I've been coming here for years and never had many problems or negative experiences.For the past 6 months things have been very different with the pharmacy staff's attitude shrugging off incidents that they are continuously at fault for.Just very dismissive and uncaring.It's really sad to watch employees ruining the business by not caring about customer relations and good organization practices.

I have called numerous times to check on medication for my mother they don't answer I would like to think they only do this when they are busy but this happen all the time as I'm writing this review I called and no one has picked up to even ask how can we help just listening to music and CVS has 14 vaccinations to help…. I have not spoke too anyone just waiting for more than still 20 minutes All I want to know is if the hospital has called in a blood thinner for her after release from hospital for stroke Please management do something about service still waiting no one is picking up

Call the automated system for a refill on 1/27/2023 system advise prescription would be ready by 3 that same day. Drove by the same day around 6 to pick up. I was told the prescription wasn't ready to come back later. Went back in the morning of 2/2/2023 to pick up the prescription. Was told by VERY RUDE PHARMASIST at 530 AM that the prescription hasn't been authorized. I asked him why I wasn't informed about this the first time I came to pick up the prescription. To which he proceeded to rant about how they are so short staff that nothing can get done, and that was also the reason the drive true is closed most of the time.I'm a customer. I have nothing to do with your staff is not my problem in any way or form. I don't work for CVS changing all my prescriptions to another company with better customer service.

I was referred to this location from my local CVS to place a personalized card order. I placed the order and unlike the other two locations I’ve attempted to do this at, I got the email that my order was ready. Yay! I went to the store and my cards were already placed in the envelope ready for me to pick up until the gentleman said that they came out very smudgy and he even attempted to do it multiple times to try to get it perfect but it just didn’t happen. They believe their machine was messed up. He was very nice and respectful, but it was overall upsetting because they should have given me a call to let me know the result of my cards before driving 30 minutes to Seffner. He did explain to me how busy they were which I completely understand, but what gets to me is that my order was already placed in the envelope and put in the area where the pick up orders are placed. They should have given me a courtesy call as they were placing my cards in the pick up envelope to let me know how they were to give me a warning. Again, the gentleman that spoke with me was very respectful I just wish this would’ve been handled differently. CVS should discontinue this feature on the website so they won’t waste peoples time.

For months I was prescribed two medications that when taken together can cause life threatening heart problems. I only found out due to the fact that I had my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy where they contacted and alerted me to it. When the new pharmacy contacted my provider and she was made aware she instantly changed a medication.I spoke with the district manager about this, and not only did he deny any wrong doing, he was trying to pin the blame on me and was acting like I was stupid. He never once apologized for this, and he said “in the grand scheme of things, it didnt matter”. This is an absolute disgusting way to think about giving medicine.I will never support CVS pharmacies ever again, and I will make sure I will get as many people as possible to hear about this so they too will support this god awful way of treating customers/patients.

I have been coming to seffner CVS for years and i love them. Ive seen employees come and go but every single one was wonderful, helpful ,nice, etc. The pharmacists and the techs are all great! Ive never had a bad experience. They know me now and remember my name which impresses me and makes me feel like family . They always ask me how i am doing and take the time to talk to me. Their fast and friendly and get the job done. They all work hard ,you just have to be patient when their busy . They are always good to me. Try CVS !:)

Good service. I've used t he walk in clinic three times and have been well cared for by them and the pharmacy each time. The groceries and general merchandise are good and the customer service on the front end is above average, exceptional when you consider the other places around Seffner.

They need to employ more people at the pharmacist assistance and for people to get their prescriptions because one register open when you have three is not good you shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half in a line of 30 people there's a problem it should be taken care of this is not a one-time thing a lot of people have been complaining about it needs to be taken care of this is ridiculous I am ready to go to another CVS because I have to go to CVS because of my insurance this is ridiculous

One as manager has to set the example for the rest in their crew, but the manager here is rude un professional and very self centered.Think she own the store been rude to my wife even thou the store promotes coupons yet she wants to to say smart comments just because my wife is asking about why the promotion is not going thru, instead of her help and figure things out wants to be discriminatory twores my wife for not speaking English thank God I was their today and understood here comments twores my wife.. in the other hand the the gentleman that actually help and took his time with us finding a product I wanna say get job and hope you well replace her in the future..I well contact corporate because it's not the first time she has done this to my wife..

Every day pharmacy job very bad no control about status of the orders time frame for pickup bad and no reason about quality of the employees working at the same time because I can play a soccer game and I have on the bench substitutes

Waited in line for 20 minutes in drive through only to be told "Sorry, we're closing for lunch. Be back in 30 minutes." While the employee laughed.Luckily Publix pharmacy is right down the road. I'm moving all my prescriptions tomorrow.

