My husband went to Sprouts tonight to pick up a few items for dinner. While checking out, the male cashier with the long hair asked if he wanted to purchase a bag. I was there last week and was not charged for a bag and had commented to my husband about it. My husband said to the cashier that I was not charged last week. The cashier’s response was “if you don’t like it shop somewhere else”. If that’s the attitude we will. It’s not about the .10 cents it’s about treating your customers with respect. Two frequent shoppers lost.

I recently discovered Sprouts and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean and inviting atmosphere. My friend was at Rack Room making a return and on the way I. I spotted Sprouts. I am a visitor to Sarasota and Sprouts are only located in the suburbs of Atlanta where I live.I had a nasty toothache and have heard that clove oil helps with the pain and any infection that might be there as well.I went in there for one thing and wind up getting something else to add to it that was totally unrelated to what I was looking for that day.I want to say thank you for the abundance of handicap buggies. Some people take these for granted but I do not because other stores either don't have them or they are already in use.I immediately went to the right and discovered the clove oil with no problem along with a lot of other things that I needed. This place is very resourceful or anything homeopathic or natural.Now after I scoop that up I was looking for something sweet. What I found was some apple turnovers. Next I went towards the deli and to my surprise I found a brand of deli meat that can only be found in my hometown of Philadelphia. Or so I thought. The brand is Dietz and Watson. Their deli meat and items are superior but hard to find in the south. Now I know where I can get them. I was so amazed I took pics of all the items and wish that I was not getting on a plane instead of getting in the car to go back to Atlanta. I would have purchased so much more but what I did get was some hoagie dressing. Very hard to find in Atlanta.As always the store is immaculate very neat no matter which location you go to and the people are always very kind and helpful. Visit a Sprouts in your neighborhood and you won't be disappointed.

Love the food/produce/beverages, you get what you pay for the problem with this sprouts is not its product but its service - or lack thereof. Customer service just simply does not exist in any shape or form. There is a 90% chance you're going to get stuck behind a customer that has an issue with the price of produce not ringing up correctly and waiting 20 minutes for a manager to finally arrive at the cashier to fix the issue - meanwhile, the transaction is never suspended to help those waiting in line or who may or may not be crunched for time, or offered any assistance in another line, they just do not give a fk plain and simple. I have tried to be patient, if this was a one-off experience I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review but literally happens 80-90% of the time. That's just one problem. This is a management issue - train the employees how to handle these types of situations, fix whatever plaguing issue that you have with your pos system and create a streamlined process that doesn't make every customer in line wait for 25 minutes, have a playbook designed to create a better customer experience because I'd rather shop at wal-mart or buy groceries at a used car dealership or a 2020 wet market in Wuhan than at this sprouts, the only reason I still go is because of dietary concerns.

If you have anything to do for the day don't come here. Every single time I ATTEMPT to shop here is awful. Meat counter....... always under staffed. Front registers......under staffed. I run large businesses and own my own. This is a poor display of well ZERO leadership. Every employee walking around without a purpose.

I live in Muskegon Michigan I came from out of town to experience Florida and we stopped at this grocery store to get food for our airbnb. It was a much better decision to get food here than to eat out. This grocery store has such clean eating, it's so clean inside, it has many different products, it's just the store you want to shop in. I loved all the different options that they had. There was many products I never heard of before that were delicious. They had a cold deli, they had a hot deli. Please try this grocery store if you're looking for somewhere to get food you will not be disappointed

Sprouts is a store I love to go to once in a while only because they have certain types of healthy carbonated drinks that I enjoy and prefer as an alternative to regular soda. The one thing I don't like about it is most of the people who work and shop there are so stuck up and snotty that if you ask an employee a question they should know the answer to and don't, they will make up something about whatever it is you are asking them and quickly dissappear after they point you in the wrong direction.

Sprouts is downright deceiving and liars. It shouldnt even have "Farmers Market" in the name. It says Farm fresh Produce on the front of the building. NO..Everything in Sprouts is shipped from far away, Not Farm Fresh. Nothing is Local. Just another Corporate grocery chain using Convienence to manipulate people. Sad and desperate company. CHOOSE LOCAL, ORGANIC, FARM VENDORS / FARMERS MARKETS TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY AND LOCAL ECONOMY.

Experienced a very rude cashier named Jesse who was slamming my stuff around, threw my basket to the line behind him then literally threw my receipt at me when he was finished with my transaction. I have been shopping here for years and have never experienced such a rude unprofessional cashier in my life. I brought this to the attention of nearby employees who laughed at me and said they “would take him around back and beat him.”… I left the store then came back in to return everything I’d purchased because of the way I was treated and was told I would need to be helped by another cashier named Trinity who when I explained my frustration to showed absolutely no remorse for the situation and told me he would not be happy to give me my money back and that I would need to “wait a little bit” for him to help me because he was busy with stuff in the office.

