First time coming in to Save-A-Lot up here on Martin Luther King and Parsons. I asked one of the cashiers named Aaliyah if I could use their restroom and she stated they are closed knowing that she had a key that she could give me to go to the restroom the other cashier told us know the bathrooms were not closed that we needed to get a key because they had problems at one given time so they started locking it we were customers buying food needing to use a customer bathroom and she refused the bathroom to me I had to go next door to relieve myself. Other than that the place was really nice very clean good food and the other gentleman at work there named Kyle was very much a very good gentleman and explain to us why they were lost we will go back but we will not be dealing with Aaliyah. First time experience I would say didn't go quite well next time I hope it will go better

Thee only place I can find cubed steaks. However one star off because the only main fresh vegetables they had for three days straight was broccoli or green beans. No cabbage, brussel sprouts, sweet potato etc. They're Spanish section is great! I bought a BIG bag of potatoes for 1.99.. highly recommend.

My experience at the save a lot at729 W Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Seffner, FL isn't a good one. When I go in the store I'm already upset about how cold it is in there then there is the high prices, then there's this one cashier named Aaliyah who never smiles, has no emotions, and a plain flat demeanor. She stands at the cash register like a comatose patient in a hospital...Not very many people wanna work or even like their jobs, but you gotta present yourself better to the public. They should take her off the cash register and put her behind the scenes, like doing stocking or something. Everyone has things going on in their life but you can't take it to work..We are supposed to be saving money in save a lot but u certainly don't save any money..

This is the save a lot between parsons and Martin Luther king. Absolutely no good customer service. I said happy thanksgiving and the black girl didn’t smile or say anything back. It was like she was rushing me smh. Sorry I didn’t know the girls name. I will never go to this save a lot anymore 👎

If I could leave 0 stars I will,I have been a costumer here for years,but today I decided to never go there again,the cashier Aliyah treated my father poorly and proceeded to tell him “This is America,you have to speak English”. I don’t really now why they still have her here,she should be fire,I have read all of the complains about her and the fact that she still works here tells me Save a lot don’t care about their costumers.

Never again will I shop at save a lot.. should be called spend a lot because your spending extra money... Winn Dixie is right across the street I usually do half and half and when I compared prices everything I just bought at save a lot was actually cheaper in Winn Dixie and that's before the rewards... Wow what a rip off !!

RUDEST CASHIER EVER!! WiLL NOT RESpond TO HELLO. THANK YOU ETC. Everything says open to 10pm. They locked the doors on multiple customers at 930pm, some ppl so desperate they're knocking on windows abs they will not help anyone. 2 days before a hurricane at this exact seffner location. Horrible customer service, rude. Don't bother. Go to Aldis.

Not the best location. They have the usual items and sales, so that's fine. But multiple times there have been homeless guys hanging around out front, and they've followed me to my car to ask for the quarter from my cart. As a woman there by myself I was a little creeped out, and definitely would not feel comfortable shopping at this location at night.

I Went to Save A Lot on Martin Luther King Blvd in Seffner, FL for a bag of ice. There were quite a few people in line, so I waited patiently. Myself and a couple of other people only had a few items. When it was my turn, I mentioned to the cashier, whose name is Alexandra as listed my receipt, that it might be a good idea to have an express lane for people who only want to get a few items. She said to me in the rudest and nastiest tone that "I could have gone to another cashier." I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!! I told her there was no other cashier and her lane was the only lane open. Apparently, the other cashier had walked away, and no one knew there was another available. Then she tells me "we don't need express lanes because that only takes her job." I told her while that's understandable, her job is to take care of the customers and that better attention should be paid to the customers waiting in lines. In addition, if cashiers are not at their register there's no way for customers to know that another lane is open. She had the rudest and most inconsiderate tone I have ever heard. A total lack of respect and customer service. I was extremely disgusted by her behavior.I have instructed my family to never spend any money in that store again. I'm also spreading the word to my other family and friends. Many of them said they had similar experiences and were appalled at the cashier's behavior towards me. I encourage other customers to not buy from or support this store because of their employees' horrible attitude, disrespect, and lack of customer service to others. I will patron and spend my money in competing grocery stores that appreciate me as a customer and the value that my family, friends and I bring to their business.

I have noticed that prices of items in weekly sale paper sometimes are not what you pay. The 'small print' in the circular will get you everytime. Items on the shelves that are on sale are not posted.

