I can't knock any stars off for the establishment being packed ALL the time. That just means business is good. Parking isn't always great, but the staff is friendly. No major complaints for this store. It'd be nice if it was a bit bigger because of the traffic flow. This would make things less congested in the parking lot and in the store. I don't shop at Walmart very much, but when I do visit, they seam to always be stocked on merchandise, and the store is clean.

Supercenter that can get busy of course. Pharmacy is quick but busy. It’s a safe place 24/7. The folks around this Walmart are pretty calm and friendly. Nothing to worry about. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot plus the Walmart gas station.

I went to this location last Sunday and had a terrible experience with Brenda in the garden section. I want to let it be known that I am a person of color. She did not acknowledge me as she was having a conversation with her coworker (they were speaking poorly about another employee). My partner went to pay for the items and the terminal said to keep the card in on our end but she rudely stated that we needed to remove the card because he probably did not have enough money on his card ,which was a credit card we definitely had funds on, and was extremely rude in itself. The transaction approved and the receipt printed. She put the receipt in the bag and we went on with our day feeling uncomfortable but thinking maybe she just had a bad day.I went back today to grab a few items and a new pot. I was waiting in line when I heard Brenda being rude to a couple of color. They seemed to have an approved transaction from the terminal but Brenda openly stated that they must have a zero balance on their card because the transaction was cancelled. The couple attempted to show through their bank app that the transaction went through on their account as well and Brenda continued to be rude to the couple stating she did not need nor want to see any of it and they would need to call customer service to have the problem resolved. The couple apologized to the line and asked if they needed to move over to help her with other customers. She said no and she did not need to let the manager know that she had a line because they had cameras and could see that she had a line. At this point I walked up and asked for her name and she replied "why do you need my name!?" I was able to read her name tag through her hair and responded "thank you Mrs. Brenda". The lady in front of me left the line because she said watching Brenda was uncomfortable and ridiculous. Another employee came over to help the couple and I was beyond grateful to see that someone was kind enough to assist them. There was an older white gentleman in front of me which Brenda was very polite to (greeted him, asked how he was doing, apologized for the wait, let him know the system may be running slow due to high volume, and wished him a great day). I walk up to check out and she does not greet me. She rings up my items and gives me the total. I make my payment and as the transaction is going through she states "I don't know why you need my name but here it is" as she pulls her name tag up to my face for me to read. This was the icing on the cake! I spoke with Manager Adriana and Jennifer who apologized for the experience. Jennifer assured me that she would reach out to the customer that had the hard time before me and they would speak with Brenda about the complaint. She did tell me that it was unlike Brenda which was hard to believe considering that I just had a poor experience with her the week prior. She also said that maybe something triggered her, I have worked in customer service before and I have worked in healthcare for years. No matter what happens, It is not tolerated for me to be rude to people. I really hope they rectify the situation and that no one else will have such a terrible experience. I only gave the one star for Adriana and Jennifer being so kind and taking the time to speak with me to resolve the problem. Otherwise, I would give this review zero stars.

Stopped in to get dinner supplies, this walmart has no steak.. Definitely a bummer and slowed down our schedule. We had to make a second stop to gather meats for our meal.50/50 costumer services when it comes to speaking english. The employees that spoke English were very nice and helpful, the others had a great smile.

Today I met an amazing women in this store. Lala was incredibly helpful and patient as she assisted me in making apurchase. Her wonderful personality made my day. On a less positive it is time for corporate Walmart to recognize the need for a larger store at this location.

Walmart on MLK- just not good.I only go to this location if I have to. Can't think of a visit when I had a great experience here.This past visit the store was cluttered and not clean. The cashier was unfriendly - bordering on rude.2 stars for value.

I went to go buy a bike. After sitting on it, I realized the brakes did not work. Once I found a manager to talk about it, she basically said she would sell it to me 10 percent off. I laughed because she was not willing to solve the problem, rather reduce the cost of a bike that was unsafe. Then she told me to go fix the brakes and that it's easy. I was so appalled at this point. They have no care for the quality of their products and willing to sell unsafe equipment to customers.

My husband an I was just there an buying a trailer hitch lock and the whole shelf was marked down for 16.85 but there was one that didn't have one with tape on it and the employee yelled at my husband after nicely asking why is every one on the shelf but one without tape marked down ... Same item so she got even more rude. I will never go back there I'm very appalled

Rude. Dirty. Plus told " my register is closed unless your buying cigarettes ". So your telling me unless I smoke I have to wait and use self check out while I'm holding my items when a register has no waiting because I'm not buying cigarettes?

