The pharmacy had a problem getting my insurance to authorize payment for 2 prescriptions. Apparently there have been problems lately due to a hack of some sort. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the insurance on the phone so Candace took control of the situation and put the time into actually getting the problem solved. The staff really had no idea how much physical pain I was in while I patiently tried to get resolution and then hoping she could resolve the issue. I am truly appreciative of her efforts as well as her co worker Christi. I really feel like Candace went above and beyond. I am very appreciative.

Advertised price for buy one get one was $20.24, as seen in photo. Register rang it up as a higher price. Had to point this out to the cashier and offered to show her photo before price was corrected.This price is still lower than that of the one other store in the immediate area that sells this same product. That is fluticasone propionate, a nasal spray originally developed under the tradename of Flonase. That other store is a Publix.

Seems like every other time I call to see if my prescription is ready I am told that, yes they have it, and then,.when I get there they say.they dont have it due to an insurance issue. I ask more questions and the pharmacist admits they didn't have an insurance issue; they just didnt have enough. Had to wait 15 minutes before they told me any.of that (they.were scrambling trying to find some on the other shelves).

After leaving an urgent care sick, I dropped my two prescriptions off to be filled on 8/4/2021. I called later that day, and they told me that things were really busy. I called the next day, and they said it was being processed. This is also what they told me the following two days. Finally, I had the prescription transferred to another pharmacy (not a Walgreens). FIVE months later, on 12/3/2021, the Walgreens in Satellite Beach called me to inform me that my prescriptions were ready! I laughed and mentioned it being five months ago I dropped them off. As if this was completely normal, the tech said, "So you don't want them?". I have moved my pharmacy because none of this experience gave me ANY confidence in Walgreen's ability to manage my medications.

5 stars for store. No stars for the PHARMACY. It is the most unorganized, difficult, and lazy pharmacy we've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. This isn't a recent issue, they've been horrible for years. Only recently decided to try to use again and nothing has changed. Not sure how they are still operating. If you value your health and a timely recovery, do NOT use this pharmacy.

Recently had to visit this Walgreens several times over a couple of days. Each time, I encountered the kindest, most helpful staff. From the cashier to the shift lead to the Pharmacist, each one was knowledgeable, patient and kind. Good job to whomever hired this amazing group of people.

Worst service. I WAS a regular here, so I knew most of the workers. I have never seen that manager before though. Tried to return something, I kept saying I didn't have the receipt and my mother bought too much for party décor. Nothing was used. Nothing was opened. I don't like to throw anyone under the bus, but Joanne, is either clueless, miserable or rude. As soon as I told her I was doing a return, her demeanor got worse. I could tell she didn't want to deal with me. But she tried. And told me repeatedly to add my Rewards #, to apparently find my receipt. And I kept saying it probably is over 30 days, and it's not on my card/#. She called the manager. Who was a little better than Joanne, but not by much. She told me she had to write a report and wouldn't take long. I said okay, thank you. She finally came back after I was able to read an article from one of the magazines at the checkout. And told me nothing came up within the last 4 weeks. Again, I said it's probably been longer. She told me they won't take it back if it's over 30 days. I told her another Walgreens did, but gave me store credit. She said rudely, Well there not supposed to do that. And said bye. The only reason I went to that one is because that's where I bought that stupid stuff I seem to be stuck with now. I write this review because I'm tired of Walgreens hiring such miserable and unhelpful people. At least if she wouldn't take it back, she could have been nicer about it. I would stop at this one for convenience but I'd rather go out of my way to another one than come back here. There is a reason this Walgreens has three stars. Personally, I think that's too many.

Walgreens is convenient with reasonable prices. I dont need to go to a department store to shop and waste time because of the several locations Walgreens offers. The rewards program is a great way for me to get the most bang for my buck.

The pick up thru the app was a nightmare. I would never recommend using the pick up feature. They are always so busy at the pharmacy but when it's your turn they are always so friendly and patient.

Pharmacy staff was amazing! We showed up at 7:45pm with 5 prescriptions. My father in law had just been released from the hospital after recovering from open heart surgery and needed his medication for that night and first thing in the morning. They stayed late and filled our prescriptions! They actually closed the pharmacy, filled the prescriptions then reopened so we could have his medication! They went above and beyond! In a time when places close early it's nice to have people stay late to help you!

I’d like to give a shout out to the Pharmacy Techs at this location. Long story short my prescription finally got a generic but it’s a little hard to get. These ladies bent over backwards to help me!! They got my prescription in just in time for one to run out!!! Thank you ladies it is much appreciated and they ALWAYS have a smile!!!

Satellite beach Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. There is never enough techs working. Lines are ridiculous. I waited for a script 5 1/2 hours for them to tell me they can’t fill it. No call on text to let me know it can’t be filled. This is not the first time I’ve had Walgreens pharmacy in satellite beach do this to me. The pharmacy is always under maned and people in line are always complaining. Not a well oiled Machine. The sore needs work and something should be done about. Bottom line Wall greens pharmacy in satellite Beach on Jackson at A1A sucks.

I believe the GM and DM need to spend time training Pablo on customer service. He appears to have a power trip and in the process has terrible customer service. CVS isn’t far the other direction!

Pharmacy needs to get it together. Takes for ever in the drive through. "Started" filling my prescription on Wednesday and on Thursday tell me it's not ready yet and it will be ready at noon on Friday, and they close at 2 for the hurricane. I'll be at work. Thanks for screwing me. Transferring to cvs.

This is a good neighborhood drugstore. It is near us and carries all the drugstore items we need.
