Karen is absolutely Wonderful! She's so gentle and caring with each one of the dogs. She is the only groomer that actually listens to what YOU want. Many groomers will say they hear you, but Karen actually follows your instructions and desires on how you prefer that your fur baby be groomed. I HIGHLY recommend her for every breed. Her shop is clean, relaxing and pleasant for you and your dog.

I have been taking my dog, Chewy here for about a year and a half, after having a terrible experience that scarred my dog emotionally at a Pet Supermarket. They have always been kind and Chewy has been in good spirits after his grooming. Today Chewy had a sizable sore on his neck and I was hesitant about his grooming. Karen took care of him so well and cleaned him up. Even put antibiotic treatment on the sore after his grooming. I am highly impressed with this place and have been since I started using Karen. This establishment has my utmost confidence and I will not go anywhere else.
