I was recommended here by some family who donate here and know the people here. Was very frustrated and disappointed with the fact that I have attempted a few times now coming here closed up every time I have come here. Random hours it seems like and also rude staff. I attempted to go inside the entrance and it was locked up and there were several vehicles still there and couple guys outside loading there trailer. I asked if there open they were laughing and then said nope locked up few minutes ago. Don't know how place stays going if they're always locking up random hours and have rude staff. Really should do better and have better staff. Definitely poor customer service and unprofessional.

It was hard to rate because we donated a lot of things but weren't there to buy. People working there were very nice and helped us unload our items. Would rather donate here then to Good Will or Salvation Army.

I always enjoy my visits. Friendly staff and nice variety of goods always available. To the crybaby who left a review saying they were rude - stay away from thrift stores if you can buy better elsewhere. Stick with online purchases you, meanie.This store is great and benefits our elders in the community.

While in Sebring we stopped in at this place and its a small store but there are many rooms with plenty of items. The pricing was fair and we found a few items that liked. The folks at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Another cool place to visit and find cool items.

Everyone that works here is amazing. The prices are fantastic. Great place to find deals on furniture, or even walkers If you are looking for something specific just let them know.

Mixed bag here. Pros: most clothes are just a dollar! Staff are friendly. Cons: you really have to dig, bc the stock isn’t organized well, and a lot of clothes are stained or have pulls in the fabric. Limited stock of other kinds of items.
