reported kennel cough. I was not informed of this upon my arrival or during the time I made an appointment. I only noticed because I walked to the back to check out the area after they had already taken my puppy. They should have disclosed this during the creation of the appointment or at the very least, as soon as we walked in. My puppy began showing symptoms 3 days later and is now very sick.

That poor TOUCAN For years, this bird has been cruel and kept from having a decent and good life sitting on a perch. Just for show, it's you truly are sensitive to an animal's needs and enrichments, you would find a place a sanctuary for this poor bird how. Would you like to be kept on a perch? Every day year after year day in and Day Out? How about you show some humanatee. this bird is an endangered species and yet you let this bird run away on a perch thinking you given it. Some type of life when in fact what you are doing is taking away any quality of life for this bird. I feel so sorry for it and you have the audacity to call yourself animal lovers. If you love animals. You will take this advice. Cause I am definitely reporting This to pita people for the ethnical treatment of animals. Since you don't know how to ethically treat an exotic animal that is on the endanger. Ed species list, you know, it's very selfish for an owner to use an animal thinking. It's a great thing, it's not great. It's in humane. No quality of life to the animal. If you are any type of decent person, you will find a sanctuary or a breeding program. So this bird can procreate or at least live its life. Outdoors in a place where it has enrichment and outdoors where a bird should be not sitting on a perch 45 years you to Peta. Let them just put their foot in

I love this Bark Life store in Seminole and the staff there is so incredibly friendly! Groomer - Sharon Walls takes care of my Pomeranian and does an amazing job on him. He loves going to see her every couple of weeks and she treats him like her very own pup. She is so sweet to him every time we come in for his “Big Kahuna” service.

We took our pup 🐶 toDaycare since we were all on vacation visiting IRB and he had a fabulous time! It was awesome to see him live on the webcam! The staff was pleasant and we were pleased with the excellent customer service they provided and extremely attentive! The staff is extremely helpful!I normally shop here to buy specialty items such as treats, skin and hair products, and toys for my old hound.Yet, the last time I visited, I asked an employee about my dog's bad breath (it smelled awful). She showed me some "all natural" products, and gave us her personal experience with a particular item with her pets.Long story short, we added it to the dog's food that afternoon, and immediately noticed a difference. A week later, absolutely no bad breath.If you're wondering what I used, I'll leave that up to you to visit the store and ask them. You won't be disappointed!

Brought our dog here for the first time and it was a great experience. They did such a good job with communication and letting us know when she would be done. The staff is very friendly and helpful and responsive with all of our questions. I highly recommend using this place for either boarding your pet grooming. We used it for pet grooming, and it was such a good idea that we did.

I unfortunately used their boarding in April of 2021 for 5 nights. I came back to a sick dog that was matted in pee and smelled so bad. Her bed had pee all over it. Also I paid for a bath before pick up that didn't happen. I wasn't notified that she was sick. We actually received a wrong dog update as well. After her stay she acted so differently towards dogs. We had to get her in training. I waited a bit because I was so upset, and I was like they're a small business, but I finally emailed the manager. The guy said oh sorry we were short staffed. People will have good and bad experiences and people need to know about both to make an informed decision on if they want to utilize a business. I should have done a BBB complaint but I figured oh small business, but I'm tired of businesses not owning up and making things right. I was reading through their reviews and the comments from this business...saying oh you didn't use us and being so rude and condescending. I think that says alot about a business as well. You can say people are bashing you online but if it happened then it's an event that happened. It's not bashing. I doubt people spend thousands on their pets that they love and would be ok with them being treated poorly.

Barklife is everything that you could ever want in a boarding place and a store for your pet. They are very knowledgeable, Both employees went out of their way this evening to help answer a question I had, pertaining to my dogs food. I also had to board my dog there a few months back for a week, and I felt at ease leaving her there; and would chose them again, They are very professional, trustworthy and really care! Thank you for everything!
