Bentley & LuLu will absolutely be back!! They smell so good !! I am very happy I had a rough day I had a appointment with a different groomer and after them being very rude and canceling my appointment, I call diamonds last minute and and fit me in & THEY WAS SO KIND SO PROFESSIONAL I WILL BE BACK THEY MADE MY BABIES BEAUTIFUL! They was so nice to them no cuts to the skin! they took there time and I thank you all soo much my groomer was so amazing! I think she was the owner anyways thank you thank you ! If you want your fur babies taken great care of I 100% recommend this place!

We tried out Diamond Dog Pet Spa for the first time today and we were very happy with the results! The groom did take slightly longer than anticipated, but we’ll understand the time frame better for next time. We plan to continue using Diamond Dog! Highly recommend - affordable too.

Diamond Dog is the best grooming spa around! I have a very reactive dog that isn’t usually the most cooperative, but I have been bringing her here for almost two years now and all of the groomers here are AMAZING with her. She gets her nails and paw pads trimmed very quickly and with no whining! I love that I can stand with her while she gets her trim done or watch her from the lobby. This place has the best value and service and my dog always leaves looking cuter than ever! I recently moved away but when I come back to the area to visit I always try to fit in a trip to Diamond Dog because I can always trust them to do a great job with my dog!

We had such a great experience at Diamond Dog Pet Spa! I’m really picky when it comes to my dogs grooming and Anna did a fantastic job with her. She looks absolutely adorable and left in really high spirits. We will definitely be returning to work with Anna again! Prices are also very fair. Thank you guys :)

I came here after my groomer of many years refused to continue grooming our two dogs because of age. I was super impressed. They did a great job. When I picked them up, they felt comfortable. They had bows they were beautiful. Thank you

We had our dogs Caliber and Dakota use this business. Both times we were completely satisfied and highly impressed.Dakota being a husky, they took the time with attention to detail and make her sparkle.Caliber is an Australian Shepherd, he is super energetic and not a fan of his nails being done due to a prior bad experience at a different location. He had no problem today and he is much happier with his new groomed nails and his hair cut.I can’t say enough how thankful we are with the results. Makes my heart happy to know we have found a reliable groomer close to home and have the comfort of them not stressing and loving the results!!Thank you Brittney and staff for your amazing job!!

I have been taking both my Mini Schnauzers to be groomed by Brittany for the last year now and she does a fantastic job on both of them and they love going to see her. Brittany is so good with them. Booking with Diamond Dog is easy and the entire staff is pleasant and professional. It never smells bad in there and the lobby and grooming areas are always clean. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.5 Stars all the way.

On 3/6/24 I took my shihpoo For a shampoo and cut my daughter, had just purchased him a new harness, and gave it to him two weeks prior to the shampoo at the salon. When I went to pick peanut up, they had given my harness and leash to someone else they said that they would give me a free shampoo and cut for the inconvenience. I explain to the lady that I did not want the free cut I wanted the harness. Back because it was a gift from my daughter to my peanut. They said that they would call the lady that they gave it to and get it back for me. I made three different calls. The last call that I made the lady on the phone telling me that she would call me when the lady drop my harness and leash off well after a week I stop by today and they had my harness but not his lease but the dog leash didn’t care about. while I was in there, I told them that they needed to get a better system so this doesn’t happen again some old lady in there said that you’ve already said that I asked another lady in the back is she the owner and they said no she just works here how rude you would think that she would’ve gave me apology for all the trouble that I went through to get my dogs, harness and leash back but instead she insulted me, I’ll never take my dog back there again

The Best in Seffner, they actually cut an trim the way you ask instead of what they think should be done. Had been going to a place across from the Post Office at MLK & Kingsway, I told them a facial trim an belly shave. They shaved him except his head which they didn't even trim. Diamond Dog is the place to go!!! Great price an employees extremely friendly And on time.

Horrible experience and the owner just blew us off as she said he scratched himself. We had to take our dog to the vet for infection for groomer cutting to deep and burning his neck. Poor dog acts like he was beaten and hides now. Photos don’t lie and plainly can see they shaved too deep.

I just wanted to tell you just how happy we were with M'Lynn's grooming! The staff is friendly and professional. We think her cut is beautiful and she still smells awesome a week later. She was shaking so bad when we dropped her off but she was so relaxed when we picked her up. I also love the fact that she didn't have cut hair all over her which ends up all over me, my wheelchair and the van. I'm not sure what y'all did differently but I wanted you to know we noticed and loved it!! I also appreciate that you were able to get her cut and call us so she wasn't there all day. I will be recommending you to my friends and family!

We took our puppy's for the first time ever being groomed by anyone other than us (their owners). They did well the boys were cleaned trimmed and seemed to be quite happy during pick up and all for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

I will NEVER take my dog to Diamond Dog again!!!! My husband and I would have and have done a better grooming on her. I told them they could grooming the top part of her tail, just leave the bottom alone. Well, they left the top(part where it meets her butt)overgrown. Behind one ear is way longer than the ear I trimmed up at home. The cut us uneven all around. If I could do a review with zero stars, I would!!!

Diamond’s dog groomers are professional and good at what they do. My Pomeranian is very timid and loves this place which tells me they are kind to her behind closed doors. It is clean, smells good and does an excellent job at cleaning my four legged baby girl!

Horrible owner to never return our calls and had to go in as she just denied any responsibility and said the dog scratched himself. Cost $330 from the vet for infection from hack job. BEWARE!!

I highly recommend this place to anyone with a cat or dog. I took my 18 year old cat (who isn't great about cleaning herself any more) to this place for general grooming, nail trimming, and fur dematting and I've not had any issues. My girl is a very vocal cat and not very comfortable being around new people but the groomers here were quick to get on her good side, which is an endorsement far better than anything I could ever say. The prices are reasonable for the quality of work and they are very open about any requirements you may need.

I love the service that was provided to my fur baby roxy. Geneva was so professional and so gentle with roxy. When I use to take her to her previous groomer she would always have anxiety and act weird when I would pick her up. Let’s just say we did not have those issues when I pick her up from diamond dog pet spa with Geneva😁. So happy I found a new grooming for my fur baby. Will definitely recommend!
