Friendly staff prices are a little high on the toys but I recommend this place over the other location only because the other location never answers the phone so I don't recommend The other location. Which is located in the Gulf gate plaza.But this location is probably by far the best!!

Prices on their pets skyrocketed I went in with the intent to adopt their ferrets until I saw the sticker price was $544 each yes five hundred forty-four dollars each incase anyone misleads the number. How is anyone suppose to to adopt your pets. You priced them so high just to lore people in and sell them food and have us shop around for local mom and pop stores. On s3veral other occasions before giving up on buying any animals from here. Very clean and nice place. The staff is really friendly and helpful as well. The pet grooming station was really nice. They let you know when something you request will be there so that's cool too. My dog loves shopping apparently

It was my first time going into this store looking for flea medicine for my daughter's dog. I couldn't believe how well stocked this store was for dog's, cat's, ferrets, birds, etc. Cody was VERY helpful. He suggested coconut oil on my daughter's dog under carriage because the dog is so raw from itching. Within a half hour the pooch started to relax. Thank You Cody for that wonderful suggestion. Also the pooch is getting good relief from the flea med that you suggested too. SUPER store and STAFF.

Avoid this place and their misleading prices. Bag of dog food was labeled $83.99 . They rang it up as $99. Second time this has happened here. Each time they say "Whoops, our fault and we need to change that" but they never do and won't honor the price it is labeled on the shelf. FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest! Watch out for a diff price at the counter on everything!!

Awesome interactive staff! They made helpful recommendations without trying to make an extra sale. That matters! The gentleman noticed how badly my dog sheds so we were able to swap out for a different shampoo at bath time. Oh yeah, the reason we were there, for ten bucks, a self service dog washing basin🙂 my dog says thank you! She and I love the Evergreen Spritz.

Best pet shop I've ever been to in Sarasota Florida fancy banana ball python from there manager Shelby gave for nominal customer service she hold the snake for 24 hours for me to see if it was something that I wanted to take home tried the same thing with other Pet Shops before I call them they refuse to do that I will not phenomenal customer service always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their customers very knowledgeable Queen kind courteous and more thorough check them out you'll be glad you did hopefully you will find a friend to take home or Their Fear a reptile or something else or maybe just some animal food or any toy for your pet

Very pleased with this store! Their tropical fish are extremely healthy, with very clean tanks. I bought fish for my brand new aquarium and haven’t lost one! They offer a wide variety of all pet products and have a super friendly staff on board and are happy to answer all question pertaining to your needs. So happy I found this wonderful store!

I recently came to shop here and was greeted immediately upon entering. Very friendly staff who spent a lot of time helping me. I found everything I needed and was assisted greatly by Adela. She knew where everything was and also seemed to be very well-educated on everything. Next time I come back I’ll be looking for her. Reese was also a big help. Although he seemed to be new, he checked me out without any problems. This store has a great environment and I DEFINITELY plan on coming back for all of my pet needs. Not to mention everything was also very clean and organized. Prices are worth it. I have no complaints.

We stopped in the store at Clark Road, #378 and was greeted by the young lady Kammile, who helped use with picking out items we need for our small dog. She was helpful and made suggestions as to what would be best for our dogs indigestion problems. She was very pleasant and stayed with us until we were finished.

Not only am I a regular but I also have really liked the experience and selection of dog perfect and I was wondering if it was worth switching my business. I gave two stars because the employee was nice but last week I had called in a order for chilli Rasbora and they had told me they didn’t have them right now but they would special order it for me and told me they would come in the next Wednesday so about a week and a half, they also took my number and said they would call me when they were ready. Come Wednesday I call to see if they were ready and they tell me that they never ordered them in the first place!!! They said that they did not have the budget or money for it. I was so excited to get these added to my tank because I love nano fish but now I have to call somewhere else and wait extra. I understand that they are short staffed but seriously come on don’t tell someone that you did something when you didnt. were they just never going to tell me that they never ordered them?!?? I’m extremely frustrated.

3strikes and you are out. All three times I entered the store I walked in it took me over three minutes to find anyone that worked there. No one greeted me when I came in. The workers appear very unenthusiastic. Didn't ask what I was looking for and when I did find a purchase on my own and left the cash register section at check out ( I had to look for an employee again to let them know I was ready to check out) , they did not even thank me for going shopping at their store. These are certainly not people that should be working in customer service. It was a very unpleasant unwelcoming experience. I've been to some of the other pet supermarket stores in the area and the employees were very friendly and helpful

This was a nice pet shopping place who welcomed our new rescue and got us all decked out with everything we needed. The people were nice and helpful. Things were well laid out and easy to find. There was a nice selection.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Pet Supermarket location on Clark Rd in Sarasota who has the BEST staff! Everyone there really cares about your furbabies, in my case my Siberian Huskies. The entire staff is super friendly, professional and goes out of their way to help you. I love the discounts offered which helps a lot. Definite kudos to the Store Manager who leads by example. Thanks!!

I was there on March 30, 2020I usually go to this location because is near me and I want to give them my business plus the staff there was nice and helpful until today 🙄The customer service by the only employee working was the worst. I asked a question about the food I was looking for my dogs because they make a change and I didn’t know where it was 🤷‍♀️Well I kindly I asked her and she pointed out and I still couldn’t find it so I let the customer after me check out then I came back I asked her again for 3 time and a customer that was after me he saw me and he kindly said to the employee to please is okay to help mehe even knowledge I was there before him and she still wants to ignore me not only twice but 3 times 🙄So how is that good customer service?I told her that she was very rude and she still wants to argue with me and have a mean attitude toward me and I’m the customer so I explained all what she did and how I felt a and instead to be nice and understand my point she still arguing with meUnbelievable 🙄Well I will not go back and here we go again I will drive longer to another pet store that actually appreciate me and my business .
