My preferred grocery store. Friendly employees and stocked well.Edit: they've been remodeling for a while now and it looks like corporate is finally investing in new freezers and coolers. New flooring and a fresh coat of paint will make the store feel more modern.I don't really like that they've removed several check out lanes for what will inevitably be self check out but that's the only drawback I've seen with the remodel.

DO NOT USE WINN DIXIE ONLINE DELIVERY.. As a diabetic who just got out of the hospital, I tried to get my groceries delivered. I used the app and the money was withdrawn from my account. But my food never arrived. I called winn dixie after it was an hour late. The manager said they used a third party, door dash. So I had to call door dash. I called door dash, and the said they had to call the store. After.no resolution I had to call corporate and I got no help each company blaming the other company while I nearly died of low blood sugar. I blame winn d ixie for not taking control and delivering my food.And I won't use door dash ever again because someone should have delivered my food since the food was paid for rather than blam I ng winn dixie

This is the store i use all the time. But this morning I went in a lil early as I was out of coffee and some other things. Problem was, there's no cashier. 1 young lady working. Asked which reigister is open. She says "None. I don't have a cashier until 10am." How the hell is a store open and doesnt have a cashier?! Don't open your doors if not one there to work it.

5 stars! We ordered online for the first time and picked up the order. The manager brought it right out, and even though a few items were forgotten, the manager quickly resolved the situation. The order was ready 2 hours before my husband went to pick it up! Free pickup or delivery over $35 also, a great selection, and all the discounts apply! Only thing that should change is we should be able to use our points, but no worries, we will use it in store next time. Thank you, our favorite Winn Dixie, and the awesome store Mgr who brought our order out. Very kind gentleman, we always see him working alongside the employees, and just as hard. Its my neighboorhood supermarket and I love it.It underwent a facelift last year, and is now larger, brighter and has more offerings.LOVE, love their fried chicken in a basket. We love all dark meat, and on those ocassions when it is not available, a super-nice young man that work the deli counter will custom fry a ten-piece bag for us.Also - many yellow tag specials, and more Bogos than any other market.

Short on cashiers at 7 pm at night. 3 cashiers for whole store. Stood in line for 30 minutes to check out. Spider webs all in the ceiling as seen in photos. Need more people working in the evening since that is when everyone is going to the store after work.

I have had the most pleasant experience with the customer service team there. Everywhere else - getting money orders for rent is a horrible experience! Here, I never have to wait and always have good service! The other stores in the area the line is 10 people or more (all getting money orders too) and still the employees behind the register struggle each time like they have never done money orders before! So, I only go here for that. But I am becoming more impressed with their stock and prices every time I go back. The people at the registers are fast and efficient. They are just NICE. I have never had any of them rude or dismissive. I ALWAYS see a manager on the floor. All the counters in the store are attended and I don't think I have ever had to wait in a line. I even downloaded the store app one of the cashiers recommended. I am still playing around with it, but I am happy with the savings and points I am getting.

Winn Dixie is good because it carries many of the same products as Publix but doesn't charge as much as Publix. I don't like the fact that I cannot order certain products to come to Brandon that I have found at the Winn Dixie in Orlando and Ormond Beach branches but, nonetheless, it's still a good place to shop for the things that I cannot get at Aldi's. Also, if you can't find a product, the employees will know exactly where to find it and even walk over to the aisle and help you.

HUGE Lack of smart customer service!! IF someone is riding in a motorized cart at the store, proper customer service would be to assume they have a medical condition (I am undergoing chemo). When the cart gave me issues on 3 different isles/stopped & finally stopped not moving on the 4th isle, I asked a nice girl that was stocking to get me a store employee to help, I saw her walk all over to find someone & when she brought them, I explained the issues & that it finally stopped & would not move, at which time the guy stood & looked at me & said there was nothing he could do! No offer to help me get a cart to go to the front & check out or nothing. Just that he could do nothing! Evidently not even call his hopefully SMARTER management!! Evidently management does NOT teach Customer service!!!

Store is very clean and well organized. Prices are high but that's the same anywhere. I had trouble using their app a while back so I uninstalled it but now it's working pretty well. The reason for only 3 stars is that the cashiers are not welcoming or pleasant. I always get the feeling that by making purchases there, I'm inconveniencing them.If they were pleasant, there would be more stars.

This was my first time in a Winn-Dixie in many years. I was in the Plaza and decided to check them out. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The reason I dropped the 1 star was due to the produce. Not 1 item that I touched was up to my standards. I admit to being a picky person. Everything else in the store was to my standards. Cleanliness, fresh dates on every item I checked. The best part for me was the customer service. Each staff who I encountered was friendly and professional. I had a Great surprise from a lady who I'm sorry that I don't remember her name, as she took her time to download the store app for me, and then showed me how it would work for me. Great feature and excellent service 👏 👍 👌

This store has always been my to go to grocery store in this area. Its always been in stock, and I don't think there has been a time I needed something and they didn't have it!The store has recently been through a remodel and truly looks updated and modern now. Shopping carts are plentiful and brand new

Winn Dixie is not my fave. It seems to be very expensive and the prices shown are a little bit deceptive. There's no buy 1 get 1 free. They have promotions of which you have to buy the more expensive once. It's difficult to find someone to help in the store. Store seems a little bit dirty as others of noticed. I will not be visiting another one Dixie again

Recently refurbished, the new look was a long time coming. BUT... it feels like management isn't trying too hard on the supply side.Prices don't fit fixed incomes for staples, or preferred food selections.Their cheaper WD branded stuff is just that.. cheaper and, OH! By the way! Mostly tasteless and poor quality on grocery products like snack chips, cereals, and other store branded products in substitute for the name brand stuff which is, SUPRISE!, disgustingly out or reach for seniors looking to stretch a budget and still get tasty, quality, food on a monthly basis. SAD!!!!

Horrible, racist white older woman with dark hair at the self check out. If you are black or hispanic she watches you like you are trying to steal something even comes up to you with excuses. Unbelievable I will absolutely report this store for discrimination. To the manager or whoever you should keep an eye on this type behavior, come on its 2023.Edit:Same thing again this behavior doesnt stop. I shop there like 4 times a week, today she comes up to my self checkout station to "wipe it down" stares at me and proceeds to click on cash when I didnt ask for her help. I bought 2 things today inserted a bill larger than the amount required am standing there waiting for my change and she is still staring at me like what she wanted my change or something. Disgusting and deplorable.

Clean and has a great selection and a little bit of everything, from bath stuff to actual food! It's so convenient too. They check you out quickly! The buy and bake pizzas are amazing too:)
