Pharmacy used to be open til 9. They changed to 8. I walked a prescription in today suggesting I would wait. I informed them I could come back in a couple of hours. Was told between 12-1......No problem..... I never received confirmation it was filled, therefore @ 7:10 went over to see if it was ready. They now close at 7!!!! Ugh!!

I like Walgreens! They handle my Medicare prescriptions. I made an appointment for vaccines early this morning. Finished at 8:30 am. Perfect!

Ordered sale items on line. Went to pick up the NEXT day and they didn’t have my order. Asked if I could have the sale price? Told NO. That ended yesterday. I left with out my merchandise. Got home and there was a Walgreen email offering the sale discount. Walgreen’s — Hire better managers.

Today is Saturday I needed to pickup a medication for and infection. It is now 10:30am and the pharmacy is still not open. No one has an answer. Apparently no staff available.

Sadly, for whatever reason the pharmacy dept is so grossly understaffed and quite a few miserable employees make it a very unpleasant experience. The other day I was on pharmacy hold for a total of 8 minutes on the loop, then phone rang to the dept for another 5 min (timed on phone), someone then picked up and immediately hung up on me. I called the store manager, he seemed to care less too, but did pass me along to a technician. With the millions of profit dollars made by Walgreens and during our tourist season they’d step up their game? Uh no! I almost (I say almost) feel sorry for the rank and file because corporate policy makes their jobs miserable.When I was able to return to Walgreens for their drive thru convenience, I quickly realized it isn’t worth the horrid service. Use anyone else.

We finally got the call at 7:50 that my wife’s prescription was ready to be picked up (placed 8+ hours earlier). We showed up at 7:55 and waited for 5 minutes. A lady walks over and said they closed at 8, turned the lights off, and refused to serve us even though we were there before closing. Walgreens just lost a customer for life because of an employees negligence.

Pharmacist's and staff are very friendly and extremely patient as I've personally seen customers go off on them. One of the busiest Walgreens in Sarasota. Come in with a bit of grace and empathy!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and worst customer service I've ever encountered! You get placed on hold for well over 20 30 and 45 minutes at a time only to be disconnected when they're finally transferring the call to the pharmacy! I will no longer be using Walgreens I'm having all of my prescriptions transferred! This is not an isolated situation this happens every time I try to get my prescriptions refilled every time!!

This pharmacy refuses to answer calls. They are negligent on filling prescriptions. If you need to speak with the pharmacist you MUST go in person, which seems less convenient for all involved. Be prepared to be hung up on regularly and treated like an inconvenience when you arrive in person to inquire about a prescription without having one to pick up.

We needed to call in a prescription for a patient. They left me on hold for over 40 min. Then when I called back and explained to the regular staff person who answered and he said ok I will transfer you and then transferred me on hold again. I finally got someone from the front to go in the back. The pharmacy finally answered the phone. She was kind and apologized but if I had not called 3 times and wasted over an hour of time I would not have been able to get our patient the medicine she needed. The 2 stars is for the girl who finally went back to help me and the girl who answered. Walgreens should have a better support system.

worst experience the person at the cash counter not only arrived late, but also was so partial. that person literally was chatting nicely with a lady customer (which was after me in line and still he took her first) and during my turn he was like "mummmmm". very partial behavior towards customers

I Was Very Dissatisfied With The Pharmacist. I Tried To Ask A Question And She Said With An Attitude The Pharmacy Is Closed Cause We Are At Lunch And Waved Me Off Looking Me Up And Down With Food Coming Out Her Mouth. Didn't Get Her Name But She Looked About 40-50Years Old. I Will Never Come Here Again.

repeatedly have had issues with photo printing/developing.either getting poor quality prints with wrinkles and folds in them, due to lack of care by employee. or getting a notification that the print is ready. only to drive to the store, to find that the print is in fact not ready and that i need to wait an hour or two. (purchased electronically)you will also not get a call/text/email when your film is finished being developed. (dropped off at store) they will just hang on to it for weeks until you actively show up.not just this walgreens. several in the area. corporate needs to train their employees on how to handle the service if they are going to provide it.

I went to this walgreens at 9:34 p.m. on November 4th 2021 & the store was closed. The listed hours has it closing at 10 p.m. they closed the store 30 minutes earlier i have no clue why they would do that. So don't waste your gas and time coming here 30 minutes before closing because you will find the store closed.

As with the entire WALGREENS chain, their pharmacy departments are grossly understaffed from opening to closing. But, when you finally deal with the staff, they are well trained and courteous. Sometimes yourpatience is stretched thin

I have been shopping here regularly and with normally no issues. Staff on the most part is friendly. This is the 3rd or 4th time tho where what I bought is already expired. I haven't had this problem anywhere else. CHECK THE BEST BY labels when shopping at this location.

Friendly pharmacy staff. They do a fine job at explaining medication side effects. My last refill wasn't to great, I had to wait a couple of days because they did not have the medication.

Horrible service with a nasty pharmacist who hates her job. Doctor called in prescription a day before and they still don't have it ready! Do not use them! Go to CVS or Publix.

Every time I get my prescription filled there is a problem, the first time it was short by 2/3 of the quantity and this time it was due to be ready the next day, came back 3 days later and still not filled.

Clean store, sweet make up selection for a drug store, nice pharmacist but the pharmacy is super busy most of the time so be prepared for that.
