We Just drove over for propane, there is a huge sign out that says they have it. The front desk staff starts off “what you need” with an attitude & then goes on to say they aren’t doing it in an extremely rude way. I am very understanding & get it if you are under staffed. But I do not agree with being disrespectful to your nice customers. Ps: You may want to take down the sign if you are not going to sell propane when you have it available.

Just went by to pick up a few items today, Deana greeted me right away & was able to help me find my 2 items. I was in & out within 2-3 min. Cashiers were a bit quiet. I told both to tell Deana she was a big help & they both ignored me. Felt like they were rude to me & their co-worker. Deana u are the best, keep up the positive attitude. (Hope I spelled ur name right). Would be a 5 * but the Cashiers weren't too nice.

Hate to do it but got to leave 1 star because I drove for 60 mins one way for a bag of something very specific which it specifically said it had it stock at that location and when I got there they said they miscounted their product and it was not in stock. I get it mistakes happen but unfortunately the reason we try and be diligent is because those mistakes can be costly and that one cost me a bunch of time and gas and effort. A little focus goes a long way and everyone wins in the end but today that didn't happen.

3/29/24 The girl at the front counter should not be waiting on customers. She’s not pleasant she’s not helpful she’s not nice. The women who was who I pulled out of the aisle was wonderful and very helpful. She helped me find the screws I needed.

Some stores are understaffed. This store definitely doesn't have that problem. So many employees with smiling faces. The cashier Rebecca said a prayer for me and then we both held hands and shed a tear together. This is a real business.

Excellent hardware store bar none they might not have all the lumber and all that stuff at Home Depot has but they have all the hard to find stuff and what they have is quality friendliness customer service above all my favorite hardware store.

I'm guessing they had a change of ownershipCustomer service is pretty bad. Employees don't offer to help much, and when they do, they are just as clueless as I am.I liked going to Ace over the big box stores because someone was always ready to help, and they were knowledgeable. I don't think Ace is the helpful hardware place anymore. At least at this location.

Pretty much everywhere for a bird bath couldn't find one anywhere. I went to the Ace Hardware store in Seffner and one of the store employees "Buddy" was kind enough to search for them but they didn't have any either. He then pulled them up online and ordered one for me. It only took three days for them to come in and there was four different ones to choose from. They were very helpful and now I have me a beautiful bird bath. Thanks Buddy! 😊

Extremely rude ladies on the cashier… But Great manager( a guy manager, not the old lady, must the ladies in that store seems to be rude and unhappy with their jobs) I had a problem with a pick up order and he was REALLY helpful to fix the whole misunderstanding!!! Definitely recommend that store and if you have any trouble definitely ask help for the manager.

I am loyal customer to this Ace for over a decade! They are a small store, and do not have everything...but they have hardware! If you need lawn and garden, basic fittings and materials, and accessories- they are your store! They make keys there also!The employees are available and WILLING to help you find what you need. Bonus: they have GOOD snacks at checkout including world's finest chocolate bars. I do check online before going there to make sure they have it. If not, I order for in store shipping and pick up so if I have questions, or there is an issue with my order, I can handle it right then and there! Try them out! They are at the far end of the plaza away from the roads...and plenty of parking!

Walked in Thursday, asked to talk with a "bolt expert," and in less than a minute had 2 longer metric bolts I needed to extend my truck's ground straps for new larger marine (posts are opposite) starting batteries (diesel). Outstanding service!

I travel the nation and try to visit Ace Hardware for my needs. I know the service will always be the best and I like helping this local franchise. I'm have no problem paying a little more for this experience.The one star has to do with the policy of Propane tank refills. I have two 30 pound tanks in my RV. I don't let them get empty before I refill them. On the phone, I was quoted $3.99 a gallon for LP from this Ace 2 hours before I went there. $3.99 is 11 cents higher then the Tractor Supply across the street but again, I was willing to pay this. I arrived and was told I had to pay one set price for each 30 pound tank to be refilled. One was 1/3 full and the other was 1/4 full. They would not allow me to pay by the gallon to fill top these off. When my car is low on fuel, I don't have to pay one set price. The machines have a meter on them. I refuse to pay for fuel I am not receiving. Why am I quoted $3.99 a gallon of I can't buy a gallon.I went across the street to the Tractor Supply who only made me pay for the propane I needed. I was able to top off both my tanks for $25 instead of the $25 per bottle Ace wanted.I would much rather give my business to Ace but when it comes to propane, I'll go to Tractor Supply.

Only because I have to leave a star. Join me in boycotting businesses that want to take your money, but they won't allow you to utilize their facilities. I drove 40 minutes to this location, only to receive zero sympathy when I requested to use the bathroom. Open your bathrooms, or you will continue to not earn my business.

Needed a fuse so i stopped in and the guys helped me find it in just a few minutes. Deanna checked me out and she was polite and friendly as always. Love this place. They are always so helpful.

They have the stuff.The manager is an old grouchy lady.Manager seems to yell and scream for no reason while customer's are shopping. Just shut your big fat mouth up and let the customers browse in peace.

Customer service is great, they great you everytime and they always ask if you need help before you have a chance to ask them, every time. The prices are a little higher than everyone else but the little extra you pay is for the customer service.

They were absolutely wonderful! I was looking to purchase a Traeger grill. They spent so much time in the store educating me on them. Then when I decided to purchase one they held one in the back for me until I could get there to pay. The assembled it and delivered it for free! When they got to my house they spent another hour giving me instructions on getting started. Today I am purchasing one for a gift and going right back there to them!