Crowded & cashiers had attitudes. I dont normally go to this one any more. It use to be great but over the years I guess like with everything else it gets run down into the ground. It would never be my first choice anymore

This is a small Walmart. They don't have the stuff that is super Walmart does. Food rice day don't have any dairy produce or anything like that. Very limited stock. However, I wanted to post the two things I found in the men's department that were Hello Kitty and My Melody. My daughter likes this stuff so I bought her the PJ pants. I hope they'll fit her.

I came last night looking to buy a TV and a games for my son. Your employ treating me like I was going to steal something. I ask took look at the game in he would not let me see it. He said to me someone sold a game earlier so I can't let you hold it. I felt like I was racially profiled by Benjamin electronics last night I was so upset that I walked out the door without getting the game for my son. The way he spoke to me was uncalled for he literally said well someone stole the game earlier so I cannot let you look. How am I supposed to buy a game if you won't let me see the features on the back of the game. I will be contacting corporate about this issue cuz last night

Worst customer service in a long time. Asked a guy to locate lantern replacement mantles. Shows us where they're at in sporting goods. Doesn't tell anyone about us waiting there. Couple employees just ignore us and walk by no responses. Another guy after passing by us twice assisted in paging the manager and she shows up with attitude stating she'd been there the entire time. I replied I've been here for 15min and she gave me a snide remark. Step your game up. If you don't like your job quit burgeoning hiring

If I could give this store a ZERO I would! They have the WORST manager Kimberly and they tried the mess out of me!I bought a Christmas tree last night but decided I wanted multi color light’s which they didn’t have in the style tree I got SO I brought it back this morning UNOPENED w/ my receipt and debit card that matched only for them to tell me I paid with ‘invalid tender’ and the best they could do for me was a gift card! Absolute SCAM and then when I asked for a manager I had to wait over 10 minutes for her to make her way to the service desk! She basically made it out like I stole the tree and wouldn’t offer me anything but a gift card! This store is known for how trashy it is and is always stocking shelves with NOTHING! I hate this store and will not return! HORRIBLE-AWFUL-POOR MANAGEMENT are just a few descriptions!

One of the worst stores to ask an employee for help in...they all seem irritated and like they were just unhappy being there..and were rude when we tried to ask 1 where to find a product and was talked over as she rolled her eyes at us we had to ask the same question 3 times as she would stand silent for few seconds after we asked and then would say Oh what was that my bad as she texted on her phone constantly..

I like that there's a lot of parking space on the outside you got the things that you need place is highly organized but it is short and staff when I have to pay the only one that was actually doing the job was ourselves and the cash register is helpful when needed good thing that I'm outside you can find a Publix, Pizza hut, and even a beauty salon it's a good place and it gets another 🌟 because of all the things are around it and such great parking.

Ahw what can I say it's Walmart. However, this Walmart is a little cleaner than most and better selection of products to buy. Late night restocking is always a problem tho. If the store closes at 11pm, why not restock the Iles from 12 to opening? This way, I don't get in the way of the people restocking and nobody's going to have an accident trying to walk around the pallets and workers all over the store? Kind-a makes sense? Awh ya, I forgot we are talking about Walmart again!

"Old time" Walmart not one of there super centers. It's been a while since I have been in one of there small locations. Reminds me of the one I use to go to I'm Arkansas and used to run into Sam and his wife from time to time. Walmart has changed alot since then.

This place is awful. The employees don't want to help. They spend more time avoiding customers, and 8 out of 10 don't speak English. That is what they said when I asked 5 employees the location of an item. A lot of shelves are missing products, and it the store is dirty.

A giant light pole crashed down on the parking lot during a severe storm. Several customer vehicles were stuck due to the hazard! The rain was so heavy we couldn't even get out of the vehicle.When we called and informed 911 they said that the manager had to call it in, several customers called the store and were told that the manager is unable to call 911 because they are on their "lunch break" this is a huge safety hazard!It's a shame that Wal-Mart didn't care enough to resolve the problem with the proper services.

Eversince ioved to brandon I am super disappointed from all the grocery stores for not having variety of keto staples like bread, bagel and all. All the keto stuff available is full of gluten please have gluten free keto products 😩
