Hi my dog Lucy is a Golden Retriever an has been feeling bad for a week. Wouldn't eat her dog food but drank plenty of water and my husband and I were concerned. We have used Dr Nina's clinic for many years and took her there. Dr Massey did a thorough exam. The many tests were quite expensive but we were able to do the ones to accommodate my budget and she is slowly getting better. So thank you Dr Massey an her assistant Summer

To their credit I got an appointment quickly.However, the interaction was unpleasant in two ways.One, they insisted that a health certificate was needed to drive my dog to another state. However I called a vet in that state ahead of time and was told I don’t need one. Once I mentioned that, they said, “well we already started working on it.” And showed us the price (almost 50). At which point we felt coerced into paying for it.The other thing, which I know people have different perspectives on, I was very quickly shut down for mentioning concern for giving my dog multiple doses of different vaccines all at once. I know it’s standard practice but it’s a failure of the provider and the system to acknowledge the merits of this concern and work with the owner to build a schedule they are comfortable with.

Dr Massi is fabulous! She was very thorough and thoughtful in her examination and had excellent suggestions on how to treat Bentley’s condition. Her assistant was very good and asked good questions during the intake process. And we appreciate the reasonable pricing. All in all we are big fans of Dr Nina’s and are glad to have Dr Massi as our three cats’ primary vet.

I couldn't be happier with this vet, mostly all due to Dr. Massi. I went originally because my cat had a double ear infection and we had to go back a few times to get it all cleared, because of the way everything was handled I will absolutely be returning for check up's. Dr. Massi is professional, kind, and gentle; I have honestly never been happier with a vet. The front desk staff and techs are also wonderful, very friendly, and everything you could wish for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Nina's Animal Hospital has been great to us and our baby. We came here after not getting any answers at our last vet. They helped to rule out a lot of potential allergens that have been causing our baby a lot of discomfort. They are very transparent about their prices which I appreciate, and very easy to get an appointment when we have been in need.

From the moment Nicole picked up the phone she was kind and polite. I was trying to get a wellness checkup for my cat Fiona and they were booked the only day I am able to come in because of work but she figured things out to fit us in because I’m worried about her having an eye infection. As an animal owner we are always worried about our pets so to have someone be empathetic and go above and beyond is truly amazing. Nicole never seemed mad or frustrated she just stayed positive and made things work. I’ve come to accept that most places in florida do not have great customer service but she is a stellar employee. She deserves recognition because she has made me a happy and loyal customer.

I took Pippi to Dr. Nina as a puppy 11 years ago. I returned last week and wondered why I ever left. The staff and Doctor were wonderful. My usually anxious Pip didn’t shake at all during a through exam and even walked out willingly with the assistant to give a urine sample! A bright star in my book for Dr. Nina’s Animal Hospital.

Friday I called asking for a refill of pain meds for my senior dog. They said a tech would call me back and they didn't. I was also told that they were open on Saturday to pick them up. When I called again to see if I could get his pain meds,they were closed. He is suffering now and will suffer for the holiday weekend. They charged me for donated pain killers. A considerable amount considering they were donated. I had x-ray taken and I never saw it. They only told me what they saw. Very concerning. I'll find another vet. Thank you.

Thank you Dr. Nina’s for listening to customer feedback!After reading all of the positive reviews, I was excited to bring my dog here as a new patient. The service was great, however what turned me off was how prescriptions are handled. Not only are medications not sold in-house, this hospital will not assist you with obtaining medication from online retailers like Chewy. When calling their office to see if they could coordinate with Chewy, I was told "we don't communicate with third party vendors." Pretty lousy considering I spent >$300 for a check up.

Took our two dogs for their first visit at Dr. Nina’s and we are so pleased. The vet tech and vet were so amazing with our dogs, especially our senior dog who hates going to the vet. She had a wonderful experience and I was shocked to see her even wagging her tail during the visit. Dr. Nina’s has some new loyal patients.

Dr. Park and his assistant Julie were so gentle and compassionate during the exam for my very senior dog who is blind and only 3.5 lb. They are also wonderful with our other small dog, a chihuahua, who has always been terrified of vet visits. Nicole, the scheduling/reception staff, is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Nina's in Sarasota.

I've had all of my pets to Dr. Nina's. As an ongoing customer, I am very pleased with their services and prices. An honest practice with with a heart. I have a pug, pomeranian/husky, pet rat and cat. They have treated them all. If your pet needs a health certificate to travel, they do an excellent job. Our pomsky boarded the plane and went through immigration in Sweden without a question. This is a specialized service that not many practices do. My female pug of 9 years is as healthy and happy as can be. Her urinary issues were quickly diagnosed and treated with success without costing me a fortune. Dr. Nina, the other doctors, the techs and other staff all do a great job and treat my pets with a kind heart.Big thanks to all of you!

Dr. Nina's Animal Hospital staff did a great job handling the challenge of curbside service thanks to the pandemic. They were kind, caring and considerate in their interactions with my little pup, Sophie, and with me, too.Dr. Luna was wonderful to work with, as well. Not only did she take her time explaining her diagnosis to me, answering all of my many questions thoughtfully, but she followed up with a report in an email and again a few days later with bloodwork results. She also researched and recommended a few things based on my questions during our carside chat. In Sophie's ten years, I have never had a doctor take the amount of time or show the level of care that Dr. Luna did! Having just relocated to Bradenton, I'm grateful to have found Dr. Luna and the staff and Dr. Nina's.

The best vet in Sarasota! Our pets are relatively newer patients of Dr. Nina’s Animal Hospital, but we must say this was the best decision we could have made. Recently one of our Yorkshire terriers of 9 years old became sick, we contacted Dr. Nina’s and discussed the condition of our pet, their schedule was booked but agreed to fit us in for a 4:30 appointment. Dr. Park made himself available to see our pet, and after running test, x-rays and ultrasound, it was determined she had Pyometra and was life threatening at this point.Dr. Park shared with us that our pet needed surgery right away or she might be at risk of not making it. This was not a scary tactic and he let us know our options. Despite the fact they were booked for surgery a couple weeks in advance, Dr. Park advised us this is a surgery he could perform but that our pet would really need overnight observation from an animal hospital. Dr. Park, Jen, Fallyn, and front desk ladies to include Nicole are all amazing and stated after hours for us and our pet to perform the surgery and help us arrange with a vet hospital to take over the care of our pet after surgery.We cannot say enough about the staff and their great care, concern, and help that was provided.Highly recommend Dr. Nina’s Animal Hospital to all our friends, and everyone.Thank you for helping save the life of our pet and my sanity!

We are very upset we never got the answers who are there Friday Monday Tuesday and on Wednesday you sent us to lake ranch and another $6,000 after paying you guys close to $1,000 we had to put the cat down and if we spent the $6,000 we still have no answers and I have to spending $1,000 with you guys we got no answers but a dead cat
