This is by far my favorite pet store to go to. The staff does an amazing job to keep up with the store and keep it well maintained each time I go in. Always very knowledgeable and helpful staff that do their absolute best to help. The animals in this store are well cared for. A great selection of fish! I love that they do price matching and they are always doing great sales and the rewards program is not intrusive and super useful! I’m always using my pints to get money off my purchases. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I have visited this store numerous times, and every single time the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there last week to pick up some feeder goldfish for my pond and the young lady was very helpful and patient with me in hand picking the ones I want. I highly recommend this store.

Today, Saturday April 26th I really appreciated how a PetSmart employee, NIa went out of her way to demonstrate how to set up a doggie passenger seat by using her own car parked curbside, to show me how easy it was to use this new car traveling equipment. Place recently opened but so far, I love it. The customer service here is on point. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and it feels genuine. They'll even assist carrying things to your car, if you need. I haven't tried their grooming services or their pickup/car curbside service yet, but it's worth checking out.THANK YOU for the great customer service!!! 😁

This is the worst store you can ever work or shop the Mangers sit around and talk about everyone personal business. Employees have abortions. Death in people family this place is Disgusting! The Manger Dan allows staff to walk around and do absolutely nothing all day he is super sorry and lazy himself sorry excuse for a Manger. Now I see why they are always hiring and understaffed.

I took my 6 month old Golden Retriever (Asher) in for his first grooming with Bri. He refuses to let me trim his nails. She won him over instantly, and he looked amazing! So relieved:-)

Such a wonderful store! Employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The past two years we have had difficulty finding a good groomer since our last place changed hands. Our vet highly recommended the grooming services at Pet Supplies Plus. I was beyond thrilled to find out the groomer we had been going to for years prior is now the main groomer at Pet Supplies Plus! Cara is the most patient, kindest, loving groomer and person! My shih tzu is old, grumpy, and has cancer; Cara knows how to work with difficult elderly dogs and not stress them out. You can tell she loves her job and animals, which is exactly anyone should want for their fur babies. Any and all animal care needs I highly recommend going to Pet Supplies Plus on Fruitville and Honore. Thank you Cara for being so amazing!!!

I'm sorry the store is having such a hard time keeping groomers. I showed up for my 3pm appointment ( that I confirmed an hour earlier) only to find out that the groomer walked off the job. I wouldn't be so concerned if this was the first time, but it's the second time in 3 months. Wages are not keeping up with inflation.

I NEVER write bad reviews but, the experience I had today with the old woman working was uncalled for. I just took my dog to this location to bathe him. The old woman with white hair working there was EXTREMELY rude and off putting. When talking to her she had a tone and wasn't helpful at all. Since I'm used to towels being up front when bathing my dog at a different location, I asked her where the towels were and she said in a condescending manner "they're in the back. EVERYTHINGS back there". I ended up not bathing my dog and asked her to sign my card that she initialed since, I didn't use the bath and she gave me a hard time about it. I saw another review a few months back regarding the same woman. I hope this issue gets addressed and she changes her attitude. I can see customers not returning based on her attitude and I definitely won't be coming back.

Update: Pet Supplies Plus corporate made things right and it’s a great company. The manager at the location also said he’d make it right, but I didn’t have time to go to the store. However, the owner at this location implemented this policy and it’s not right. The rest of my review is my opinion and stands.DO NOT GO HERE FOR GROOMING. They are incredibly misleading regarding their fees. I was told my dogs would be ready 3.5-4 hours. I call to check on progress and then I’m told they’d be ready at 2 (about 30-40 minutes early). It’s not a big deal they’re early, but I had a staff meeting scheduled and couldn’t pick them up until 3:30. I’m told I have to pay $25 per dog And that it’s company policy. $50. That’s ridiculous and I’ve been a loyal customer. Don’t go here. Clearly they don’t care about their customers. It’s too bad.

Edit with pictures at bottom.I shopped here this evening. The woman cashier at the register didn't have a face mask and tried to check me out without putting it on. I told her to please wear a mask and she fumbled around the desk and found a clear visor helmet mask. I was upset to see a worker without a mask. It is something totally different when I have to request the EMPLOYEE to wear a mask. On a different note, the dog food prices here are pretty expensive although they do have a bigger variety than some of the other local pet stores. I usually would use this shop in a pinch to grab a can of dog or cat food or to get my dog a gourmet biscuit. The price gouging is excessive compared to the other places I can purchase these items from. After seeing the cashier sitting near the entryway with no mask I was immediately put off and even considered just not going in at all. I don't think this store is safe for immunocompromised people or even the general public, who knows what safety measures this store is really adhering to. Please educate your workers on how to conduct business during a pandemic! I will not be going in there again for the time being and I will be advising those around me to take their money elsewhere for their pets.Edit: I went back and had the exact same issue. I documented it this time. I again had to ask the employee to wear a mask to check me out. Please Pet Supplies Plus, correct this. I will be sending photos and a formal complaint to corporate because this is outrageous. Ths place should be shut down during the pandemic. This company and their employees are endangering YOU and your FAMILY and FRIENDS.Pet Supplies Plus, what are you doing to address this?

Absolutely precious mini hamster all for 13.00 and past worth it. My daughter has asked for one for a few years now. So to teach her (6yrs old) responsibility her dad and I agreed on it finally. Glad we did and from the place we did.

Took my big boy golden for a self serve wash here. *Be mindful* they only give you 30 minutes to wash and dry (otherwise the dryer shuts off). I felt bad because I didn't know and my boy was pretty messy and blowing coat so just washing him took 30+ minutes. I even started to brush him down while toweling him to dry him up thinking the dryer was broken at my station. An associate happened to walk by and that's when they told me it's usually a much faster process for people. He was very kind and had the girl turn the dryer back on and explained people don't usually take that much time because it's just to wash not groom. I felt super bad and offered to pay for more time as I really didn't know! He was very kind and understanding.I probably won't be back because due to the size and amount of fur my big golden boy takes much more time to wash and dry. But for the price (I paid $10 but I think it's going up to $14) it's a very good deal. They also provide regular 2-1 shampoo/conditioner, oatmeal shampoo, hypoallergenic shampoo and dirty dog shampoo. The only thing you need to bring is your own brushes. I also opted to bring my own conditioner (purchased there that day) because when my Goldie is blowing coat he needs that extra help deshedding. I would highly recommend for smaller dogs or any dog that is not double coated in shedding season.Positives- inexpensive- provide everything except brushes- variety of shampoo products- Super friendly staffThis might not be for you if:- Your dog is very dirty- Your dog is not cooperative with baths- You have a large dog with a double coat- You have a double coated dog during shedding season- You're tall (my back was killing me and I'm only 5'8)But very much recommend if the above fits your criteria. Mind you this is 100% only a review about the self serve dog wash and has zero reflection on the grooming and overall store.
