The old guy that works there has the attitude and customer service of a chinchilla with a headache. The rest of the employees are nice but the antiquated and archaic way of ringing up purchases is ridiculous sometimes. I like the pricing when they quote me on the phone. I do it every single time I ask them the price over the phone to test them and its always different when I come in the store. At this point its become like a really fun spin of the wheel roulette game when I come in and they still don't have a proper register to scan items and calculate things. They have to look in a book and put cash in an envelope. But hey their prices are decent. Have fun! I appreciate you responding back but you have done it repeatedly and having a headache and not feeling well is no excuse for acting rudely. Also to think that because you dont have a register it helps you interact with customers better it doesnt. You spend 20 minutes while 15 people are waiting in line to buy one thing. At the end of the day please be accurate, honor your pricing on the phone. If you make a mistake make it right not excuses.

This has been my go-to retailer for all my pet supply needs for over ten years. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and they keep the store well stocked. If they don't have what you're looking for they are more than happy to place a special-order. Ditch the chain stores and give this shop a try!

The selection of dog food and treats was killer. The prices from what I've seen are the best around the area. I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff! Plus the store stays open until 6pm which is awesome 😇This is our store. Woof

Family owned with very knowledgeable staff. I first was sent there over 5 years ago for prescription food for my cat who had kidney disease. Their prescription pet foods are much lower in price than my vet's. I get all of my furr babies supplies there now. The staff is great.💗🐾🐾

This place is amazing. Their prices are better than Amazon & Chewy. Shop small and local. I also get all the urinary cat food with them. The staff is so helpful and they have an amazing variety of urinary issues cat food.

this is a local treasure, and i have shopped here for almost 18 years. the service is great. they order special foods that we can't get from any other stores, and they are extremely helpful and accomodating. i would recommend this store highly if you're looking for anything special for your pet in the way of food, treats and more.

Good prices. Space was really tight. Very busy and a tight parking lot too. Overall it was a neat experience. No shopping carts that I could find so I wasn’t able to purchase the larger items I needed. I did get all the smaller ones I needed though. They do NOT take Apple Pay or anything like that. They don’t even have a register. They use slips to write up and a calculator to total.

They sell everything you need to provide the best care for your pet, but don't sell pets. Since I'm a "Don't Buy, Don't Breed, Adopt!" person, I love shopping there. Not a chain store. Locally owned and operated. Adorable selection of little chatchkas, too!

Overall, this is a good place to shop for pet supplies. There is one thing, however, that keeps me from giving them a 5 star review, and that is the "hit or miss" wait time to make purchases. This can be anywhere from pretty quick, to a bit long, to "What on earth is going on here?!", and based on my observation, the reason for the times it's not quick is a combination of two things: 1) the old school way of ringing up your items..i.e..calculators and hand-written receipts, but mostly, 2) customers who have questions about products, medicines, and this, that, and the other thing. While we can probably all agree that being knowledgeable about pets, food, and pet health is obviously a good thing, making customers who do *not* have questions stand there holding their items for 10, 15, 20 minutes, is a bit, idk, unfair. Especially when the line gets so long it literally blocks people from getting in the store. It seems to me that maybe designating one person behind the counter to answering questions about products, safety concerns, and what-have-you, while having the other two or three sales persons ringing up the customers who know exactly what they want and who may just not have the time to listen to the long tangents of other pet owners, would make a thriving business run more efficiently.

Some of the staff have a less then stellar attitude and probably shouldn't even be in customer service. A recent visit with the unfriendly curly haired woman has cemented my decision to take my business elsewhere.

Best prices, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. HUGE inventory on ALL your pet needs. If they dont have it, they will tell you where you can find it and/or order it for you. Also, they only sell the best quality goods and most of it is all holistic. I have never in 30 years of being a dog mom, and living in cities large and small across the country, found a holistic pet store with such great prices. I'm so grateful to live only 5 minutes away.
