Nice service since Annie booked our 1st appt, until we picked our Cleo. They did a great job, also very accommodating. We were so happy to pick our Cleo, she was neatly cleaned her fur was soo soft and her nails and ears cleaned. We booked her right away we are bringing her monthly. Had our puppy for four half hours. Was there for complete grooming. Only accomplished giving him bath,brushing and trimming hair on bottom of his paws. Asked what happened was told by owner she was there by herself to handle all the dogs .

I took my dog Lizzy here for first visit on Tuesday October 9, 2018. Everyone was so friendly. My groomer Kerri did an outstanding job. I will never return to a big corporate groomer again, in fact she did a better job than my vet. Top Dog pets is one of the best groomers in town. The owner is very knowledgable on all breeds of dogs. The facility is very clean. Prices are very fair and most of all, the groomers are excellent. I have taken several different breeds for grooming here over the years and each dog has looked specific to its breed and very professionally groomed. Omg Annie did an amazing job on my grandpas Dixey! Her first time getting groomed after she started getting matted. I thought they were going to have to shave her balled but Top Dog saves all of her beautiful fur. When I picked her up she was so happy and glowing!!! Highly recommend!

Kerri is the best. Enough said. She is absolutely outstanding. She went to school for grooming. She knows what she is doing. I have never been to a groomer like her. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle the dogs and she gets to know them and takes pride in her work. Noone else can groom my mothers dog. But Kerri can. I told my mom to go and see Kerri when her Irish Terrier was old enough and she wont go to anyone else either. If you want a 5 star groom Kerri is the girl for you. Her prices are very competitive and she is just simply fantastic. 100% recommend.

I had to leave my fur baby for a week for the first time in 7 years! So as you probably can guess I was very particular. While she was there, they groomed her and clipped her nails. She hates having her nails clipped! But they did a fine job and she was clean and fluffy when I picked her up.

Annie's the best!! I have 2 boys I take to her, she talks to them n she is happy to see them n she let's them know it. My boyz always look so handsome when I pick them up. She gives each one her "special undivided attention", she takes her time with each one. One of my boyz is a little hard to work with, she is very gentle with him. Thanks Annie

I called the place to make an appointment for my dog, the owner replied, “they don't have until a month”, I was disappointed to have to wait so long, and because the work that they were going to do for my dog ​​did not take long ( only bath and nails) I asked her once again hoping that she would tell me: “I don't have but I can put your dog on a waiting list if there is a cancellation”, instead she very rude replied: “I ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT I DON'T HAVE UNTIL THAT DAY, DO YOU WANT ME TO REPEAT ONE MORE TIME? ”. Is that the customer service you give to your customers? Probably because is the business owner and she thinks she has the right to treat others like this. She needs to know, she has to respect and be kind to her clients if she wants to keep her business. Don't forget that now we can make public what kind of person she is when others don't see her.

This establishment is terrific. Reasonable nail trimming. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the gentleman who does my neurotic dogs nails, but he's the best. My dog is ok with him. He must have went to the dog-whisperer school. Really.

These guys do an EXCELLENT job on grooming my chow mix. Ive taken her here for years and they love on her and make her skin and coat look fantastic. My 16 year old pup looks 8 tops after a day there this week. Kudos to them!

Absolutely great service, didn't have an apt. and was frazzled about the appointment I had at 9 a.m. at groomer down the street I had went in there By accident thinking it was the place and then went to the place that they had directed to where I Had my appointment, who turned out not to be there, when I came back to see if they had any available walk-ins they were completely booked and they were nice enough to fit me in very kind people absolutely great and will definitely be kona's groomer.
