Sam, their newest sales rep has been an absolute pleasure to work with. these people appear to be working hard to damage their reputation. first a broken appointment that i made to determine needs and place orders. finally arranged to pick up my liner. another broken appointment and a failure to return message left for another appointment. I then placed an order for a waterfall filter from another co. on line. when I called to speak to a manager, she was rude and refused to advise me regarding needs and help for completion of the pond. she stated that since I ordered from someone ekse I should ask them. when I explained that noone returned my calls she just blew me off. I live within two miles and would have established a long term relationship for supplies and additional filter systems. This is just a lousy place to do business with. Contact pond guys on line, they will give you all the time you need.

I read the other reviews about not being helpful and frankly my experience is 180 degrees the opposite. I called because the pond I had built was not working properly and the person who built it was not standing behind his work. They asked me to send photos of the equipment. They explained what was going wrong and why. I made an appointment and went in to buy the items. They talked me through options and gave me step by step instructions. With their help I completely replumbed a pond on my own and I am not handy. Very helpful very knowledgeable.

Been in business 20 years and neve have I experienced such a bad company or person within a company. I am a pool contractor in Sarasota FL building a $200k Pool for a friend. Part of the project is a second body of water 12’x12’,, it acts as a catch basin for a second story waterfall. We thought it would be cool to make it a Koi Pond instead of just a water future. I was excited after finding what looked to be a great resource to advise and supply equipment for such a project. I called Friday around 3:45 and received a recording indicating they were closed. Called Sat, same thing. Called Monday 830, 930 and 1030 same recording. Finally, I thought maybe they forgot to turn off the recording and I would just drive out to see what the place was like. As I was driving I called again and got an answer at 11:15. The woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude from the beginning. She told me not to come out as they were by appointment only. I asked for the email address to someone that would be able to help me figure out what it might take to convert this pool into a Koi Pond. She said I need to use their website or the internet to figure it out. Asked for the name of the owner or manager and she said that is irrelevant. I told her we were ready and willing to spend up to $20k to make it happen and I would be taking my business elsewhere. she said good and hung up.

Purchased 4 items for a water feature on a Friday. Not knowing my wife decided to purchase a similar all inclusive water feature I returned the unopened merchandise 3 days later. They charged me a 20 percent restocking fee for items they had in stock. I challenged this amount because it was so outrageous around $140 dollars. I asked the owner kindly to do the right thing since no special orders were involved. She refused. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES screwing over people
