They've got so many different cool things and they've done the research to back all of them up.Prices are also incredibly fair and they have a sick rewards program as well.So again, If you're looking for a people-centric place to learn more about some of the products and things they offer, (and the herbalist lifestyle in general) you won't be disappointed if I stopping here!

The owners, the husband and wife basically gave me a piece. They were so accommodating to me and gave me a piece for 50% off because that’s all I had on me and then gave me 10% off on my next trip. I come here all the time this place is 24 seven and they’re also nice.

I am thrilled I opened my eyes and found this place after driving this Rd for 30 years. I had been driving up to hwy 60 to get my supplies b4 I found this great place. From the first time walking in, they are always helpful, knowledgeable and happy. They have different brands in every item I need. From my menthol juice to the correct atomizers, filters. I looked at the prices on a new vape and they are allot better than the place I used to go. I'm thrilled with this store and the guys that work here. Keep up the good work!!

Customer service reigns supreme here! This place may be small, but I assure you that has nothing to do with the amount of merchandise they provide. From my understanding they get new items weekly! That’s pretty dope in my opinion! The employee “Donny” is always super helpful and has really great energy! I highly recommend this location. 5/5 it’s just simply a great establishment.Also be mindful they have a small parking lot located on the right side of the building.

I love this place!!! They appreciate their veterans the manager is one. He helped me make a decision on a purchase for a vape and when I came back because I was new and didn’t know how to operate or prep the coil he was happy to show me how to operate the product correctly!! I won’t be going anywhere else. Staff always greets you and they have a huge selection of just about anything and everything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You will thank me later!!

Overall thr store was great. It was clean and had quite a large variety. The guy(I assume manager)there, loves his job. He was super outgoing and very knowledgeable. The only criticism that I could give, is he used "I" the entire time. Ex. "I am out of those" , "I dont carry those", "my shipment comes" etc. Even for the owners; a businese is run collectively and should always be referred to as "we". Unless, it is something you directly did. Such as, "I just moved those over here". Hope this helps.

Derrick is the best. He's super sweet and is extremely helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and listened to what I wanted and provide it. Great prices too. As long as Derrick is there I will definitely be back :)

Even though there is a 2-4 day return policy on electronic devises they honored my 2 week old purchase and replaced my pen. Not that waiting 2 weeks is acceptable but I had purchased for a coworker and it took long to bring it back. They truly are compassionate and professional.

THIS IS THE ONLY SHOP TO GO TO. If you are from out of town, it's worth the drive. Their prices are competitive with internet pricing and they have a HUGE variety on top of hella helpful staff. And their hours are great!

Cloud House is the best smoke shop in the area in my opinion. They have a great selection of vape supplies with way better prices than most of the other shops in the area and some of the friendliest and intuitive staff I've ever met.
