I had stopped coming here cause I realized I could get the same things much cheaper on amazon, but my BF wanted to shop the shirts and hats one day after we ate in Gulf Gate. Im white, the BF is latino, and the white veteran that works here made sure we felt unwelcome. Won't be back until it inevitably gets its next owner. (And if you're trying to remember who this is to defend yourself as so many bad business owners do on Google Reviews, good luck cause we were there months ago)

Every time I'm chilling in Sarasota this is the spot I swing by. Great owner and very friendly every time I come in. They have a wide selection of products and every time I leave I have something new. If you're a seasoned vet or someone with questions this is the place to stop. I highly recommend this joint to anyone.

Never had anything short of solid experiences here. The staff (especially Kyle!) are knowledgeable and friendly, the shop is clean, organized, and interesting. Always happy to stop by, even if I’m not particularly looking for something. It’s just the kind of store you wanna come back to often. Looking forward to my next trip!

I was there only briefly, the staff was very friendly and informative. They didn't have what I was looking for, through no fault of their own, it's against the law to sell in their area what I was looking for, which is really silly but again, not their fault. They appeared to have a nice selection of goods and I wouldn't mind stopping back in here for my other needs next time I am vacationing in the area.

1/5 stars due to the service in this place. The gentleman behind the counter had no knowledge of the product in store. Went in another day and an older gentleman was there and he also had absolutely no knowledge of any of the products. Either learn how to operate a business or don't run one!Cart was nice though.

i requested a glass pipe for a Christmas gift for a friend. the owner replied to my message very fast and it was around 11pm or 12am when I sent the message. he found what i wanted and had it made and shipped to the store all within great time for Christmas. when i saw it it is absolutely beautiful and the friend getting this is going to love it. Thank you sooo much Rocketman owner and employee's you truly have a great store and customer service. i will be back to shop with you very soon.

I purchased a pipe from here approximately 11 days ago (purchased on approximately January 20th). The pipe somehow got a crack on January 28th, I called to see if it could either be fixed or replaced, I was told the system only goes back either 3 or 4 days.

Enjoyed going into the store so close to the other outlet plaza, I loved how there was a lot of bags,insects and was surprised how many products of CBD they had ,it was nice. Beautiful pieces and looking forward to going back to buy a Tapestry!

The last thing I want when spending my money is to hear the life story of the sales person. I made the mistake of asking if the place was under new ownership. The middle aged salesman immediately went into a rant. He told me that he and his stepson completely run the place. The owner is useless and he plans on taking over the store very soon. He then goes into another rant where he intentionally tries to offend people with his vulgar clothing. He becomes offended because people found the profanity on his shirts offensive. (This guy really needs a therapist) After that he told me his entire political belief system. (I never asked!) He rank’s everything. I just wanted a grinder. What should have taken minutes turned into 20. This was over nine months ago. Rocket man won’t see any of my money as long as that guys there.