I went to get a Covid Test. The internet said they did free testing. The pharmacist said they don't do any testing and that the internet was wrong. She said I should go to a clinic. So I asked which one to go to. She did not know where I can go after asking someone else. So in my medical emergency CVS was worthless. I eventually went to my private doctor who did test me and I am covid Positive. I feel sad who does have personal private physicians like I do. December 27, 2021

I have used this pharmacy for a year unless you have all day don't plan on getting your prescription the same day. Today is the straw will be looking for new pharmacy. I went to the minute clinic for an rat ear ache was prescribed two meds. Weren't too drop off area first (past experience has taught me to be on the safe side and cut a couple hours off trip because of pharmacy stating issues) yep we have it just a few minutes. I go to pick it up and they state they only have one. I have to show them the paper work from clinic. "We resent it just a few min please" I waited 15 minutes came back too pick up. They being me one again I show another person the paperwork "you will have to go back to drop off we don't have anything in the system. At drop off I had too show paperwork again. Turns out they are out of one so they just deleted it I guess. Then they contacted the minute clinic for a substitute. And now I wait again. After a year of using this pharmacy I question the ligitamcy of any positive reviews

Yes, long wait but they have a lot of customers. I've used this CVS pharmacy for the past 3yrs & will no longer. I've dealt with many different Pharmacist (and techs?) At this location and its hit or miss on if they're going to be rude or not. My last straw is with two medications that shouldnt be mixed that could result in possible death, I wasn't alerted not to take them within 24hrs of each other. I'm not sure if that was human or computer error. I'm not chancing it again.

Pharmacy is clueless, lazy and could really care less about healthcare. Medicine was lost, then ready, then not pre-authorized, then oops there it is, now a 20 minutes wait to get the pharmacist to approve it again. Better off at Walmart or Walgreens.

We were staying nearby when my husband ended up in the E.R. at a local hospital and was unable to walk. The pharmacist, David Keegan, was extremely helpful. Our insurance computer system was down so he gave us half of our rx' s at no charge until we could get back the next day. We don't normally fill with CVS. The young cashier at the front counter, Joe (?), was awesome as well. After a long night visit to the E.R. and a 1a.m. drive back to the hotel with three kids, you made it much easier. Thanks guys, you rock!!!!

worst place unprofessional had my sons scripts e-script at 7 I picked it up at 9 and was told that they never received it .FYI I work in the facility where it was sent from so I know they received it. when I told the lady she was like oh oh ok let me check. She then asked if I needed it now mind you the meds were for asthma Yea I need them. To wait there 40 min just to tell me that they didn't have it in stock. No common courtesy will not come here again.

Worst customer service. Took 2 hours to get a prescription and kept being told 15 minutes 15 minutes more. Then technician Victoria makes a mistake on prescription after an hour of waiting already. Seriously should focus more on details and confirm patient information before assuming and trying to fill prescription under a different name.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy team is supposed to be part of the team helping patients not holding up care and healing. As a provider, I am embarrased that patients are treated this way.

Did online reservation of spot at 11:54 AM; showed up at 1:10 PM. Check in kiosk said my reservation expired (????) and added me after guy who was already there. At 1:40; when the guy in front of me was done - lady comes out to say she's gone for an hour lunch. No where online did it state their lunch timings and their overall kiosk system did not properly reserve my reservation. Really crappy experience; especially when you are sick and have limited time to take off and go.

Called to see if they had my medicine in stock and was told he couldnt tell me over the phone, I replied that four other stores had told me that they were out. He says "well I can tell you we don't have any if you like". I've dealt with this guy before and he is always rude. Avoid this cvs is you can.

This pharmacy has a real hard time getting things right. This has happened to me on several occasions where I had to go without my meds and of course they blamed the doctor. If you make a mistake admit to it!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACYBeware of this cvs !!! staff is very unprofessionaland will make every effort to make youunhappy if they don't have the education tomake their customers happy then what makes you think that they will give you the correct prescription. Stay away from this cvs for your own good!!!

So understaffed, that I am willing to drive 13 miles south to riverview instead of driving 1 mile north. It took 6 hours plus 30 minutes waiting inside to get 1 prescription filled

I've been dealing with this store for the last 10 years what problems nobody knows what's going on I gently order online when I'm very ill with my rheumatoid arthritis sometimes I have it delivered well I went on their website today so I can pick the items up in the store my daughter is coming from Wesley Chapel at 9 tonight to pick the items up for me that I desperately need I've been trying for the past 3 days and I keep saying delivery delivery delivery I tried everything to change that nothing works I called the store they don't know what's going on they have no answers about anything so I deleted all the items it actually says pickup at store and won't allow me to change it they want to charge me for delivery because I didn't meet the quota a $49 I'm not spending that much so the store does not work the pharmacy does not work probably either time to take my business elsewhere there's always a problem..
