UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! They have raised their prices $10 per dog. I have an older frail dog and have been going there for years. Taylor has always groomed my dog, She is no longer there! They told me that she would be there only two hours, I called. They had bathed her and she was sitting in a crate. She’s 14 Years old, and has the beginnings of congestive heart failure. I told them all of this in advance and ask them to please take good care of her.THEY DID NOT! I went and picked her up immediately and will never go there again 😡And then they had the audacity to charge me $30 to bathe her.

Owner said my dog was biting the dryer they cut his hair different lengths. He is a Shih Tzu and his nose was cut. She said to bring him back. When I asked to bring him back I was told by the owner he is difficult after going to them for years. She was very rude and nasty. I also brought my other dog she is a sweet Schnoodle they are under 15 lb dogs. I do not suggest this groomer. The new groomer said both my dogs are sweet and easy to cut.

I had taken in a yorkie mix and did not realize how matted they get when they’re not groomed. Needless to say Rosie was a hot MESS when I brought her in. She’s also very nervous around other dogs but they did a wonderful job shaving her, and said she was very well behaved. I didn’t recognize her when I walked in the door. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely be bringing her back on a regular basis. I posted Before and After pics so you can see.

I have been unable to cut my cat's nails due to eye problems and they were able to cut her nails quickly and safely and at a reasonable price.

The canine design team are very approachable, loving and caring people and if you have any questions about your baby(dog) they share some ideas. Been customer for how many years now. I get rescued dogs i have 5 in all 3 already gone of old age. all of them are the baby of canine design. 🐕 and I always go thereFor the care of my babies . I have never been so disappointed in a hair cut in my life. My dog has been going to a groomer since he has been 8 weeks old!! He is now 2 years old. I bring him in and an hour later I have a beautiful dog that smells great.. nails are trimmed and tons more pampering. I brought my dog here and 3 hours later I have an absolute terrible cut and I can’t tell if he was bathed or not. When a groomer asks me do you want his face cut round and I say yes and I get him back and it is the opposite.. his ears are terrible. Wish I could post a picture of what he normally looks like compared to what he looks like today!!! I never complain but I can’t help but do it today… all that money and I feel like I just threw it out the window!!

NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. That’s what I was told when I took my Service Dog to get his nails trimmed. They trimmed his nails good and without appointment but sadly they told me to take him to Tractor Supply pet cleaning station because they were not taking new clients. I wonder if my Hispanic accent made them uncomfortable. A small business not accepting new clients…

Sorry but they need a better process of caring for older dogs that cannot stand for very long. My collie had not good experience with them and I would not recommend bringing an older dog there for grooming. They stopped grooming him in April and the owner said "They could not do their job" Perhaps if they researched and purchase devices that can hold the dog up during grooming would be better. I will not recommend them to anyone. My collie passed away peacefully in June and had the pleasure of another groomer coming to groom him in his home without the stress.

Just moved to Sebastian, did not have any luck after calling 3 people for grooming, I found Canine Design, in passing and went in got an appointment right away, brought in my dog, she is a rescue and she can be a little strange with new people. The girls their were great. They did an great job with her grooming and she was calm when I went in to get her. They showed her love and I was so happy. I recommend them and will be back for sure.

I am extremely disappointed in my pups cut after seeing the reviews for Canine Design. I brought my shih-tzu in who I recently adopted who's previous owners never groomed/brushed her. She only had matts on her ears, and at drop off for her grooming, the worker agreed those were the only matts. She asked me how Id like her to be cut, and I said do not shave her body or legs, just shave her ears to get rid of matts and give a sanitary cut. Groomer agreed. At pickup, my dog was completely shaven down, body and all. Seems like the employees were lazy and didn't want to use their scissors to cut her hair patiently, instead rushed and shaved everything. My pup seems traumatized and doesn't want to play like usual. Wont be coming back.

I bring my dog's for nail trims and anal glands. They are always friendly and quick. They are great with my 4 dogs! Prices are great too, thank you ladies for always being kind!! My fur kids and I appreciate that so much!!

Very knowledgeable staff. I have a mini Aussie and they knew just how to trim him to make him look wonderful. They even brushed his teeth! Will be back for his summer cut soon!

My little 4 lb Chihuahua is not the easiest boy to groom I've actually been turned away from another local groomer that said he hops around too much lol. However he is so much more well-behaved and comfortable with the staff at canine design, I'm grateful to have found them!

I always have my dog's nails clipped and glands expressed (eeww!) there and have had her shampooed also. They always do a great job at the most reasonable price around. Diane is fantastic. Highly recommend them!

We take our Chihuahua here to get her nails clipped. She won't let us do it. We took her here and she has no problem with the pros here. They are always nice too. Great place and we recommend them !

My poor dog has severe anxiety & shakes when going to get a bath & nail trim,, but she loves to go & even likes the hair dryer,,,, unfortunately this place did not listen to me & shaved my short hair dog & said she was bad & the groomer could not even bath her,,, very disappointed about that & then wanted to charged me 😠😠,,,, make sure if you go there you repeat what you what for your dog !!
