Love Trader Joe’s, but it takes 45 min.+ to get there from my home south of Sarasota and then parking at this store is a nightmare. Wellen Park, a new commercial and residential community being developed near us is adding a Costco and many new shops and businesses. We’re all hoping Trader Joe’s will be one of them soon.

Absolutely love Trader Joes. BBQ cut salmon is a staple for me. Love all of their tea selections and new items weekly. Their prices are always reasonable and fair. Staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Adam C was my cashier today and he’s always so nice. He was quick and kind with my daughter.We got a lot of goodies today that we haven’t had in awhile. Every employee said hi to my baby who was saying hi to everyone.Parking wasn’t too bad today. Maybe the utc location opening helped. Hoping to get one south North Port / Venice area.

Always a pleasure shopping at Trader Joe’s. The quality of their food is outstanding and the associates are pleasant. My only complaint is the hour travel time. Although it’s worth the trip would love to see a Trader Joe’s in the Venice area.

Very cute and clean store. Great prices and dinner ideas put together beautifully. They have beautiful floral arrangements and potted plants. They have a sufficient amount of workers and they are always willing to help and happy! One of my favorite places to shop!!!

Good small concept store, quck in and out. I like there sparkling water selection, not as expensive as elsewhere. Tried their frozen flat bread with mushrooms which was so so. Not enough topings and artificial taste. I hoped for a fresher version.

Love their daily fresh flowers but was appalled at how blatantly rude I had been treated when I went twice in today, within an hour at this location. The black lady cashier treated the white woman in front of me with such kindness & professionalism and literally made eye contact when I put my basket down as she was checking the lady out — when she finished handing the bag to the lady and saying thank you!!!, she then turned around and acted like she didn’t know I was there until about a minute later! And then treated me so rudely and when I said thank you after checking out, she didn’t even respond! No thank you, no nothing. I then returned within the hour for more flowers after spending $40+ already, and she sees me leaving with more flowers and goes “again?” in a rude tone???!! Like what?! That’s how you treat your customers? Shouldn’t you be saying “Omg back again! 😃” cheerful since the customer is spending more money? And of course the white lady cashier who checked me out the 2nd time was also rude and when I was doing the credit transaction it was being funny with the buttons and she goes “your nails won’t work” and I said “I’m not using my nails, and it just worked”. I’ve lived in Sarasota about 7 months now and this is my first time going to Trader Joe’s as I normally get my flowers at the farmers market and I’ve never been treated this poorly in Sarasota yet. Trader Joe’s you need to speak with your team about how they treat customers and judging customers based on their looks who may not be the typical white 40s-elderly clientele — when they’re nothing but polite and kind. It’s 2022 — do better.

Love Trader Joe’s! Excellent selection, well organized store, and friendly, helpful staff. Trader Joe’s is our go-to for delicious prepared and frozen foods. The bananas are always the best! Envy apples are delicious here. And the TJ version of Raisin Bran crunch is a household favorite. The almond milk is wonderful and a great deal. You just can’t go wrong at TJs!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Trader Joe's and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The selection of fresh produce was fantastic and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I especially loved their unique selection of snacks and treats it was like finding hidden treasures in every aisle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Trader Joe's for anyone looking for high-quality groceries at affordable prices.

This location is comparatively spacious over many and very clean. The produce is fresh and everything is priced well. The staff was pleasant and offered a balloon for our daughter. It is always festive at TJ’s!We went midweek in the morning and there were not very many shoppers. Other reviews suggest it is busy but maybe time of day and time of year have a bit of a say in the matter.We will be back!

I like the product variety and fair pricing. The store is clean and well organized. Staff attitudes are outstanding - I appreciate the genuine friendliness and unscripted conversations. I would have given the experience 5 stars, save for the nightmare of a parking lot. I need more room to exit and enter my car but often can't find a space with an access aisle. Leaving the lot is nearly impossible unless shopping very early or near closing time, which is not always convenient to my schedule. Maybe Trader Joe will open another store nearer my neighborhood!?

Great place to shop with more unique selections than similar chains. The only downside is they don’t carry organic green onions like other places. I opted out going here because I need green onions every week.