I don't think I will be going back, they never seem to have sale items, even 2 days before sale ends. Management needs to learn basic math... 2x I have had items ring up at wrong price and I guess they just do the math in their head and give wrong change back. And when I pay with a card I would like my return back on the card not in cash, which seems to be the easiest for them. Management is also a bit rude and short on patience! Not worth my time!

Went there shopping on 1/19/23 around 7.30 pm at Seffner store which is by the MLK & Parsons. The guy at register scanned just one item on my cart (3 lb onions) and charged me 5 times that amount. I pointed out his mistake but he wasn't ready to correct it. So i asked for the manager. He started yelling at me and saying "i am the manager"Another staff came realized the mistake and swapped my items and made it correct. This is the 2nd time this same guy doing this. So guys BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN U SHOP AT SEFFNER SAVE A LOT when THE TALL GUY, GRAY HAIR MAN AT THE REGISTER!! Also, even after he realized his mistake, instead of correcting he said me to call the state Tallahassee

What an experience. The cashier did not talk. At all, nothing. Not hi, not bye, not even to tell me that the price was ready and I could pay. The conveyor belt didn't work so I slid everything down to her myself but before I did, I asked her if it was broken cuz it wasn't moving,.....nothing.If you're looking for customer service look elsewhere and find people that talk 🤣

I receive the weekly coupons which can be a fantastic savings, but...they are often out of the items by the weekend when I can shop and most disturbing of all, I have twice almost been fooled into paying full price for an item that appeared to be the sale item. Example: when I went in this past Saturday, the coupon was for chicken drumsticks. There were packages of chicken drumsticks in the case with a sign that said "WHILE SUPPLIES LAST". One would think that those were the packages the coupon was referring to. While in line I noticed that the wrapping on it said Chicken Thighs and so did the sticker. So I asked about it and the young man behind the register said that they were thighs. They were most obviously drumsticks! I then saw the manager and asked him and he just said that those were not the sale item and that they were out of the drumsticks. Bottom line, had I not caught that, I would have paid the full price of thighs for the sale package of drumsticks. And because I had a similar experience with pork chops and couple months ago, I feel that it's done intentionally. I don't even want to comment on why I feel it's done, but I do feel that they know they are doing it. Once can be a mistake, twice is usually not. I will always eagle eye what I'm being charged at the register. I do about half of my weekly shopping at Sav A Lot and will continue to because many of their prices are the lowest but I do watch every charge at the register.

Literally lock their doors 10 minutes before closing, couldn’t even get my Amazon package 🙄. Black girl stood there and ignored me the whole time as she stocked near the produce area.

Many prices higher than even Walmart, used to be a good discount store. Sale prices on meats bring us in but pantry items are overpriced for off brands in our opinion.

It's a good place to shop when you're not going to a big supermarket, so to speak. I don't regularly shop here, I brought my elderly friends to buy a few things here as to not go where we normally go to. I love it that they have electric carts that are much more accessible than other places.

Their prices on some items is higher than other stores. They used to have lower prices. There was cleaner on a table just inside the entrance so you could clean your own carts, that you now have to have a quarter to use. Who carries cash anymore?

Their steaks are fantastic. I buy my beef and chicken form here all the time. There eggs are bigger than Sam's clubs eggs and cost less. The milk is really good. Love the Seffner store and the people who work there are all so nice.

I shop here often.. This is the ONLY store that I can afford to eat fresh vegetables every day. Their produce is a third of the price of all the other grocery stores around Seffner are. I rely on this store.. My budget is super tight, but manageable here.

Well the store is super clean. They have changed around the product so it will be different going in if your a regular shopper. I've noticed some things are in shirt supply, but it could be from any number of reasons.

The produce manager is the best! He will give you tips on fresh fruit and veggie storage, etc. Store is clean. Good for your regular fruits, veggies, milk, eggs. Trial and error on a lot of the items as far as quality.

If you get here early then you'll be rewarded with the best prices on meats in town. Just picked up 5 pounds of chicken for 9 dollars and a pack of 3 rib eyes for 12. You can't beat that with a stick

The cashier talked to me like I was a 3 year old child. Lucky for me, Seffner has choices. I choose not to go to a store like this one. When Aldi opens I see this Save-a-Lot going away, not by their choice.
