The vets at this office are all passionate and incredibly knowledgeable. I've never felt like my animal was more safe somewhere. Dr. Trottier has helped me so much as a first time (florida soft shell) turtle (rescuer) owner. I'm beyond grateful for the love, the respect, and the care that they put into treating any and all animals. very reasonably priced, especially if you live in Orlando like I do, its worth the drive to save the money and to be treated well by the people who are taking care of your baby. Hours are great too, they're open late and always available if you need to call.I love all my vets and the techs at Aloha. ❤️

Aloha continues to be the absolute best in taking care of my pets. My dog got hit by a car in the neighborhood (I live in a dead end street) when he got loose opening the door for company. They took the best care of him. They are kind and compassionate and are extremely informative of what they are doing and what it will cost. I would trust my pets to anyone else.

Dr. Dan Peppen and the entire staff at Aloha have been instrumental in the quality of life we are able to offer our pack of Cane Corsos..... not the easiest breeds as they, like many large breeds have certain special needs and care. One in Particular, Claudio was in critical condition right before his 1st birthday with Tetnis (rare in dogs) picked up from something in the soil in good ol Palm Bay and nearly lost his life...... Dr. Dan and his team converted one of their exam rooms to an instant Intensive Care Unit for my guy Claudio!!! Something most vets/people would not do, Dr. Dan made midnight trips to his office to personally check on my guy. Well today is Claudio and his Brother Brunello 5th birthday and we owe a Huge thank you and ALOHA! to Dr Dan and the staff at ALOHA🙏❤️🐕

We adopted a precious 2yo female cat from their adoption center. The hospital was very clean and well laid out. Cats and dogs were in separate waiting areas. We were able to watch the staff put a dog thru its water rehabilitation. We were thoroughly impressed with the whole facility and its staff!

The veterinarians at Aloha took great care of our kitten when she needed emergency surgery. They called us with updates on her condition through recovery and explained everything they were doing. The technicians and vets were very kind and compassionate as they helped us through our situation and sent home detailed instructions for after care. We have been so happy with the help we’ve received from Aloha and highly recommend them.

Aloha was incredible! It was not cheap, however, you can’t put a price on your four legged family members.My dog got into a lethal dose of dark chocolate. Dr. Smith walked me through the treatment plan and explained the two care options. After consultation with the doctor, and then answering all of my questions (of which there were a lot), I decided to admit my baby over night, as that would give him a better chance at recovery. Thankfully I was able to pick him up the next morning and he was good to go home with some recommendations for weight loss. What I appreciate the most was the overnight care my baby got, and the ability to call any time I wanted to see how he was doing (and I did, at 11 PM, 1 AM, and 2 AM).I’m incredibly grateful for the staff for taking care of my baby and getting him back to normal. Thank you Aloha!!

We LOVE this place. Our vet sent us and our beloved Lemon 🐱there for ultrasound. Dr Daniel Pepen was amazing! Very thoughtful and throughout with all diagnostics. He listened us but also guided us so we could make the best choices for our fur baby. Phone follow up was an extra touch that made our visits at Aloha very special. We felt love and compassion. Thank you Dr Pepen and team for such an amazing experience in this very difficult time for us ♥️We really appreciate YOU!

We had to take our beloved pet to Aloha this week for an emergency. The staff and doctors are incredible, very caring and supportive. Unfortunately we lost our furr baby and they were there for us all the way, they made us felt cared for and did not rush anything. We had all the time in the world to spend with our baby and stay with him until he crossed the rainbow bridge.Today I received a card and flowers from Aloha. It made me feel loved 💜To all the staff and doctors: thank you for being so caring and amazing. We are glad we took our Gatsby boy to you.Blessings

On vacation and our little 3 year old Pom ate a battery. Employees show immediate concern & got him right in. The team working knew when to “hit the gas” and when to “apply the brakes”. They gave him proper treatment & didn’t just rush into surgery , however, if it was needed they were ready. They showed amazing compassion & we couldn’t be any happier. Thank you Aloha team for saving our little guy “Enzo”. We appreciate all that you did !

Morbid topic but if you have to euthanize your dog this is the place to do it. My dog was getting super old and it was just time. Our normal vet was closed and luckily Aloha was open as my dog was in a lot of pain. Appt was for 2:00 but we came in early because she couldn’t stop seizing. They took us in early and made sure my dog was comfortable. The room we were in while we said goodbye was just really peaceful. They had a button we clicked when we were ready that way they didn’t disturb us by coming in and asking if we were ready and just overall giving the feeling of us being rushed.By the time we said goodbye we were just able to walk out because all the paperwork was done beforehand.When the ashes were ready, the people they partnered with did a really nice job. I got a nice little box urn, a paw print, and some fur for the mementos. Way more than expected and now I’ll always have those little pieces of my dog to keep with me. Horrible day for sure, but Aloha made the experience better in the long run. We also got a hand written card in the mail that essentially said sorry for your loss. It’s the little details that made me know they did care.

Great service. Kind people. Reasonable pricing. Definitely great place to go when you have an immediate need, and there are no other vets open. They are gentle, patient, and caring. They treated my little guy as though he was their own. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of pet care.

Today my dog Lexi had a wonderful experience! She has anxiety when visiting the vet and Mark, a technician, took the time to get to know her and make a connection. This put her at ease. He stayed and continued to pet and hold her while, Dr. Erica did her full exam and all of the annual vaccines. Jess also helped with the exam and clipped Lexi's nails. She was quick and gentle. They worked so well together and took the time to do everything they could to make Lexi's experience as stress-free as possible.

