Never used this company before, purchased a weedeater troy bilt and exactly 32 days later 1 day after warranty it died. Went to the store and they said too bad so sad. Used it 2witce, the cord came apart and when it turned on originally it would stop. I figured maybe it overheated but my old ones last the hour for my yard. 32nd day it wouldn't turn on at all. Won't be buying products here after that. Found out HD has better quality from inside sources.

The last FIVE TIMES I've been in there it has taken more time to check out than to shop.Always under staffed at the register or one of the registers is broken.I mentioned to the manager maybe they want to up their game and make it easier for customers to give them money and he got belligerent and nasty blaming it all on software.Guess I hit a nerve - Might be the last time I shop in Tractor Supply.Customer service like this only drives people to the competition.

The folks here are always super busy. They work really hard and the cleanliness and organization of the store proves it. But, no matter how busy they are, they have always stopped what they're doing to ask if I need anything and to offer me help. I love this place and go here at least once a week.

My first visit to this location I couldn’t find any help walked around asked an employee for some help and was completely ignored . I then found another employee Alyssa . She was great ! She helped me find everything I needed and with out hesitation! She went above and beyond to make my visit a better experience. Employees like her are what will keep me coming back . Maybe she will show other employees how to treat a paying customer with as much respect as she gives .

I called the store wanting to verify a item was in-stock before driving 60 miles. Spoke to the manager and providing her with the sku#. She made it seem like I was a bother and didn't want to check. She ended up calling me back saying she had 2 of them in-stock. I drove to the store to find out that they didn't have any and the Manger verified the wrong item. She provided no resolution. What a waste of my time and gas!

Tractor Supply has been taking marketshare from Walmart and Petco in general, but this one in particular is always well staffed, well stocked and rocking good vibes.Shoutout to Susie at the front registers, she's knowledgeable and always has a kind or funny word😎👌🏽

I have had many great shopping experiences over the last couple years at this location but yesterday the manager Jason went way above his job requirements for my family!!!! Out in the poring raining laying on the ground installing a travel trailer hitch on the back of my truck! Thank you Jason!!!

Edit: yesterday (7/7) I finally got a call from the manager at the store itself. She listened to what happened and solved it right then. Their customer solutions department must be a joke. Nobody follows up, they don’t even move things along to the investigative stage. No manager steps in. It’s just a series of a bunch of people who don’t care, not doing their jobs.I commend the store itself for stepping up and doing what Customer Solutions is tasked to do. The manager assured me their devices are being worked on as we speak, so they’re aware of the POS system issues/errors. I’m adding more stars for it being handled properly by the store and are fixing the devices. Thank you Yvonne!Original review:How sadly unfortunate that I have to leave this review. Be VERY careful at this location. Their handheld POS devices can and will overcharge you for your purchase. It is not the employees fault—He assumed it was just not working. The problem is, Customer Solutions (the folks you call when you have issues such as ours) does not seem to care that they basically helped themselves to our bank account and does nothing at all to resolve it. Nobody at all, at the store or at customer solutions has done anything to solve this, this far. I sent over proof after calling a second time because I heard nothing after my first call. She said the first person never put it through to the next stage. I’ve emailed since then and nothing. I’m so disappointed in this company. I do not ever, for any reason think it is okay for a corporate entity to simply take money from their customers and not return it. We do not steal from your store Tractor Supply, so why is it okay for you to do it to a disabled war veteran? Lame.

We have been going to this tractor supply since they have opened this location! They have went down hill ever since! We go at least every two weeks to wash our dogs. We now call before we go to make sure it’s open, that was the first issue that it is only open when they are willing to clean it. They will tell you a time it is open till, but they will close it when they feel like it. I just had that same issue today that they closed it early.

Went in for a chainsaw chain and waited over 30 minutes to check out. Staff seems more interested in chatting and catching up with people they know than getting customers checked out. Definitely not worth your business if you’re trying to get to work...

Odd this the 3 time I have gone to tractor supplyFor an item that was advertised as a sale item and lo and behold I get there and they're out of it it was a Simpson 3100 psi pressure washer mind you I drove 65 Mi each way 130 Mi round tripBecause the website said that the Fellsmere FL store had them in stock then you try and call customer service and you can't get through unless you already placed an order I'll not be placing any orders with Tractor Supply if I could give them less than one star I would

Would give zero stars if it would let me. Trying to pick up online orders is more than a hassle than actually going to the store and picking up the items myself. You stand and wait around 15-20 minutes before being acknowledged and then another 20-25 minutes while they "look" for what you actually ordered. Plus you try to call and no one answers the phone. The store isn't even that busy! Hard pass for me. I will spend the extra money and buy elsewhere.

Lot of inventory. But no container for organization of things you'd carry in a truck box. Also, I bought a truck box, had to search the store for help, no one mentioned an installation kit, and I didn't see any around. Really over did it at the register trying to sell me an extended warranty on a box with a three year warranty, dumb. But the store is clean, good selection on most items.

so glad that Tractor Supply why is stopped and moved on to Fellsmere it's about time. The store is very neat and organized the people there were very friendly and helpful especially Tony I believe his name was went out of his way to help my neighbor and I find things and suggest things that we could use. the only drawback is they do not have Ride Along carts that my neighbor could have really used as she is handicapped

After standing in line to check out for 10 minutes, we finally get up to the register as a lady walks in from outside holding a receipt and steps in front of us to complain that they had over charged her. The clerk, Peaches, looks at us and says "You should probably get in another line". We promptly reminded her that we had already waited our turn in her line before being cut in front of. Peaches then goes back to speaking with the lady who cut in front of us while we stood in shock. She then looked up at us and said "what do you need"? We thought it was apparent what we needed as we stood with merchandise in our hands in front of a register, but obviously logic eluded her. Management at this store should second guess having Peaches as a representative of their business. They have lost our future business for sure.

First time at this store. Neighbor said it was a good place for Propane refills.Great place. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Propane tank refills at a great price. Will be back. Other neat stuff inside the store.

First time in there today everything I was looking for they have excellent prices discounts tell them what you want and you might find it marked down after you talk to him handicap wheelchair accessible handicap parking lots of space wide Isles even I can travel on my electric scooter all the way from Sebastian to Tractor Supply in Fellsmere all along that sidewalk going from east to west welt looking for duck food and found it also found that fireplace

So I really truly do love this tractor supply but there is one worker named breezy I feel like she doesn’t want to do her job correctly like when I try to ask her where something is or if they have it in the back she all of a sudden panics and goes throwing things in the back because in that store it is very echoey and you can hear a lot of commotion in the back

Dotty such a helpful kind lady she took her timehelp me and find the things I needed, what a pleasant lady to work with, one my chickens leg was injured and she recommended a bondaging tape to help my little chicken friend feel better support her legs.