It has taken us a while to discover this South Sarasota gem. One of the places we dearly miss is the old Lucky's store in the Siesta Square Mall that lasted a little over two years. Sprouts has that same sort of vibe. They have bins of nuts, dried fruits, assorted chocolate covered everything, licorice, spices, and seeds. We have driven past it on South Tamiami many times without realizing it was there. It was only after my daughter mentioned it that we took the time to check it out and were happy to discover, a clean, well-lit store with all those little specialty items that one doesn't encounter in a regular store. They have pomegranate-blackcurrant Sanpellegrino and if that was all we would have discovered that would have been enough to give them 5 stars, but the list goes on, Australian licorice in three different flavors, roasted pumpkin seeds that are perfectly salted, corn chips with flax seeds, and on and on.They have an excellent produce section and their deli featured a number of prepared dishes, the pesto chicken, blackened salmon, broccoli salad, and brussel sprouts were delicious. Yes it's a little pricier than your regular supermarket, but we did find a number of bargains and once again they had pomegranate-blackcurrant Sanpellegrino. Needless to say we are putting them into rotation for regular visits.

I was first introduced to Sprouts last year at this location. If your looking for one of the best grocery stores in the area this is it.It might seem a little small in comparison to other stores, however Sprouts has everything you need for your food needs.From what I can tell all the food items are carefully selected so you as a consumer get high quality products.Prices are comparable to other grocery stores and I find your paying as much and getting better quality food at Sprouts.There is a good selection of organic and natural products. Lots of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables and fruits.The store is open and bright. Everything is laid out in an organized manner so you don’t have to guess where to find something. The store is very easy to get around.Sprouts is great at getting farm to table produce.

Don't bother calling to ask a question. I just called about vitamins (I'm a local & a good regular customer. Well, I was). 'Julie' said 'nobody's in that department now' after disconnecting my call 4 times. She could have checke for me. Not driving down there this time of year if they are out of my item. Too bad Julie's customer service is so lousy. Usually, they are much better at Sprouts.

This store is difficult to shop at, at first. The layout is not your typical numbered aisles that point you in the precise direction regardless if you've never shopped there before.Instead every aisle has multiple small signs that help guide you to products. I disliked it quite a bit at first. But each time I came, I learned a little more and also the employees are so friendly and very helpful.Now that I am confident in finding everything, I have come to appreciate how many amazing items they carry and how delicious all of their produce is. The lovely employees and their willingness to walk you to the item directly.This store is a gem, and I'm glad it's so different from all the other stores that don't care about their customers and treat us as huge inconveniences.Just as a side note their produce department is awesome, it's very large and has a huge selection. There's nothing weak about it.

Produce department is weak. Meat is good. Grocery has nice products. I like their brand extra virgin olive oil and pasta. Eggs are good and dairy and cheese has enough selections.Overall it is good to visit and find the items you like. It could be better, it could be a little more cleaner but go and check it out and you decide if it works for you. It works for me only for the items i have selected. Thank you

This store is innovative in finding ways to loose customers. Besides the high prices, and lack of good customer service (especially @deli), they are now charging for bags. So, I have just over paid, not found anyone to help me, and now in order to have my items placed in a bag, you are charging me per bag ! Genius way to maintain and attract customers!

People that shop here are weird. They constantly say "sorry" whenever you get within 8' of them. Meat department guys are jerks and hide from customers. Pretty much everything is overpriced. They do have some good items like venison burger if you're OK with paying $10-$12/lb when actual hamburger is only $3-$4/lb.

5 stars for the Sprout's produce department. Great organic options at a very low price. Plus, they are much closer to me than Whole Foods. Organic spices are also more affordable here. Parking was a little challenging when they first opened up during the tourist season. Now it's not a problem, plenty of parking available every time I've gone there

The best local farmers market store! Amazing selection of items that are gluten/dairy free and USDA organic. Great deli with choice meats and cheeses. Nice roomy aisles and well stocked. We love the fresh veggies and fruit and bulk food items too. The natural products area is amazing and very knowledgeable people helping you find what you need. Our favorite checker Abdel always greets us and makes our visit a social one too with his friendly manner and great service. Parking is tight but well worth the wait, we also love using the online ordering and pickup service when we are tight on time. You can't go wrong here love this place!

Very clean store, well stocked and great selection of the items we were looking for. Great Fresh organic produce as well. I have to travel a bit to this location but i do not mind as the staff is always wonderful and the selection is great. Hopefully they will be building one closer to me soon , if not i will continue to shop here.

Over the past 4 years this store has gone downhill. Used to be fun to shop here and the fish was first rate. Now it is an insane money-grab, just like everywhere else. Too bad.
