This place is amazing!! My whole experience was wonderful, especially with the cage-free grooming. I felt so relaxed and comfortable leaving my 7 month old puppy here. Nick was great with Milo so is Tony and Julia. Nick did a beautiful job!! My Milo looks so happy and handsome! I would highly recommend bringing your furry babies here.

Nick is an amazing groomer, he makes my 3 fur babies look amazing! He has an open area so you can see your fur babies get groomed! After he grooms,the dogs are allowed to get on the sofa to wait or just walk around, I absolutely love the no cages❤️ He makes my babies feel at home 🏡

Love Nick and his team! This is Kenji’s second appointment with the salon. He’s a shihtzu/poodle mix with curly hair that can get matted pretty easily. He’s looked absolutely amazing both times! I’m so content with their services! I really appreciate the free-range approach, too. I think it helps with any separation anxiety — helps the fur babies feel like they’re at home. Nick is always so nice to talk to too! :-)

I never write reviews but I was looking for a new groomer and decided to try out Wut’s Up Pup and it was the best decision! He listened to how I wanted my goldendoodle groomed and did exactly what i asked and was so kind. He also kept great communication and let me know how long it will take and texted me to let me know Ivy was almost ready. I’ve gone to previous groomers who just did what they wanted and never listened and weren’t the kindest. Im definitely going to be a new customer as he went above and beyond in every way, even included a polaroid picture!

I was having a hard time finding a groomer that would take good care of my 17.5 year old dog until I found Nick! Not only did he do an amazing job grooming Cody, he made him (and me 😅) feel so comfortable from the second we walked in the door. He treated Cody like it was his dog he had known for years. I highly recommend Nick and his grooming salon because their mission is to serve and take care of your dog. They’re unlike any other groomer I’ve ever hired before. And Nicks 2 huskies are SOO sweet. Cody made new friends today. See you again soon guys!!

Mr.Blu is our fur baby and he Represents us both,I tried out PetSmart and it was the worst experience ever. I wanted to cry when my boyfriend brought him home. I literally asked him where is My baby Boy. We have found Dexter's new grooming home! Nick was very welcoming and for the first time, I felt comfortable leaving my puppy to get groomed. We got exactly what we asked for and our expectations were exceeded!!! At pick up we were given a follow-up and tips on grooming. Thank you so much! Definitely worth the 1-hour drive!

The BEST experience for me and my pup! Nicholas has a great energy with dogs and I've never seen my little chihuahua/rat terrier mix so calm with a groomer. He hates his nail trims and usually puts up a snarly fight by the end, but this time he barely fussed. Such a pleasure to see him so comfortable and well cared for! The nails were really well done for a basic trim and I'm so HAPPY!

The staff here truly cares about your dogs needs! On our first visit with our foster pup we wanted to make sure things went smoothly. They suggested the last appointment to make sure she was comfortable with the full experience. It went fantastic and she loved it! I can’t thank them enough for what they do and give my dog, Boston. She loves the environment and the ability to play with other dogs while she waits. A great experience all around! If you’re wanting a place that takes care of your dog like their own. Go visit!

Wonderful place! Nick is very talented, professional, and personable. He is so sweet with them, did a great job with my pup's summer haircuts, very thorough and paid close attention to detail. For the first time walking into a grooming salon, my dogs were not nervous, and made themselves right at home! The salon itself it very warm and welcoming, with cage-free grooming and a set-up to mimic an at-home living room (complete with couch and coffee table!), so that the pups feel more at home. My pups and I couldn't be more happy with Nick and his lovely salon! Our forever go-to place :)

I gave Nick three chances with five groom and two trim with my three dogs but not satisfied with the result. I always end it up trimming their face and neck when I return home. I wont be a returning customer. Too rushed do it correctly. Poor uncompleted neck trim.I talked to Nick on the phone first time ask him if he is good at poodle grooming and he said yes. We switched to Wut’s Up Pup for grooming our two Labradoodles about four months ago. They’ve been to see Nick twice now. We’re very pleased with how they look. More importantly we’re very pleased with how they are treated. Nick is great with the dogs. The dogs come home very happy and not the least bit stressed. I would highly recommend Wut’s Up Pup.

Took my new puppy in for her first groom at Wut’s Up Pup and could not have had a more incredible experience!!! Nick takes in these dogs as if they were his own! On the first visit he trains the puppy not to be scared of the clippers and honestly my pup thought she was having a play date. The icing on the cake was Nick posting a video of my puppy’s first grooming. We love Wut’s Up Pup and would never think of taking Ruby Lou anywhere else!

What a Wonderful Experience!! We have a 12 1/2 year old golden retriever. He requires special care, as do all of our 4 legged family members. Nick listened to our concerns about his anxiety, problems standing in place for too long, past problems with grooming experiences, etc. He did an AMAZING job not only grooming him, but tending to his special needs. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We have found our groomer for LIFE! Thank you so much Nick!!!

Such a great find! The owner is extremely responsive and is always honest + trying to get you in if he can. We have a big Bernese mountain dog and they have groomed him perfectly for this Florida weather every time! A nice change of pace from the big grooming names. Wonderful!

We took our puppy, Doodle, in for his first groom today. We were a little nervous of course, but all that went away when we walked into the doors of Wut’s Up Pup. Not only were we greeted by Nick but also, Jedi and Moon, (the huskies that belong to the owner). So immediately I felt comfortable. It felt like home, more importantly, Doodle was comfortable. Being our first groom ever, I wasn’t sure what to think, but it didn’t matter, Nick knew what he was doing. He talked us through what he was going to do, how he would make Doodle comfortable, even some tips for what we could do at home for maintenance.So off I went home to leave them to take care of the groom. I was told a time to come back and it was exactly what I was told. Time is important, so it was great to be able to do the things I needed and come back when I was supposed yo and not wait. When I got there to pick Doodle up he was ecstatic. He had a pep in his step. He was a brand new pup. All around everyone was happy.We will be guests of Nick and Wut’s Up Pup for years to come. Thanks again!

This is the best new groomer in downtown. I have a 75+ lb dog who is petrified of the hair dryer. Nick made him feel safe and right at home. Very professional groomer whose passion shows through his work!My dog will be a regular here for sure.

I have two farm dogs that are STINKY and not regulars at the groomers. There comes a point when at home baths just don’t cut it for the farm dog smell and I have to call in the professionals for help. One of my dogs just turned a year old and had never been groomed before so and I was nervous he would be scared. Nick took great care of him and my other dog. They both received a deshedding and deodorizing bath. My boys look and smell better than they ever have in their life! Will definitely be coming back!

My dog knew Nick from a few years ago at dog daycare and loved him. So when it was time for my dog’s first de shedding I knew just who to go to. My GSD/Lab mix has a lot of undercoat and I am so impressed with the de shedding! It’s so great to have a groomer that I trust with my dog who also provides outstanding quality work.
