This is THE BEST pet supply store!!! Owners Dennis & Kristyn are so knowledgeable. They truly care about their clients (owners and pets), and are passionate to share their experience and love of our furry canine and feline :) I was stunned by the vast assortment of healthy food and treat options. The majority of their products (food, snacks, skincare, toys) are made in the USA (none from China) and are ALL NATURAL. Truly phenomenal. I have two dogs - one passed away from cancer a year ago :( I was ignorant of truly healthy options for dogs. After my dog passed away I started to research what I was feeding my dogs and the adverse effects of that food on their bodies. It was truly eye-opening. Puppers and Hairballs provide healthy food/snack options that defy traditional big-box options. Does your pet cower in fear during storms and fireworks? They have some pet-friendly CBD to help with that too!!! They also provide grooming. This is your one-stop location in the Highlands County area for all your pet care needs.

I feed raw dog food. I make some myself, but there are mixtures that are more affordable to buy than make so I combine what I make with those. It's great to have a store so close that now I don't have to go to Lakeland. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! I love that they are here in Sebring! Great toys, too!

I absolutely love Puppers & Hairballs! I drive 30 min from home just to visit the shop because it’s always such a lovely experience! I won’t feed my pup anything but the “creme de la creme” & they have an amazing variety of fresh, healthy dog food fit for a king. Also, the owners will go above & beyond to help you with whatever you need. They’ve answered countless questions of mine, always with a smile! The groomer is fabulous, too. My pup is super scared & shakes like a leaf at other shops but not at P&H. He loves his spa days with Lisa & looks like a million bucks when he leaves! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It’s so warm & welcoming, while also being extremely professional. I can’t wait to visit their next location when it opens! 🐾 🐕🐱

I brought my five month puppy schnauzer for her very first grooming and she was beautiful when I picked her up. Everyone was so very nice. I was very impressed by the merchandise they had in the store. If anyone is looking for a groomer I highly recommend them.

Yes, today was our first time there. It took over 20 min. to trim paws. My dog has been traumatized. I've never heard my baby cry like that. She also didn't do all of the nails. No never again.

Our dog, Willow, came in for a wash and groom. Hands down, this was the best place to bring her! Willow is a nervous dog and they made her feel right at home. They don't use crates which I love! It's clean and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Puppers & Hairballs... and so does Willow!

Brought all four of our dogs on the first day they opened for baths and nail trims. Incredible on how organized and efficient they were on the first day. Groomer was exceptional. The food and treats they have are not only healthy and good for your dog, they will love them as mine do. I highly recommend you go and check them out!

I spoke to the groomer a few months ago and describes my dogs issues. She paraded the fact that she has 20 years experience and that she doesn't give up on difficult dogs. Apparently a 10 year old Maltese defeated her. I asked if maybe we could come back another day and attempt the rest, but basically I got the same song and dance Petco gave me. The same song and dance that they assured me they weren't about. I guess I'll have to learn how to shave my own dog because everyone gives up on him the first time they meet. Just bring your dog here if they don't have issues.Edit: a 10 year old dog with 3 teeth aggressively biting? Ok. Please don't tell people that you are patient, understanding or nothing like petco. You're no different. I'm sorry I believed you when you told me you were different.

Took my dog to the groomer this week and they did a great job. Staff was very courteous and very helpful. They had a great supply of dog food and found brands I couldn't find elsewhere. I will definitely be back.

EXCELLENT GROOMING, Did a great job at keeping my SESU as calm as possible. It was only her 2nd grooming since her birth in September. She is a Chihuahua, Jack Russell and Terrior mix - so basically a hyper, skiddish, toddler. But she liked her grooming. We stopped by yesterday for some natural itch spray and a beef treat. She remembered the staff and was all happy to see them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you stop in and give them a try. They are in the Five Guys plaza a few door east of the barbershop.
