I love the vets here! I have a frenchie with many allergy issues (among other ailments) and Dr. Hughes has been able to treat them and given me tips on how to better care for my pet at home as well. I just recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Moore, who did his nose surgery with no complications. Both TOP notch. Now all 3 of my pets go here. May I also add that I have a bit of a drive to get here, but it’s all worth it. Highly recommend!

We love the care that we get from Dr. Moore and her staff… Our dog has had two surgeries under Dr. Moore’s care and we could not be happier with the service we received. Dr did a good job for my sweet nala girl. Although she didn’t make it I know the dr provided her with the best care possible even after she went across the rainbow bridge. Very thankful for this vets office. They even sent us a card for our sweet girl. If I get a new puppy this will be the place I go from now on and would recommend to friends and family. Very friendly staff, and overall they show love to their animals.

I absolutely love this Veteran office!! My beloved fur babies are always taken care of. The Doctors are very thorough and take the time to answer my questions. I never have a problem with getting in at short notice. Their prices are reasonable.

They were so good with our Gracie May. I was afraid I couldn’t afford to take her to the vet so I tried over the counter meds. In the end she could have died because of me and it wasn’t expensive at all.

This place should be shut down for medical fraud.The owner vet, Dr Hughes, literally made up false diagnoses about my very sick cat. My cat was already diagnosed with IBD or Lymphoma (3 days prior by Temple Terrace Animal Hospital) and needed an ultrasound to measure the thickness of the intestines. An ultrasound was the ONlY reason I went there, as they were $180 vs $550 at TTAH. Upon exam, she immediately exclaimed he has a severe heart murmur and and a 3-4 mass in his lower abdomen. She insisted X-rays will give her the info she needs and allow her to view the heart. I insisted he needs an ultrasound to measure intestines, and after waiting a very long time with my cat in the back out of my sight, I told 2 additional techs to make sure she does NOT do X-rays. I want the ultrasound. She came back showing me X-rays ON HER CELLPHONE pointing out the bogus mass, bogus fluid in pericardium area of heart, claimed that my cats temperature of 98° was almost at hypothermia levels and also claimed that he was very dehydrated. Dr. Hughes, then went onto prescribe multiple medication’s for all of these various findings. After a very ugly scene at check out with one of her tech’s named Tanya, I learned that their ultrasound machine is referred to as a FAST ultrasound, which is for trauma, it does not measure the thickness of the intestines as my cat needed. The vet WITHHELD that important info. At this point, I had been there for almost SEVEN HOURS. I was denied any medical records or a simple medical summary of my visit that day, and was told the x-rays would be emailed to me. Additionally, I requested his urinalysis report which again I was denied. If I wanted it immediately, there would be a rush charge of $25. After this charade, I wasn’t trusting Dr. Hughes at all and took my cat and all of those bogus medication‘s to the ER - that same evening- for another opinion. The ER vet discredited every single one of her diagnosis. My cat did NOT have a heart murmur. NO 3-4 MASS. NOT dehydrated and NOT near hypothermia. The ER vet also recommended that I absolutely DO NOT give my cat any of those medication‘s that she prescribed. This was not my first time at this vet. I was there two times prior with the same cat, who she misdiagnosed with an overgrowth of bad bacteria in the gut, when he actually had diabetes. I’ve also taken my Chihuahua there for her seizure medication multiple times. Every. Single. Time. I was there for several hours waiting. I switched vets, but only went back for the ultrasound. Big mistake. The staff is uneducated and inexperienced, and has a very high turnover. This office/vet is money hungry, and had no issue lying to me about my pet, in order to get that money.I’m filing a complaint with the State against the vet/owner Dr Hughes and also learned she has had other complaints against her. I would advise anyone else with similar experiences, to file a complaint as well.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job caring for my dog Bailey. The only thing that concerned me was that they never called me after the surgery, never called to let me know when I could pick him up.

I had my 1st visit here today as a new customer. I scheduled an appointment online and the virtual communication was exceptional. I had a 9 a.m. Appointment and was in and weighing my dog by 915. This place clearly gets busy and yes you may have to wait a bit. My experience, if you walk in a vet or a doctor's office and don't have to wait bc the office is empty, turn around and find a better vet.I came to All About Animals because a friend and neighbor swears by them and I wasn't disappointed. They took great care of us and their prices are great!

It should not take more than 45 minutes to pick up a called ahead prescription on Monday. When, I received a text on Saturday saying it was ready for pick up. Speedy custom service is NOT a hallmark of this company. You get what you pay for. Their prices are low and the doctors are good. But, if your time is money, not worth the price.

I had a sick 6 week old kitten. We saw Doc Moore, our favorite doctor. She knew what was wrong with the baby even before the test came back. She was caring and took her time with us as always.

If I could give more stars I would give a lot more. Went in with my puppy thinking she was just dehydrated and they found it was far more serious. My puppy has a foreign object in her stomach and had to have surgery. From the staff to the Dr they were absolutely amazing and saved my precious puppy’s life. They vet tech seen how upset I was and even hugged me to comfort me and assured me he would be by her side the whole time. They were absolutely amazing and I owe her life to them..