I would highly suggest visiting a different vet if possible. I took my very old ferret here as an emergency visit a while back and experienced issues every step of the way. I came in with the intent of possible end of life treatment due to her(My ferret) being about 12 years old and having a ton of problems, including seizures. I had multiple people come in the room to marvel at the fact she was still alive (While she was actively lethargic in my arms). After a vet had seen her, they confirmed the best option would be euthanasia. They put me in a room with her and told me to push the button when i was ready. She had a lot of energy due to the sugar paste they had given her (she had pancreatic cancer) and so i wanted my last memory with her to be her happy and able to run and play. They took 15 minutes after i repeatedly pressured the button, at which point my ferret had completely lost movement of her legs again and could not even move. Afterwards i was told i would get a call when her remains would be able to be picked up. A month later i called and asked if there was any update and they told me no and that they would call. A week later i called again and was told that they "repeatedly tried to get ahold of me" and that her remains had been sitting there for god knows how long. This place is extremely insensitive. If you care about your pet, don't bring them here.

Mark, a technician, was so wonderful for a very stressed dog. My dog is so stressed when going to the office, Mark calmed her down and made a connection with her. Jess also came in with a calmness which made it possible to clip her nails. She was quick and gentle. Dr. Erica was able to give all her shots, checked out her whole body, while Mark was sweet talking my stressed dog! What a team!!!

The best vet care my pets have ever received...unfortunately I have moved around a lot and it's hard to find a trustworthy vet. So I have been so grateful to find one that I travel from another county just to still come here. They have saved multiple pet's lives after other clinics misdiagnosed them and this was amazing. I also am appreciative that so much can be done at the clinic and I don't have to be referred to other places. That is all a big deal to me and I hope there will always be an Aloha for my pets.

Took my fur baby in for a horribly broken nail. The staff were really friendly , the first time patient sheet was easy and fast to fill out. I was a bit concerned reading some other reviews , but we had no issues at all and appreciated all the conveniences that they offered with a in ground scale, on site dog grooming, cat play (adoption) area. I even witnessed the staff vigorously wiping down surfaces in between patients. I only wish they were a bit closer to me. Overall we had a great experience.

They just after your money here.Not the wellbeing of your pet.It's shame. Hidden fees, unexpected add on services ect.Over $ 2000 for a teeth cleaning and few extractions.Go to aid for animals or brevard spay and neuter clinic instead.Less than half of the price quoted by Aloha for same services

I love this vet office. My only complaint is that they tend to run a bit more expensive than other vets. The staff is great, the doctors are fabulous. They have provided great care to my animals over the years.

I have a 100 lb German Shepherd. Every other vet I’ve ever brought him to immediately muzzles him and acts afraid of him. This was our first time here and everyone was so good with my boy. The muzzle never came out and the tech was on the floor loving on him. The vet was honest and didn’t just go after the money with X-rays. And I really appreciate that they never treated him like a murder puppy. Definitely will be our new veterinarian.

The Dr, Tech, and desk staff are always friendly and helpful. My dog is so scared of going to the vet. I either have to carry my 55 lb. dog through the parking lot or drag him kicking and screaming :) . but when he get in they make him feel comfortable. So if you are a new pet parent (like me) or have always had pets. I would recommend the vet to everyone

Dr. Becton did an amazing job with my very high anxiety Belgian Malinois. Her tech was awesome too. They literally were able to manage her even though she was anxious and they helped sedate her further so they could complete thorough care. My dog was in the best hands and was treated so gently in spite of her high anxiety. I am very thankful to Dr. Becton and her team. I know that my dog is getting tremendous care with her.

This is hands down the best pet hospital/veterinarians in this area. I constantly hear people complain that the prices are too high. My pets deserve the absolute best & there is no way I’m taking them to a place because the prices may be a little bit lower & the treatment is poor & substandard. Not worth taking a chance on your pets health. I personally don’t find the prices too high especially for the exceptional care & treatment they provide. Dr Dan, Dr Becton & Dr Vani are best the vets I’ve seen. These vets treat my dogs like family & genuinely care. Heather at reception has the kindest & biggest heart! Love this place & been going here many, many years!

Got denied for adopting a kitten, that was coming to a loving home all because I didn’t want to adopt more than more. Nothing on the paperwork said anything about you needing to adopt more than one. So what happen if I had adopted 2 kitten and neither are a good fit for my home. Then what? I’ve been a loyal customer to this clinic and taking my dog there every time, but I won’t support this business anymore. You’re judging me as a pet owner based of the actions for others. Never again will I patron your business or use your services. Thank you for breaking my daughter and wife’s heart first thing this morning.

My dog and I absolutely love Aloha! They've always provided top of the line care and always make me feel like they truly care about every animal. They're the only vets office I trust with my dog. All the veterinarians, vet techs, and admins are so friendly and knowledgeable that I've never once worried about my dog or his standard of care.Today I want to specifically shout out Kelly Grennan. She's one of the office administrators, and I saw her handle the most egregious behavior today from another client with absolute professionalism. She stayed so calm and handled the situation so well. I wish I had gotten the names of the other staff members also working the desk at that time as they all deserve praise. You guys rock and we absolutely appreciate everything you do for our pets.

They were thorough with our emergency visit. However, no one called to check on my dog. We brought her in extremely lethargic with vomiting and bloody diarrhea. We ran a ton of tests and $500 later we were advised to treat her at home with medication. It seems they only care about the money though. They never checked in once after that. If they cared about her wellbeing, they would have had a follow up call at least.

Wonderful place! The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. They take the time to explain a diagnosis and treatment plan and they answer every question to help you understand what is going on with your pet. I have been here on four different occasions with four different pets and each time I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable their prices are! I just love them! ❤️❤️❤️
