I recently relocated here from another state. I have been taking my dog who is now 12 years old to PetSmart for nail trims since she was 2 years old. I called to schedule an appointment and they gave me a time. But then I got a call back from open a manager who said that they were not going to be able to accept my dog due to the fact that she once before had reverse sneezing while in grooming. Then he had the audacity to say that that incident led to an emergency room trip for my dog?? I have no idea what he's talking about. That's it from now on I'll find some place else for my four dogs!

Although my groomer Monika did a great, the other staff members in the grooming area were unfriendly and rude,they need to find a new job .
