$39.00 for Micinex that Walmart charges $25 dollars for. They are just completely ripping people off to the max!!! I know people do not like going in Walmart, but if you are on a budget, do not get OTC meds at a pharmacy, especially CVS. Also, the buttons on the pin pad were caked with filth and the rx tech that rang me up couldn't have cared any less, disgusting!!!

CVS has become the worst pharmacy for customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been a CVS customer for over 35 years but I don’t know if I will continue with them.

My prescriptions were transferred from Winn Dixie...when l went to buy them, they were all more expensive... especially the eye drops...TWICE as much as l paid at Winn Dixie... won't go back.

The pharmacist told me weekly that my rx was "on order" for 2 months and I never received the medication. I asked walmart and they said they always carry it, so that's where I'll be going. I wouldn't have wasted my time if cvs had just told me upfront that they never actually ordered the medication and had no idea if/when they might receive it. But they always reassured me that "it's on order, it will be here Monday."

Last two times in past two weeks same problem at pharmacy. Dr calls in my meds in morning I come by early evening and wait on a 20 to 30 line for her to tell me they aren't ready. First time she said come back in a hr which I did and thank god they had them ready this time. Last time this past week 04/26/23 meds call in again am hrs told that evening come back tomorrow morning they are short handed no one here to fill prescriptions. No more that's it I'm done told doctors office I'll go to publix or anywhere but here again. Total disgrace.

Pharmacy workers weren’t friendly or very helpful and I was told 4 of my prescriptions were ready, but only 1 was completed. When they checked for the other 3, they were on hold, but there was no reason why.

They never have the medication we need for my daughter. Every month its the same exact thing, "oh we don't have enough so we have to give you a partial." It's something they don't use often, so you would think they would at least have it ordered every month for her, but no. Things have gone way down hill since Al left.
