Just took my two shih-tzus to get groomed here for the first time and I love how they both came out!! They look so cute I can't get over it - I wanted a short cut since they both have skin issues I need to keep an eye on and the groomer did such an awesome job!! My dogs normally aren't fans of getting groomed and usually they're super stressed out when I pick them up but they were just excited and happy when I came to get them from Puppycutz and calmed down so quickly after their initial burst of energy over seeing me. Definitely plan on taking them back!

I love this groomer. I could not recommend them enough. I started bringing my dog Ellie here after my Grandmother raved about how she loved bringing her dog. I get very nervous leaving Ellie just about anywhere because I want to make sure she's well taken care of but I'm never nervous to leave her here. Everyone is so nice and they so clearly care about the dogs. Ellie always comes home silky soft with a wagging tail and the cutest bandanna.

This was our first time dropping off our brand new puppy for some well needed grooming and all of us had an amazing experience. I was sad to leave my dog however upon my return he was not ready to go as he had so much fun and learned something new. Every time we brush his hair at home he sits down and gives us his paw. So crazy that he remembered what he needed to do. Again amazing customer service and experience for us all.

My wife and I have been going to puppycutz for over a year now, when they were on MLK. Now they have moved to a bigger nicer place with plenty of space for the furry babies. Ample parking is a huge plus at their new location. And they are right off of I4 making it ideal for anyone in the Tampa Bay area! Please check them out they really care and love your babies. Mila always comes home happy after her day getting pampered at this Pet Spa!

My little boy Rocky just loves getting his hair cut. I personally think it's for the wonderful ladies that take such great care of him! Haha he's a ladies man. I'd definitely recommend this place. They were even wonderful with my Dalmatian Milo. Thank you for doing an amazing job on my babies.

They are truly wonderful! They care so much -- they treat each and every animal that came in was treated as if it were their very own. When I have gone elsewhere my little girl takes 2-3 days to stop acting traumatized. When I picked her up from Puppycutz she was nice and calm. Very happy to see me but not traumatized at all! Definitely going back

I LOVE this place, this was the first time I have dropped my puppy off and left her and they did an amazing job taking care of her. She is an 8 month old beagle and they did a full hair cut and bath... along with brushing her teeth and trimming her nails! She smelt so good and looked so pretty. 12/10 would recommend, definitely coming back!!!

I had a last minute chance to get my dogs groomed before my wife got in from out of town. I called Kim around 4:30pm on a Tuesday. She graciously told me to come in and they would stay a little late to take care of them. About an hour later I picked up the dogs and they were so clean and smelled so good! Also much more affordable than the big chain stores. Will definitely be going back, highly recommend.

I took my baby Maizee in today for her first spa day! We did our research on multiple pet spas / groomers and are so happy that we chose Puppycutz !! Everyone was super friendly and patient with our girl with this being her first grooming session ever. She’s is so beautiful and smells so good!! We will always send our baby to Puppycutz and refer all of our friends and family!! Thank you all for a great first experience ❤️

They did a wonderful job on my husky. She looks like a princess. They took great care of her and left her smelling amazing, white and soft , using natural organic products and gave her a cute pink bandana. I have 3 dogs, I'm definitely going to be bringing all of them here. Highly recommend!

Very shocked and unsatisfied with guest service overall. Dropped my dog of in the morning, Five hours later I had to call because no one had reached out to me. Upon calling was told they had not yet attended to my dog. He had been sitting in a cage for 5 hours! When I arrived the owner was extremely unprofessional I was shocked and appalled when snide comments were made right in front of me! Needless to say I will not be returning and strongly suggest that if you care about professionalism, communication, and quality guest service for you and your fur baby that you steer clear as well

This was our first time at Puppycutz and the service was truly amazing! The staff really took their time to shave down Koko seeing he was matted and he looks so much better. I will definitely make Puppycutz my go to place. If anyone is looking for a great place, I would suggest Puppycutz. I would love to upload a picture but don't see how to... :)

I took my Yorkie, Ziggy, to Puppycut for the first time yesterday. He loved the full cut, ears cleaned and anal cleaned too. He looks great and did not want to leave. The staff is great, the crates are big and I love this groomer. Strongly recommend Puppycut and Kim!

We took our Minnie Aussie here this past weekend after hearing great things from others and everything we heard was true. Everyone is friendly and they did an amazing job. He's hair looked great and felt great, it actually felt lighter. We will be respect customers for sure.

They do great work, but it is a conveyer belt of dogs. My dog was in a cage for almost 7 hours. No water, no bathroom breaks. My dog couldn't wait to leave and go to the bathroom. They had the audacity to say how difficult my dog was in regards to nail clipping; yes, because she was in a kennel for 7 hours with no water and no breaks. Had they remembered me as a client on the many times my boyfriend and I have dropped her off, they would know that they have raved about how great she is the other times when it has been a more reasonable 3 to 4 hours. And the smallest, but equally irritating thing, is they kept calling her a him..you don't even know her gender after grooming her? AND they clipped her quick and then told me it wasn't a big deal. Never going back again.

First of all I want to thank them for taking my babies in on a saturday when they were already fully booked.I was a bit concerned with trying a new groomer but after checking out multiple shops and their reviews this place was the best fit for my fur babies.When I picked them up I was almost in tears at what an amazing job they did. I have a Jack russell Terrier, Tea Cup Shitzhu and Cairin Terrier.On top of the magnificent job they did on the cut and baths I was also educated on what the dog food I feed them is doing to their bodies. I cant say how much I am satisfied with this place. My babies will definitely be returning for their next grooming session.

When I took my dog for her hair cut/ bath I was greeted in a friendly way it wasn't just a drop of pick up. The owner made me feel welcomed. We chatted for a few and she explained to me the services that she offered. I will be returning again in the future. Thanks Puppycutz🐶🐶🐶🐶

*BEWARE* They will not groom aggressive dogs. I was called they said they will not groom my dog. The girl on the phone was really kind about it. I walked through the back door. And they had teens grooming dogs which you cant see when you walk through the front door you only see the older lady's grooming. When I went to go get my dog the girl who was in the front desk was really kind about it BUT when it came to an older groomer who was extremely rude about the whole situation she wasn't even the one who groomed my dog. She said that I should not take my dog to a regular groomer. I have been taking my dog to a different groom for the past 6 years I wanted to try this groomer because of the good reviews. She continued saying my dog needs to be sedated. Just EXTREMELY RUDE THE WHOLE TIME instead of saying they have inexperience people working there.

Took my Westie here after his groomer retired. I was a bit nervous due to his age and knee problems. Kim made a feel at ease and explained the services available. I left her with a gray mop of a dog and she returned to me my handsome Westhighland "White" Terrier. So happy he has a new groomer.

My Sebastian is a Cocker Spaniel that loves to hunt and gets his hair a mess constantly. The groomers at PuppyCutz are amazing. They have made him look like a brand new dog. He seems to like them a lot too and that is extremely important. Thanks PuppyCutz from the Coppersmiths and Sebastian 😊. I highly recommend this group, you will not be disappointed.

What an awesome experience from arrival till pickup. I have a dauchaund named Weenie, and he was a little shy at first, this being his first time there, and when I picked him up he was perfect. His haircut was perfect, and she knew just what I wanted. Defintely recommending to my family and friends.
