I must admit, I'm not a big fan of Walmart...but after my most recent visit "I want be back...I bought my husband a Coleman grill for his birthday. .we finally had a chance to try it out during Jeep Beach Week unfortunately the grill part wouldn't light so we decided to take it back to Walmart...the woman at the service desk not only spoke to my husband rudely but also acted as if it is Walmart policy to not take anything back that cost more than 50$ ... Normally I would have asked to see a manager but I just decided to take my business elsewhere!!!

The pet supplies could be refilled more frequently. Oh my, the bananas are fantastic here, you can get really big bunches or small bunches and there always just the right amount of ripeness! As far as the check out lines go they could use a few more registers opened so you don't have to stand 5-7 people deep in line. Now the employees on the other hand are Fantastic!! Always willing to help and very friendly!!

Very crowded! No registers open!!! Giant line of 30+ people with full carts for self checkout!!! Not only that but one side of self checkouts were closed! ABSOLUTE HELL!!! Do yourselves a favor and go to the Avon Park Walmart instead, it is well worth the extra few minutes!

No ADA accommodations!They refuse to have curbside pickup.They make you wait in line to give them a prescription and then they make you wait in line again to pick up the prescription.

Went into Sebring Walmart tonight to pick up some groceries since I work during the day I couldn’t get a item to ring up and asked an associate for help she stood there and watched me like a hawk and wouldn’t answer me she said she was a manager not a cashier so we left the item behind I spent 400 dollars on groceries tonight and was treated very badly for asking for help I work very hard for the money I make and I’m tired of the way associates at this Sebring location treat me and my family I literally was treated like I did something wrong for asking for assistance I will never go back again I will choose Avon Park from now on this location needs to be closed due to filthy conditions and rude employees

This store has been on a down hill slide for years. The aisles are always cluttered with stock because they want you to shop around them instead of stocking the shelves when customers are not present. Rude employees filling customers order in big carts basically running you over. If we want to go to a Wal-mart we go to Avon Park. Its a much more pleasant experience.

The aisles were jammed with pallets of boxes so that customers couldn't walk through without weaving around. The main aisle leading to the back was blocked with fallen boxes from stacked pallets. Employees were on their phones with ear buds. Employees were walking side by side and expecting customers to move to one side. Garden center cashier was outside helping a customer but greeter couldn't be bothered to tell anyone. Book aisle seems to be a staging area of pallets so you can't see the books. Employees that have the large carts and shop for the online customers left carts in the middle of grocery aisles so no one can get around them. My experience has been getting worse over the past few months and I am considering shopping elsewhere.

They NEVER answer their phones. Called pick up number to let them know my app wasn’t letting me check in an I was there. First time someone picked up a phone and a Spanish lady quickly said “hang that up. Don’t answer the phone” so they hung up. I called 10 times in total before finally someone picked up. Which was the rude Spanish lady and she goes “um…WHAT!” And I explained my situation and she said “ummm okay? What do you want me to do about it?” So I asked to speak to a manager. She laughed and said “good luck” and forwarded me to not to my surprise… they didn’t answer! Cancelled my order with them and placed it at Avon Park Walmart and told the manager my situation. And he was SOOO nice. And they actually answer their phones!

Just have to shout out to the employees at Walmart today. All of them were so pleasant and nice! The lady checking my receipt paid me a compliment and Matthew, out in the parking lot, really helped me out with loading up my cat litter tubs and pack of bottled waters into the car and returning my cart for me. Thanks a bunch for the best Walmart visit! 🙂

My go to place for my Hot Wheels addiction. I rarely buy them but it's fun to hunt them. Found the canning aisle to be well stocked with lots of variety. Bought too much. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score.

Very well kept store I have been to a lot of Walmarts and this one stands it's own ground. Gets busy at times and can take awhile in the check out line but other than that they normally have what you are looking for. I actually completed my Christmas shopping there. So the store did it's job.

The two stars is for the prices and items.They make a very unsafe environment for customer. All sorts of pallets and boxes in the way. Employees blocking aisles, being rude, and about running into you with pallet jacks. This Walmart store is a disaster!This was well before they closed and look at the place! Completely trashed!

Pretty standard Walmart although a bit larger with a little more inventory than some. The pharmacy staff were particularly friendly and helpful!

Once you've reviewed one Walmart, you've pretty much reviewed them all. Some are a bit cleaner or less cluttered, or the staff slightly friendlier; but otherwise the same.

I live in Sebring for 8 years, and without failing it, every time I go to Sebring Walmart, their employees for sure treats me like garbage. I easily spent around $360/400 bucks a month in that store. I work with costumer service for 5 years, and I know what I am talking about. Most of them have 0 willing to help, most of the time they are either on their phones or talking, and when you ask anything, most of them are always rude and nasty! Please give space for people who actually want to work. I don’t know what kind of training they have in that store but for sure does not include how to treat people! Be better! I do not recommend that store for anyone that I know.

This is probably the worst Walmart in terms of pick up and delivery. It’s a Saturday night and the pick up parking spots are full everybody is extremely tired and frustrated waiting over an hour for their groceries and there’s only like 1-3 associates like do better Walmart!!! Hire more people! Oh right you don’t want to hire because I tried to apply and y’all deny me even though I worked with Walmart in the past and left in good terms!! thank goodness I don’t work for this unorganized and unprofessional store.

Are you serious? If a customer pulls one box if they can reach it through all the boxes on the floor and that whole thing is coming down on their heads! 😳 Do better Walmart! It's a shame to see how far this store has gone downhill! 😕

All I wanted to do was checkout & I found an open lane but the cashier working said I couldn’t “just cut in like that” when there was not a soul at her register? I don’t understand what her issue was but she glared at my mother & I the entire checkout & never responded when we said thank you. Zahira needs some extra training on registers if that’s how she’s going to interact with customers.

I'm sick and tired of going in here just to find out that there is only 1 register open that an actual person checks you out. Like always, I left my cart full and went to Publix. At least at Publix I don't have to check myself out

I have never seen an entire aisle in a store taken up with pallets of boxes to the point that it is completely unshoppable! The store manager should be ashamed of himself! Extra merchandise belongs in the stockroom, not the sales floor!😡

Long lines with few cashiers. Employees who clearly don't wanna be there. But hey, neither do you or I in all honesty, so who can blame em for not caring about the job. Cheaply made overpriced stuff, basically. Sam Walton would roll over if he saw how his stores were being run now. Sad sad sad. Maybe Amazon will put em out of business someday and get into the grocery business.
