I like this store! To be honest, I've shopped at many Walgreens and this one a favorite! It's located in a middle class community! If you care or don't care location matter. Those I've shopped in bad communities are less likely to have what you're shopping for and normally have vagrants and trash around to store. Those asking for a hand out, i tell them..."If you have a debt card machine, I'll gladly give you money." Believe me, I always mention those problems to store employees. Mainly I shop for tobacco items. Everything about data collection is associated with alcohol and tobacco products. There's Gold in those products! ID is required and and the main key they collect data. Cashier see individuals over the age of 21, however stores need that hidden Gold data (ID information). Marketing scheme capitalizing on tobacco and alcohol products. Anyway, this store is clean and fully stocked. After any holiday, Walgreen is the first stores ready for the next upcoming holiday. Walgreen is mainly known for medical products but also has photo services, drive through pharmacy.

I always have good experiences at this location but today, I had a great experience. Wanda in the pharmacy department is so kind and goes above and beyond for Walgreens customers. She is patient and friendly.

No smoking 🚭No Vaping ⛔Wheelchair accessible & friendly ♿Service dog friendly 🐕‍ We got the kids there vaccinations here today November 20th 3:20 a young woman with love black hair that When to little cast her shoulders helped us out. She gave delivered 2 vaccines to my oldest children. We tried with my little one for a good period of time but he was way to scared 😱 to give it to him safely. She was so good with him trying to calm him down and make him feel safe. Even though we were not able to get all the kid's taken care of today I still am pleased 😀 with how we were all treated.Toys can be picked up here for low prices. They have good baby section. You can find lots of makeup 💄 and nail polish 💅 . There is bathroom products like tolerates and bathing 🛁. The have good candy 🍬 here like the packs of various assorted M&M. I like the pack with white chocolate M&M with Milk chocolate with nuts & peanut butter 🥜 M&Ms.

Evelyn C. the shift lead at this store helped me undo a mistake from someone at the pharmacy. I was very sick and in the area and since my license was used to get medicine, I could not get the correct medicine after a refund - She handled the mistake like a boss and I was able to leave with Claritin D saving my vacation. Thanks so much for your professionalism!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I have worked in several pharmacy as a technician and never have I treated my customers the way they have treated me, I phoned in my prescription to be filled prior to the end of the year no one called or any message to let me know that there was an issue with my prescription now I’ve called to see if they were ready and one was ready and the other wasn’t and of course my insurance started over so now I have to meet my deductible and they’re asking me to pay $70 for a prescription that should’ve been zero dollars and they’re telling me they can’t do anything about it. Why should they care they don’t need it I do .Walgreens suck and I will transfer my prescriptions immediately. I wish I could give you zero stars.

I get that customers don't always know where to look for an item, but the first thing out of your mouth, as an employee, should not be, "Did you look?" ESPECIALLY, after I spent no less than 5 minutes in the same aisle as you. Nalisa, or however it's spelled... maybe you should look into getting another job, because clearly customer service isn't working for you.

This has to be the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in the country. I lived over here from the east coast and have used Walgreens for decades. Since I've started using this one almost every single prescription there's either an insurance issue because they did something wrong, or they say it's ready and it's not, or they've filed an old insurance. They're rude, incompetent and shouldn't be allowed to sell medication! Somebody in their main office please do something!

Wow! Can I just say horrible pharmacy. Do not go here. Wanda is the worst pharmacy tech I have ever encountered and clearly doesn’t want to do her job. It’s sad these post don’t get read by management but as a consumer stay away. Had family call in a script after 1hr still hadn’t checked their VM. I head over there and still 15min haven’t done it. Have my family member call in again and Wanda was super rude just wanted me out of the drive thru even though I tried to explain all I wanted was confirmation it’s in. Lack of empathy and patient care. Go elsewhere.

Horrible service they don’t care about the pacient i been waiting and my wife for a medication for 2 months NEVER got anything we move to another pharmacy and we got the medications in one day they stay on top of us and they keep us inform Wallgrens is all about volume not patients

This used to be a nice store. Anymore there is only one register open and even then that cashier is busy doing other stuff. Homeless people camp out at the doors and pester everyone coming and going. The staff is nice enough but the store could be better with a small bit of effort on the part of corporate (ha) or management.

