The lady with the shaved head was really nice and helping everyone in line, she needs a raise. But the other 2 girls that was working with her are rude and have no customer services and need to do there customerserviceclass again. They need to learn that customers comes before trash being done. I was there for 25 mins waiting in line while the 2 girls did trash and smoked their cigarettes. I saided something to them about it and there response was that trash comes first.

Always a great experience. Now the polar pop machine may be down for more than 7 days a month but that is the only thing ive noticed normally wrong. Always clean bathrooms along with the hot food

No a/c I'm whole store fountain said only had fiet coke and vitamin water all coke and pepsi products empty. Lots of boxes in all of the aisles hard to walk around appears as though the store is about to be shut down none of the shelves were stocked there was no creamer for the coffee and when I asked about it employees seem not to care

There is never ever hot food during lunch hours. In fact this circle k has a lot more to offer thanost other circle k stores but the hot dog rollers and other food warmers are always empty at 12 o'clock. I would recommend people go to the Mobil directly across the street

I purchased $250 for diesel , on pump 11 , they credited my purchase to pump 14 , & never refunded me , my money ,and would not turn the pump on , all i get is a run around , and nobody there will take care of this , the store manager tells lies , and the regional manager makes promises, and does not keep them .I purchase 250-$300 in diesel every day. And have since started purchasing my diesel at gilberts oil in okeechobee. Really disappointed with circle k

Just bought some fuel and a marble cake from this location in Sebring FL. I Literally just walk through the door and realized that that package was open. The bottom of the cake was hard as concrete. I went back in to return item. ALANA the manager and the person that did the transaction said she will not take it back or exchange, also she said her manager will not speak to me so here I am voicing my complaint. This is not good customer service.

Told my wife to go across street when she asked is there any sprite and stated if its not over there we dont got it (in a rude manner)so we did and no longer go there. We go to mobil. Barbra at the night register is amazing.. Shes helpful, friendly, funny, and makes me feel like a welcome valued customer every time. Always choose this station over the one across the street because of her hospitality! Thanks for maling my smile every time Barbra! Always a pleasure!

Out of CO2 frequently. Now Diet Coke is flat. No one there, including the manager, seems interested in fixing this problem. We have the Sip n Save program. I don't think we'll renew it.

Crappy ride people work here ... one time I went in and this girl clerk was fighting with a box like kicking and punching the box sorta throwing a tantrum ... here recently I went to get gas and the girl working was rude and kept telling me she couldn't cancel my transaction and wanted to make a big deal about the fuel card not taking off 5 cents .. she also had a huge attitude when the lady behind me offered to let me use hers... she was like no I need over ride codes to do that .. I just left and wont be back to spend any money at this place

The girl in there is a very immature and makes customers feel uncomfortable by saying extremely inappropriate things and playing with your items by stacking them and acting’s like she’s a five year old(ids cigarettes Change etc) I stopped going there because I was tired of having to deal with it every time I went.
