I used to love this brand. I've tried to shop in this store twice recently, and had to leave both times. Wacky people work here. A really unpleasant shopping experience. One latched on and kept talking about her family and how she disliked them. Another one was talking about aliens and other really wacko stuff, and off-color jokes and references. I just wanted to be left alone to shop, but that wasn't happening. I won't go back.

I loved this store and ended up going 2X in a week :) - the clothes we bought were so nice and comfy - cant wait to wear the pullover! They really made us feel special and we got great deal! Amber the manager was super attentive and helpful and Chloe was really great helping us with everything. Worth a visit when hitting Armand Circle :)

Amber at Black Dog Clothing in Sarasota was the BEST! She helped us find just what we were looking for at another location and and was able to get it shipped to our home free of charge. We also bought items in her store and she was beyond helpful! Thank you Amber for all of your assistance!

INCREDIBLY disappointed. Walked in on 1-22-23 and the two lady’s behind the register blatantly ignored my question. Then proceeded to tell me that they will go and fold back the sweater I unfolded. Sorry but that’s your job. Had to buy online. Never coming back.What a wonderful staff🤣

I visited this store while on vacation. I loved the clothes and met a lovely girl who had brought her golden retriever with her to work. Very nice service and with such a gorgeous dog - Let me know when she has puppies!

As a dog-lover and labrador owner, I wanted to support this store. However, one of the sales associates made an anti-semetic comment (possibly not realizing I was Jewish) as she was ringing me up. Whatever the intention, she demonstrated clear ignorance and prejudice against Jews. Very disappointing.
