Was looking for a new regular place to take my dog who is getting older, has some skin allergies and is a rescue so (is much better now,) but can still sometimes be skittish with new people. I was at ease from the moment I walked in and knew it was a good environment for my dog. She listened to me and did exactly what my pup needed. My dog looked GREAT and her skin and coat were looking healthier already after one groom here. Great groomer. Will be back . I’m so glad I found this place.

We recently took our two Shitzus, Jasper and Daisy, to be groomed by Rachel. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. They immediately put our minds at ease and we knew that our dogs were in good hands.We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Rachel. The folks at Happy Paw's have been grooming our two Shih Tzus, Oreo and Tucker, for over 5 years and they always do an excellent job. Yes, it's not their favorite place to go when we get there but they're always happy and proud of the results. Kudo's to the whole staff.

First time here. My dog is 10 yo and this is probably one of the best cuts he’s ever gotten. Rachel did an Excellent job on his body, nails. He was also Much calmer when I picked him than in previous places I’ve had him where they’ve kept him for as long as 4 hours. HP called me after 2 hours and said he was done.

I’ve taken our cats here to get their nails trimmed a few times. Each time, I walked in without an appointment, and it was done in a few minutes. Very reasonably priced as well.

We've been taking our dogs to Happy Paws for several years, and we're very happy with the new owner. She's very service oriented and has introduced some improvements to bookings and all around attention to details. They send out email reminders of upcoming appointments, which are appreciated. The groomer will always make adjustments to the cuts if asked. The groomers seem to be happy and our dogs are very comfortable there. We're glad it's a convenient location for us. I highly recommend them.

I have been thrilled with Happy Paws 🐾 - they groom my energetic Havanese puppy and always do a great job! We’ve been going to Happy Paws for a year and every single time our experience has been great! Above expectations! A+ Our groomer Jess has been terrific. She makes my pup look great and helps me with hints for keeping him tidy ....at home, in-between our visits to Happy Paws. And they always get us in when scheduled and out on time, clean and groomed. And Heather is amazing at getting us scheduled-even on occasion when we had to juggle our schedule - - this doggy boutique is a wonderful and warm salon for your pup. They are friendly and welcoming. And have a great selection of goods and goodies for your pup there too. 🐶 ....we are moving to a new house....and we will be too far away to continue with happy paws. I recommend them if you are close enough.

We've been taking our dog LuLu here for about 2 years & have always been happy with everyone there. They are very friendly, loving & caring with our fur baby. Unlike some groomers who keep your pet all day, they have a drop off time & pick up is usually less then 2 hrs. Our dog isn't caged, but is usually behind the counter running around with whomever is working the counter. I highly recommend...

Heather and Jess were wonderful when I came in with a very matted goldendoodle. They took their time explaining our options and were very clear about what to expect. Flynn turned out great, and I could tell he felt fabulous after his grooming! The genuine care for the animals they work with is obvious, and very appreciated!

I used to love this place but the last few times my dog and I don’t like going here anymore. It feels very judgmental and not friendly ever since it kept changing ownership. The haircut always leaves my baby with lots of razor burn and the price is different every time. When I asked why they just said that’s the price this time. It used to be $65 then $70, $75, $70 and then $80 this last time for no good reason. My dog only weighs 23 pounds. I think it’s time to find a new place.

Gorgeous store with such caring staff! These ladies know what they’re doing and are both SUPER helpful and knowledgeable with grooming and pet food choices! We have two mixed breeds who have “a healthy amount of hair”. The grooming staff and front of shop staff have never steered us wrong. Loving this one-stop-shop!!

Lots of delicious food on the menu making me want to go back initially, until the food took 1hour to arrive at the table, drink refills were hard to come by, and my fiance didn't even get his drink. The breakfast burriti was pretty tasty, but my friend couldn't finish her Acai bowl. At least there were a lot of cool things to look at during the long weight. They need a different host because he seemed pretty lazy, he was SO SLOW, and obviously couldn't multitask like he needed to. Some young guy with long curly brown hair.

They have a sign in the store that says friends and family welcome. I felt like neither. Not even like I mattered in their tiny store. In order to get good service here you have to most likely bring your dog in for a $50 +grooming service because that's where this place gets good reviews. Certainly nothing inviting to a shopper who wants to purchase gifts or supplies.I got a hello. That is where the customer service ended. One girl with glasses and hair up working on the computer I think and a heavy set girl walked up to counter and was staring into space the whole time I was there.I literally walked up to each section, touched an item, thinking someone might ask if I was ever there before. What they had to offer. They have a fantastic variety of doggie cookies and bones that you can buy bulk. A special occasion cookie. No one offered assistance or told me about the products. You could hear a pin drop in the store.I walked over to the kitty section. Nada. I did go up to desk to ask if they have a grooming price list." Sure" She handed it to me. I said thank you. I received a inaudible your welcome I think! I walked out . Neither girl said thank you, have a nice day . Nothing. And I have been in stores that offer grooming and this store definitely smells like wet dog.A word of advice to the owner ( and I truly hope neither was there today) Your cute store is severely lacking customer service and lacks a welcoming feel. It's too bad because I had a dog and cat to buy Christmas gifts for and new harnesses.Check out a local Petsmart, where you are greeting the moment you walk in and every person you pass offers their assistance. Here I was in a tiny store and I felt like I was the only one there. Oh ...wait I was, all the more reason to try a make a sale.
