Extremely clean storeQuick to get food. Food is good too cold sandwiches, sliders, beef sandwiches. I've only ever done order ahead, my order is ready by the time I get there. The delivery part of their app sucks but that's an arbys corporate problem. Have been back to this store 5 or 6 times with no issues. Order is always correct and delicious.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. After a short conversation, they were very accommodating to wrapping my sandwich with lettuce as I am gluten intolerant. My husband thought his fish sandwich and curly fries were very tasty. I would return for a meal there again. The atmosphere is a typical fast food experience that was clean and well stocked.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance

I just went through the drive-through tonight and the first thing that happened was the tea that I ordered was sour. No problem with that they gave me a Coke no problem.But when I get home, I’ll got eat my food and first the french fries are cold they’re not fresh/ the fry container as not even full. Then the chicken club wrap I received , the chicken was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it. I asked no onions it had onions on it and lastly the bacon was like card board. I usually have great food. I tried calling four times and no answer I am not asking for a refund just to let them know. I had to throw away all of it and my meal was $14 for 1 person. I just want them to know that the food was awful.

Arby's is usually one of my favorite fast food stops. I decided to try their fish and curly fries on this visit. The curly fries were lukewarm and the fish was overcooked. Tasted as if it had been reading warmed. This was the first time I've ever been disappointed in Arby's so I still gave them three stars because they are generally excellent.

In Sebring, FL... I had a pleasant experience. My order was fixed fast and correct. The employees were nice, I like the cashier. A one, Jeff took charge of orders as he helped moved thing right alone. And I'm Thankful for the Arby's coupons that saved me money. Seems to be new personnel working at this restaurant... and they are busy. With such a great menu to select from, Arby's making a difference. Nice Mon'...

I like their demeanor with the customer. Very polite. I asked for a sandwich but I wanted changes from the menu. I wanted minus dressing. They were very nice and my sandwich tasted great!

Have gone through the drive-thru at this place four or five times in the last few weeks. Always pleasent people, food always hot and well prepared, and service quick. Just a great spot. Told them so and they asked that I do a review - so here 'tis.

Very poor management "Rosa" must have been having a bad day. Poor attitude, very unfriendly, acted like us being there really bothered hee. Tried new sweet/heat loaded ff, there was very very little liquid cheese on ours, asked for a little more or a side cup, she told cashier take the product from us, re ring up another order and charge for the extra cheese. Wow! So instead of getting another order I just askd for my money back. She's Def not an asset to that company!!

Good food! Had a coupon! Cashier kept rolling her eyes at customers in front of us. However, I will say fast food industry is demanding and tough. Customers are demanding. Not sure how staff deals with it day after day? Restaurant could have been cleaner. Maybe need more staff? They were busy!

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches. Both had WAY TO MUCH tartar sauce (and not very good at that on them. Not sure what the fish tasted like as all we could taste was the mayo from the so called tartar sauce.

Overall things were clean and service pretty quick. The cashier was all business with very little customer service (didn't smile, no friendly tone of voice, etc). That's not to say she was mean or rude, just seemed more robotic or like she was trying to quickly get us out of her way so she could do more important things. At least she was efficient though and processed everything with no issues.Our sandwiches came out good but our fries cold, which was disappointing. Not sure what else to say. I'm sure I'll be back and hope everything will be hot and fresh this next time.

It was just OK...nothing special. Food was satisfactory but decor surely needs some updating. Pretty somber settings - dark wood and deep red doesn't seem to be really cheerful. Other fast food restaurants are brighter and much more pleasing to the eye. Curly fries don't compare to a good french fry...make the curly fry an option, not the main potato.

Lucky to get 1 star. Had no ice for drinks, they cld of bought ice bags from burger king for 53 cents, and when asked for sauce also didnt have ranch. I guess, customer satisfaction isn't guaranteed. Being in the past and manager from another restaurant, this wouldn't slide. Very disappointed, it sucks when you served many people with excellent service and for once when I finally go out to eat fast food, get a terrible experience

Refused to add extra meat. I pay for it and get the samething everytime. Even the manager refused, stating we can only make it the way it comes. They even advertwise you can get an extra ounce of meat on any sandwich. No body wants to do there jobs anymore. Will no longer be coming to this Arbys again, i will drive out of town and go to another

Standard for an Arbys, however the employees here always seem pleasant and work the drive thru in a very fast and efficient manor. The manager smiles and seems pleasant as well. These extra touches may seem trivial, but a little detail can go a long way towards a good experience.

Stood at the counter 5 minutes while the employees goofed off in the dining area before a manager finally passed by and said he'd be with us in a moment. When one of the employees finally came behind the register to take our order, she informed us they only had enough chicken salad for 1 or the 2 sandwiches we wanted. We left in disgust and went next door to Cap'n D's, where we had great service and an excellent meal.