Love this place …we take both Sammy and Mayzie there. Both vets, Dr. Moore and Dr. Huges are great. Their relief vet, Dr. Gonzalez is also great. We’ve had Mayzie, our Basset Hound in to surgically remove a large mass on her neck. We’ve also had Sammy, our older Cheweenie in to have several infected teeth surgically removed. They also have their own in-house pharmacy. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, since they take in emergencies. The wait, however in my opinion is worth it.I would highly recommend “All about Animal’s “ they are truly all about animals.

This place was recommended by a friend for ear cropping. I even added a bath, ear flush, and nail trim package. The nails were not at all trimmed and was not notified upon pick up. They gave me a price over the phone for the crop when apt was scheduled and said that was it.. they did not say it would be extra for prescription and extra for reposting when I came back the very next day because one came out and as I was about to leave the second one came out.. they didn't give me care Instructions for my dog or what to do if the bandages came out.. they said leave it for 7 days and do nothing. my husband said ''they expected the post and bandages to stay for in for 7days, It didn't even last one day and didn't offer or have a cone on when I left.'' I had to buy a cone and they were kind enough to waved the repost fee...I was so mad that extra expenses were added when i was not properly informed of all the information that should have been given prior to treatment. I live 25min away and two round trips have been made and they want me to come back on day seven to take stitches out and possibly repost. The bottom of his ears didn't even have proper closer and the meat is exposed.... just not happy with this experience... ive never had this done before and I would say on a professional level, customer service and lack of info has a 3 star... I felt like the small print on a buying a house was surfaced except there was no small print, it was invisible. This is an investment dog and every cent spent should be calculated for good stewardship!

I brought a kitten I found under a truck in my yard to an ER vet and they didn’t do anything to help the kitten. The next day I brought him into All About Animals and they fixed his little leg. He wasn’t but a pound & half kitten with a bad infection and this clinic fixed him to where he’s now 8 months old running around like nothing happened. I’m grateful they helped me keep him alive. I love this little creature that has stole my heart.

Thank you for sending me my pups medical records, and it is unfortunate that it comes to this but due to your aggressive behavior with your staff they are incompetent and unable to provide a pleasant customer experience. They lack leadership and training and YOU have made myself and many others visits unpleasant and I wish not to continue seeking your services. You are RUDE and a CROOK.Sorry Dr Moore, I stayed as long as I did because of you. You helped me and my mothers dogs through parvo and what was almost a heartbreaking loss, was a miracle... 3 dogs in one house all get parvo and they all pull through. Thank you (Dr. Moore) ill be forever grateful. We had a WONDERFUL experience with this vet! We had 2 cats that needed to be spayed. One is a stray that found her way to us a month ago and the other is my heart, my furbaby, Gracie May. The staff was very friendly and warm. When it was time to pick up our cats, I was delayed in very heavy Friday night traffic. I called to make them aware and not once did they make me feel like a burden. They were understanding and even stayed past closing time for me! When I got there, the staff still took the time to go over the aftercare instructions and answered all my questions without an ounce of making me feel rushed or pushing me out so they could go home. Even the pharmacy tech in their office stayed to fill their prescription!I didn't say anything then, but it absolutely warmed my heart when I saw one of the techs holding and loving on my Gracie! Gracie is such a loving cat that LOVES being loved on so when I saw that, it made me smile. To know she was loved and cared for even when I couldn't be there with her!The cats are doing very well and are on the mend! The incisions are clean, looking great and healing nicely.Thank you, All About Animals for taking such awesome care of my baby and her new friend!!Ps: Pics are of Gracie May and my other furbaby, Sweet Pea, our dachshund.

This is the best veterinarian clinic I’ve ever been to. My kitten is a rescue and they’ve helped him so much. He still healing but I love the compassion they have, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve always had a positive experience each visit.

Sorry, is Vet around it’s time for my dogs check up but my husband and have an open heart surgery in the hospital so he said soul provider of our house so we have no income coming in until he gets out. I needed one flea medicine to get my dog passed because he is literally pulling out his hair And bleeding because of the fleas and they would not help me out even though my dogs been going to them all of my dogs for 10 years they cannot help me out with one flea pill. They’re overcharging people when they’re cheaper that around I suggest y’all check other vets before you take them there because they will let your dog die or your animal die.

As a first time patient here I am not the least impressed. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. They called and confirmed it two days before. I get here 10 min early and still wait for over an hr to be seen. When I'm finally seen, a tech came in, asked a few questions, and took my dog back to get blood work and nails done. I asked for neither of these. I was here to update shots and maybe get some flea medicine advice. Now they have taken my dog back for something I knew nothing about and they have explained absolutely nothing of what they r doing. I believe this will be my only visit here.Advise; ask lots of questions because nothing will be explained