The pharmacist area always is slow. Bad service, bad actitudes. They need more people to work there and review their costumer service. Always is the same in this pharmacy when you order some medication in the morning they let you know to pick up by some time afternoon is ready and when you go to pick up they tell you to come back in 2 hrs because the last person do not the job. Shame 🤬

Majority of the employees at this location are rude! They rush you at the register they complain about being called to open boxes to get items that are lock in the clear box. Maybe they need to find another career so they won’t be so damn mad all the time.

The store is ok, but the pharmacy reps are rude and insensitive. Parking is a little hard to navigate if you have a large car. Store is clean. Semi safe neighborhood.

I shop here regularly and always find it a pleasant place to shop. I have read reviews about the pharmacy that haven't been favorable, but I have never had a problem with the staff. The store is always clean and tidy.Oct. 2021 - Update - I have become increasingly annoyed with the Pharmacy. Scripts take too long to get or they are either out of it or they are trying to get it. Also there same day delivery of prescriptions is NOT same day. You pay for it but I've had it take 3-4 days to get the 'same day' delivery. I have now switched pharmacies.

I always receive excellent service from vaccinations to med refills and just every day shopping. They are kind, courteous and very efficient. I also love the app. They will contact me through the app, by text and by phone if there’s ever an issue. I recommend this Walgreens to everyone! So glad they are my neighborhood pharmacy!

Mary-Agnes in the Pharmacy is great! Never have any issues with her when I’m at the drive-thru Pharmacy. Glenda, however, needs some customer service training. From beginning to end of my transaction, she gave me a hard time and had an attitude. There’s a big sign outside the drive-thru Pharmacy that says “make kindness your passenger”; Glenda would do well to take this advice with customers.

I am NEVER coming here again. How can a store manager allow SO MANY homeless folks to stay in the parking lot and also right by the entrance! Always asking for money, saw one looking in the window of my car once when I came out. I am a woman, I have had homeless men here yell at me and lose their temper because I had no cash on me. I just want a safe place to shop, and this place is definitely not it.

I needed medicine for my kid who was with me and the car and I couldn't get out due to him been very sick. I called pharmacy and store and no one wanted to help me get the medicine. the website was down due to storms I suppose so I called the store to let them know I was outside on curbside pickup.store representative told me manager refused to help us and told me to go to the dollar store to get my medicines ...are you serious?! if my son's condition gets worse due to the delays in medicine I will sue this store.and as others reviews says.. the people who works here are unprofessional..specially the pharmacy

I am so disgusted! The cashier opened my products as she was ringing me up and smelling everything!! Her dirty nose covered in my body washes and conditioner!!! She said that she probably shouldn't be doing that and I demanded all new products! I am furious!!! Will definitely call the manager to complain!

This store is a disgrace. The shelves are empty and when you ask for help, you are told by the associate they don't know or they are to busy to help. The sales associate we asked for help was on his phone. To be honest I worked for Walgreens for several years and would never treat a customer this bad. They were about 10 customers in line and the cashier was paging IC3. No one came to help. This was at 6:oopm. no reason a manager could not help. I will never go back. I will be going to CVS for all my needs from now on

the store itself and the employees are very nice.. however the pharmacy needs some help and re-training in knowledge and customer service! This short Hispanic girl was not only rude she gave me false information , lied and tried to overcharge me *80 on a prescription! i literally just got this EXACT medication filled at Publix for $8 I will attach proof. Work on your customer service and good Lord your prices you people should be out of business in the pharmaceutical field! You have lost me as a customer for ever.

Quick and easy medicine 💊 pick up. They will help to know about the medicine and give all information you needed. Staffs are so friendly and very kind. Many vaccines are also available, booking appointments would be better for covid vaccines.

I think that this is a great store. The staff are hard working and very helpful. The store is well-maintained and I have never had any problems with my prescriptions. I am not sure what others are looking for, but my daughter works for CVS and they treat their staff horribly. I won't even go to the one in Seffner!! These folks work hard for little reward and have to deal with unreasonable people all the time. Have some compassion for these wonderful people.

The front end ladies are so sweet. Props to Sherry at the cosmetics counter she is always full of energy and greets everyone with her positive energy. Also Miss Joni at the front counter greets everyone with a great welcoming. I refuse to use the pharmacy, they have an attitude as if the customer knows nothing and they know it all. Its their way or the highway. Not willing to help you solve any issues with insurance or anything. I wish I could use this store for all my needs but that just isn't the case.
