This store was newly remodeled and it looks great. They do have one problem their air conditioning is broken but they did bring in large fans to keep the air flowing for the customers and the employees. When at checkout make sure you check the receipts because what they're charging at the cash register might not be the same as what's posted on their shelves.

Returned item to this store, because the store where orginally purchased was filthy and I will never go in there again, 297 US 27 S, Sebring, FL. But, when returning this item at this store, I was NOT given the return of the sales tax, only the cost of the item. And the so called manager was Laura, and I see she seems to have a problems with customers, according to other reviewers here!! Of course, no survey code on return receipt, so I can't complete it for this store!!! She also said for me to do the survey on the other store, but again, no survey code because she kept that receipt!! She stated that the manager at that other store has had multiple complaints, but still remains after 5 years!!So, I will never go into another Dollar General!!!

2nd Review, same poor service. The short brunette female manager is the worst. On shift at 4pm 7/5/23. Self checkout had no coverage while she was elsewhere tasking.Poor service, manager on duty refuses to open 2nd register to facilitate guest experience. 2nd visit, same "manager" same result: The Guest is not important

This Dollar General between Lk Placid and Srbring, in FL, is the most organized and tidy Dollar General I have ever been in!

This is a decent, small town store. Thankfully not too cluttered although they could do a lot better at the entrance.

Just stopped in to buy cigarettes and a woman named Rebecca who claims to be the assist manager had two of us standing in line while she put away products. I had to ask to be waited on and then she snapped at me and treated me like nobody should be treated who's patronizing a store. Reel this incompetent human being in!!

Truly a dollar store. A wide variety of every day things you use for just a dollar and other things for just a few dollars. All quality products for great prices. We got a generic Windex for a buck that worked awesome! Quick and friendly check out every time!

As soon as I walked in, I was being followed from isle to isle by an employee. So I decided to put the items in basket back on the shelves and leave. As I pull out of the parking lot, I look over and all 3 of the store employees are standing outside watching me. I went to my regular DG store just another few minutes down the road...much better customer service and they don't profile you.

My go to store for quick trips! Employees are usually always friendly. My only complaint is they tend to run out of cooler items extremely quick.

My daughter was nice enough to give them a notice cause we was moving and the last week they totally cut her work schedule for the week. My advice if this is how the company management works do not give a notice and just up and quit

It's cheap, every thing is almost a dollar, but they have sells you got to be a early bird and grab what's on sell because stuff they sell goes pretty fast.
