First visit to Petco in Sebring for grooming for our 8.8 pound toy poodle. Day, our Pet Stylist, was wonderful and did an excellent job with our baby dog! Our dog took right to Day! We got the style requested and done in 2 hours! Amazing service! Thank you!

Staff is very helpful and kind. However, the prices this store charges is outrageous. Looking for a training collar; same brand and size is $10 cheaper on Amazon. I understand making a profit but that is just taking advantage of customers. Will stick with comparison shopping and ordering from Amazon. However, Not for sure if they price match.

First visit to Petco in Sebring for grooming for my 6 lb Yorkshire Terrier! Day, was our groomer and she was excellent & did a great job. My dog is only 5months old & very much a puppy. It was not easy but Day was very thoughtful & did as much as she could to give my dog a positive grooming experience. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed shopping at petrol. The only problem I had cashier was not personable at all. Did not greet or say a word to me at all. I had question to ask about petco's services but did feel they would even respond to me. I was the only customer at that time.

Upon walking into the store with my Daughter, we were pleasantly surprised with all of the all quality items and pets that were in the store. It was my Daughter's 13th Birthday and she really wanted a Chinchilla, but that was not an option in this area, so we settled on something a bit smaller. A Dwarf Hamster is the Perfect Choice! She named her Cookie and she is white with grayish black speckles. The cashier was quite Helpful in recommending the special rewards programs that are offered and we are so very Grateful for it! Thanks!

Doggo had a good visit as we picked up our food for the picky beast ! Love him though so Petco we go!Teller was polite and reminded us about the free bag of food after several purchases.Good experience over all!

Store is great! Always has great stock and neat. I'd leave 5 stars, but the only thing they are missing for me is a cat litter called Odourlock. If you had that, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for anything my cat needs

I originally went to PetSuperMarket and was so upset with the quality of things and the way the Bettas looked. My sister-in-law surprised us with one and the glass jar it came in was getting nasty. I called your store after I returned home looking for more active betta water and spoke with Cameron. He was SO professional and nice and had a TON of knowledge about them and helped me so much with learning more on the environment for Bettas and other information that was super helpful. I will DEFINITELY be asking for him from now on and when it’s time to change out the water I plan to make the tank a lot better for our new addition. I truly appreciate all his help and would recommend him to everyone. Thank you again so much Cameron. (I hope I spelled that correctly)

Their prices are cheaper than Pet Supermarket, but the service is less than friendly. Grumpy employees who seem annoyed when they actually have to speak to customers and respond to questions. Next time I’ll order online to avoid the rude older woman working in the front.

Kudos to Kameron for excellent customer service. Purchased a hermit 🦀 for my granddaughter and Kameron was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I love shopping places that have employees like him! If you find yourself at PetCo and need assistance with anything, ask for Kameron; you won’t be disappointed. I dont know what Petco is paying their groomer Sam but it's not enough. She is so thoughtful and cares so much about her furry clients. She went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and took great care of my matted malamute. She doesnt take the easy way with difficult breeds and I cant tell her enough how much I appreciate her. Thank you again Sam!

Stopped in on a Sunday for nail trim. Walked in and within 15mins. We had paid and left the store. She held our nervous rat terrier and did all of his nails with no problem. Will be going back again no problem.
